On my way from Corpus Christi to Hobby airport, the low tire pressure warning came on in my car. As I passed Cowboys I thought it wise to have my tires checked and pulled in. The gentleman who greeted me could not have been more helpful or kind!! He added air to all of my tires and sent me down the road with friendly local advise to watch out for the traffic and drivers in Houston. I appreciate all he did for me!

I showed up right at closing and they stayed late to fix my tire. They didn't have the size I needed at the one I went to. So there office lady went to there other location in Bay City to get me one then there was problems with my lug nuts they fixed that to witch also kept them even longer after hours. Super nice people I highly recommend this place great prices also.

Has been my Go-to Tire shop for years, Cowboy is very helpful and his guys are beyond amazing. Decent prices and fast service. Whether you're needing to patch or replace a tire Cowboys is a good place to go. They have new and used tires at an affordable range of prices. Also they are in a very convenient location near the center of town with another location on the East side of town on Highway 35.

Went this morning to get my tire switched out and they were very fast and very polite. Had me up and outta there so I appreciate their great service!

Stopped in with a low tire. In town for a tournament...was approached as soon as I pulled in. They were on it without hesitation had it fixed, even double checking for additional leaks and repaired all within 15 minutes. Would highly recommend!

I think 135.00 to break down and put on 4 new tires is pricey for 1 hr service. I understand that every one needs to make a living.

If I could give a negative star rating I would. Worst experience I have ever had with a shop.....I was quoted $1600 for a set of tires and my card was charged $2100 for the same tires. Which he has refused to refund. After hours waiting on them to mount and balance the tires I had to take it back for vibration and the employee claimed it was due to missing bolts in my brake caliper and the front end needing rebuilt. He later handed me the missing caliper bolts. Charged me for new inner lug nuts that weren t replaced and assured me that it would be 100% correct and safe. It was not and they did over $600 worth of damage to our welding rig. One of the tires was not properly seated on the bead and We had to replace the spacers, damaged and cross threaded studs and lug nuts and torch out the damaged and broken studs and lug nuts. Super thankful to the people at The Co-op in El Campo and Tough Country Outfitters In El Campo,Tx for going above and beyond getting us fixed and back on the road. Being on the road is tough enough without having to deal with a liar, cheat and a thief. UPDATE*** Went back to Cowboys and requested he refund the money he overcharged my card and showed him the damaged parts and bills I had for the repairs his shop caused, he went into some rambling half understood explanations about how the spacers and lug nut and studs were damaged before I brought it to him.While we were waiting for him to show up there was another man and woman there because he had stripped her lug nuts on her vehicle. And this man literally told me he did me a favor because he spent so much time on our truck. I was like yea damaging it. He refused to fix anything his shop damaged or refund the money he stole. The shop that repaired it said I was lucky I even made it there. How many other people have had issues,wrecks, etc due to his practices???? That s our safety we entrusted him with.So I am gonna have take himto small claims court This man stays in business because the money/damages are just enough that it s not monetarily feasible to go after him. His own employee admitted leaving for a year because he was screwing people over and they were coming and threatening to beat him up. Numerous people have said they have had the same issues from this same shop.

Scratched my 20" factory wheel and scratched my 20" factory spare. They mounted my spare tire upside down with the mounting bracket on the rim face, scratching the face of the wheel. The tire was dangling underneath my car. Left oil prints on rims and suv. Overcharged for tire. Was tricked on phone to get me there. If you have a nice vehicle go somewhere else.

The owner is a crook and ripped me off with a 50$ tire that was no good. When I tried to get a refund a week later, he told me all he could do was give me half off another tire. Don't waste your money here!!!!

The used tired did hold air but it's always a gamble with used tired.. But walked up and no one greated me untill my friend that gave me a ride there got put and spoke tp them in Spanish then they was all about helping me

Cowboys, they should call it Bandits, knowing I was stranded and had to get a tire, strangly out of all the tires they had that would fit a stock f150 only had one which is worn out, overcharged me,tremendously, no choice, I had to have a tire to get home, when I asked for a receipt I was told the tire would cost more than quoted and then taxes applied to cost, this guy was rude and to me not trustworthy, ill call a wrecker before doing business with them again,

Wasn't open when it said it would be. That's why i took a star away. The t time it says online needs to be changed to show the right time so people don't go only to find locked doors.
