Bought tires on line and made appointment to have them installed. The team leader at auto care did not check in my tires so on line canceled my appointment. I had to go through a lot to get my appointment back. Thin the team leader had to check in my tires, put my appointment back in. Thin my card got charged twice. If she had did her job I would of had no problems.

Wife had to wait 3 hours for a flat repair. No other cars in the bay. Techs standing around not doing anything. Service manager had his panties in a bunch when he realized my wife was an auto care center coach

I left my car and came back over an hour later only to be told they couldn t change my oil because they didn t have the filter. I understand that they couldn t do it, but they should ve called or emailed to let me know instead of wasting my time.

Checked today at 12:20 pm the time now is barely leaving its 2:25 pm trying to get my tire replaced. Was also told they stop taking cars 2:00 pm when the hours on line show 7:00pm . Worst waiting time ever

Took car in Saturday for low pressure leak. I just bought tires less than six months ago.They had for a couple of hours. They called said ready got in car was still saying low pressure. I ended up taking it to discount tire it had a nail in it. I won't buy any more tires here! I don't even think they checked them out.

Changed oil and it began leaving oil drops on my garage floor from drain valve. Took it back in and they said that, since it was still full of oil, there must not be an oil leak, and they were not willing to do anything because they would have to do full oil change. Told me it must not be leaking, despite my garage floor. You get what you pay for, I guess. I had to pay $66 for a new oil change at MainLane to do it properly so that it doesn't leak. First and last time this auto center gets my business.Service: Oil change

Said they start taking oil changes at 7am, I arrived at 9 and they said they weren t taking anymore. I just took my car to mainlane across the highway and they got it done within an hour and it was cheaper.

This place is horrible!! When I arrived after waiting for hrs and hrs for an oil change. They never texted or called me to tell me it my car was done. I arrived to find my car running, with the heat on! I asked about it and they said all the managers were in a meeting and I have to pay full price for that! And I didn t know until later my front part of my car was open and I was front around like that. NEVER AGAIN!

You cannot beat Walmarts pricing on tire installation - especially if you purchase your tires from another store or from an online source. They will even install used tires for you as long as those tires were manufactured within the last 2 years and are suitable for safe vehicular travel. Good luck getting discount tire to do that for you.

Got there at 5pm wanting ask if they could balance the 2 front tires but no, i waited by the registers for awhile but no one came up instead they would pass by as they saw me waiting but I guess they rather choose to ignore customers. A simple how may I help you today would ve changed everything and made things a lot better.

Tried to get new tires, and got some with faulty valves, if I didn't have family with the tools or know how, I'd have just been ripped off, and and forced to return and pay more money. Aka, only come if you 100% know what ur getting into

You know it's going to be bad when you have to go to Walmart, but it's Sunday and everything else is closed. Walk up to the counter and am greeted by the sour face of Joshua, who rolls his eyes when he has to do his job and look up the size of my tires in order to find out what Walmart has in stock.64$ for each tire plus 10$ for each one under warranty. I specifically ask is that everything, Josh again rolls his eyes and says yes. Leave the keys and say please call me as soon as it's ready.2 hours later I walk back through the service area and ask the technician who had been working on it, he says oh it's been done for over 30 minutes. Whatever, just excited to get out of there. Josh scans my ticket it's over 190$. I ask him why, oh it's cause the tires have to be balanced. Yes all new tires need to be balanced. Why didn't you tell me about that cost when I dropped the car off and asked for a complete total. He says it's on the board behind him and it's not his fault I didn't look at it. The board has the entire list of every service Walmart has to offer and he cannot point me to anything that says this a fee that can be added on. His only solution was that they could pull the car in and take off the weights. The point is he would not just say sorry or admit he forgot to mention it, we all make mistakes I know I do, mine was taking my car to Walmart.

My wife and I were hauling our boat from San Antonio to College Station and realized around Seguin that our trailer's tires were running low and clearly needed to be replaced. We called the tire center around 5:20 and they told us as long as we were there before they closed they would take a look and stay as long as they needed to to fix it.We arrived about 5:40 (they closed at 6) and the team there inspected the tires, found the replacements, and had us back on the road by 6:20 (after they were supposed to have gone home to their families).We still can not believe our good fortune that they took such good care of us. I have never had that kind of customer service at any tire center ever.

Flat repair took an hr to do. Not an hour after getting there... no an hr after getting the car in. One tire I found the nail. It took an hour to patch it

The wait time here is ridiculous. The employees in the shop just stand around and talk and are not motivated at all. Recently I took my vehicle in to have a tire repaired which had a nail in it. It took them over three hours. They were not busy and in 3 hours they had only repaired four times. The cashiers were very friendly though an apologetic.

Horrible experience. They give you no time frame and can t really work efficiently to get you any information. The people at the front told me different things and I wasted three hours of my day waiting for a service that never got done. I highly recommend NEVER coming here for anything.

I've had two flats "fixed" at this walmart since I moved here 13 months ago and both times their automotive center screwed it up and didn't fix it. This last Monday was the most recent. After spending over a month airing up my passenger rear from nearly dead flat every other day (since I never had the time to wait 2, almost 4 hours for them to attempt to fix it and hate going there anyways) I decided to go since I had time to spare and discount tire was busy as well. I noticed my drivers rear was a bit low as well (haven't been airing it up for the last month+) so told them I needed to get my passenger rear fixed and to check out my drivers rear as well. Almost 4 hours later, I'm checking out and they tell me I had a "bad valve stem or plug or something" and that I had nothing wrong with my passenger rear. I was shocked when the tech told me "I aired it up to 50 and didn't see anything when I dunked it." Obviously you didn't look close enough and didn't bother to break it down and check the inside anyways for a slow leak because lo and behold, I'm at a gas station airing up my dead flat tire on yhe passenger rear AGAIN. Did I mention this is the same tire they "fixed the first time" (yes Both flats on the same tire) which was the month+ before this time so I'm pretty damn certain it's a bad patch job from them the first time. If I had the time I'd do this bull myself since I had made a living from it for a few years backnowledge in the day myself. Until then, I'm going to discount tire regardless of the wait. Get better techs in your automotive shop.

I was in and out for an oil change in less than 20 minutes and less than an hour for all 4 new tires. Fastest times for either!

They were very fast and helpful I went in for them to just air up a tire that had a screw in it and said if they had time I would appreciate if they could air it up since the air pump at the gas station was broken and he said they could definitely air it up no problem and if I wanted them to go ahead and fix it they could do it right then I was in and out with a fixed tire instead of just an aired up one in less than 15 minutes

No one seems to care about their jobs. Can't even pickup a battery, told me to pick it up and put it on the counter, then told me to put the core battery on the floor outside, 2 men and they couldn't do it for me? Not that I can't, but yeah, let the girl do it, what does that say about customer service?

Needed battery for lawnmower. Tested old battery. I gave up bought a new one. Guts just because I am a women don't try to BS me. My dad was a mechanic. Guess where I spent my summers and everyday after school. That's right at the family business. I know more than most. Just sayin'

Waited an hour for a tire patch cause the tire guy went on break and all the other guys stayed in lube didn't move over to tires it was 3 of them looking under one hood got here arond 12 30 car didn't get pulled in till 2
