I can't say enough about this location, called on a Saturday, I expected them closed but they answered and I asked what time you close, the gentleman answered in one minute. I asked if he would wait and he said yes. We were 2 mins from the store and he was waiting at the door. Had exactly what we needed. I couldn't ask for better customer service and true customer appreciation. This store is a true gem to Bay City! Keep up the awesome job! Thank you for being there when we needed you! Parts for a Polaris Ranger! You guys rock!

As lways great prices and happy services rendered. This is the one place I can recommend of your need a part or service on any vehicle or machinery you own or operate. I always have found great help and even friendlier hands at this supply store. I recommend going here over any other local automotive chain store in the general area. Good all around just, have some issues needed to be solved with federal taxes. Up to date on state tax exemption but have no idea about federal exemptions on AG.. otherwise s lot better at parts then the other two local competitors A. Z. and O'R's.Friendlier and more helpful in all fields of automotive industry.

Bad Remanifactured axle out of spec. Kept leaking past seal. Two seal replacements. Getting the run around. This napa is independent owned so exspect for them to try to get over on you. I am going to pick up a new axle from a parts house and mic both and show them. So we will see if they can try to stay honest.
