In the wake of a collision with a deer on highway 457, I found myself in need of a tow for my vehicle.Jackson Services provided timely professional communication, service and support for my needs. The charge for their services was reasonable.The operator was professional, and did an exceptional job without causing any further damage or delays.I have Jackson Services saved in my phone should I ever find myself in need of their services. Jackson doesn t set the bar for wrecker and tow service in Bay City. They are the bar.

Hired Jackson services to unload a machine from a trailer at a jobsite. They were professional, fair cost and fast to get the job done! Only took about an hour from the time I called. Excellent customer services! Highly recommend.

Lady at the front counter was not friendly at all. Why go back when I could easily go someplace else? I definitely won't.

I don t know how old (not that it matters) but whoever is in charge so happens to have a bad knee on cold days. Sir I hope your business goes under the ground cause that s what we call lazy. Let someone who wants to work late nights do it or just don t be open till midnight.

I went for a DOT inspection on my box truck. Service was fast and I was able to get back on the road quickly. The owner, who also did the inspection was very friendly and kind. Excellent service, I will go again.

Buster was most helpful. He gave an estimated time of arrival, called when he was on the way and arrived on time. The stalled truck was loaded without incident and the charge was exactly as quoted. I couldn't have asked for a more satisfying experience, all on a Sunday.

Jackson services serviced both my company pick up and personal truck and did a good job. The price for the maintenance was a little pricey but well worth it for a good sound trusting service. I have comfort knowing I will not have to worry about a oil pan plug not being tight or a oil filter falling off while driving and knowing they checked and changed out the parts they said they did. Thank you Jackson services !

I was highly disappointed in the customer care I received taking my vehicle here. They had my vehicle for two weeks and never called for an update or to tell us they couldn t get to the vehicle. Every time we d call, they would say they d call us back or they re looking at it. The only positive thing I can say is that the wrecker driver that came to pick my vehicle up was very nice. Needless to say, my vehicle was never fixed and I had to take it elsewhere.

I had the misfortune of losing the axle off of my boat trailer in the middle of Bay City. Jackson services picked it up AND fixed it once I got the pats. Buster got the job done solidly and then charged us next to nothing. Everyone was neighborly and I can't say enough how good they were to us. Thanks guys.

These guys are great. I was stuck in the middle of nowhere. They were able to find me and get me back on the road.They were fast, friendly, professional, and fairly priced. For what I needed from them, they were very fair with me on price.
