Mr Shorty and his crew provide extremely helpful and timely service. The guy is great, and can help with all kinds of things. They also work on bicycles and ebikes.

Went to Masters Mufflers looking for some odds and ends for a project I was working on. Shorty was very helpful. He went out of his way to get me what I needed. He even threw in some extras for free. I would recommend this place to a friend. Thanks Shorty.

I do not care what anyone say about shorty. He very nice person and he go out his way to help everyone and of course everyone have there opinion about his shop. But it very good service. I will continue coming back

I live in the area , bad business every one that comes to this shop be aware that he will that you for a ride if you let him.The muffler had came undone from the exhaust pipe. He sayed it needed a Cadillac converter that wasn't even the reason I drove up there I need him to weld the pipe back to the muffler that was all. He also told me that I wouldn't be driving the car lone. Really trying to get me to replace the Cadillac converter a $300 part .well to my surprise the car is still running fine. Just eats me up to know there are people with this kind of business how take advantage of o t her. It was my son's car and I know if I wouldn't been there he would of told my son the same thing and he would of payed for a new one so be careful when going to this shop for your muffler work. Get a second opinion before going to the shop

Do not come to this shop this guy is a scam artist came to get two lug nuts cut off he cut the rim worked on it for 10 mins tried to charge me $150 charged me $120 he a smartass complete retard stay away from here far far far far away
