Service is terrible! I bought a Spartan mower on November of 2021 and have had to bring back to the Bastrop location twice. The first time I was told they would need it for a week to 10 days, I got it back 5 weeks later with no explanation on why it took an additional 4 weeks. Brought it back in for more warranty work and was told they only had three other repairs and it would be done in a week probably less, here it is is three weeks later and the tell me they are going to bring it in early next week for a repair that shouldn t take more than an hour to do. Can t wait to hear the next excuse on why it wasn t done when I call next Friday. I can t wait for the warranty to expire so I won t have to deal with Texas Tractor ever again. I also know what I m risking by submitting this before I get my mower back but I just don t care.

The salesman Todd; was super helful and gave us a great price on our new Can-Am with a very smooth transaction and even delivered the new Can-Am to our ranch without any hesitation and allowed us to trade in an Kabota to help with the sale. Everything was handled so smoothly without any issues!!

Customer service doesn't exist here. When I bought my Big Boy mower things were great. When I bought my Can-am in 2020 they didn't have what I needed so I went elsewhere. I recently brought it in for service and repair on a Saturday. After waiting 3 weeks, I went by to check. No one knew anything. I found it parked in the lot where it was unloaded off the trailer, but no one had any paperwork or explanation as to what occurred. I asked how long they were going to let it sit without investigating......crickets. The mechanic looked at it and said it was among several that needed a fuel pump which were on order. Two weeks later I went by again to check on it. The counter person finally figured out that it was finished the day before. After I paid the bill which I do think was reasonable, they pulled it into the shop to finish up. Needless to say I will be unwilling to rely on them in the future.

Initially, upon our first visit we didn't get immediate customer service but we patiently waited because we were in the market to buy and we wanted to a support local business. We made our purchase and were satisfied, the turn around to build out our Can -Am Defender was done in a reasonable time. A year later we decided we didn't get much use as we thought we would so we decided to call and ask Texas Tractor if they would take it back on consignment and sell it for us and I also mentioned we wanted to inquire about buying a golf cart. I spoke to Hunter in sales and he said yes we can do that for you. The day the Can- AM was dropped off no one was available to meet with my husband to go over the consignment sale. He left it there in good faith that someone would follow-up. No one ever did. I called and spoke with Hunter and he said, he would work on getting a consignment agreement written. He also said, he would email me a list of golf carts. I waited three days, nothing. No returned calls, no email, he wasn't available, he was out of the office. Two weeks past and I finally spoke with Todd on a Friday. He said, he would work on my request and get out by the end of the day. Nothing sent. I sent a driver to go by and pick it up the next day and out of courtesy the transport person I sent told Hunter he was there to pick up the Can-Am and Hunter replied with "ok". He never called me to follow-up with me or try to get our business. I was not surprised to say the least. I guess customer service is not priority and they don't need repeat business.

Ben, Hunter, Hunter. All great guys, from sales to management to front desk, all great knowledgeable people willing to help and get you into a vehicle. Bought a Can Am Defender AND a Can Am Maverick X3 - mechanics do a great job and I've become an evangelist of Texas Tractor Country..

I looked at several other dealers around the state when I decided to purchase a tractor. They were no nonsense, honest and straightforward. I'm in retail sales myself so I know the routine. I can spot a shady deal from a mile away. I negotiated the price and they never gave me a hard time about it. Definitely the place to go for tractors, 4 wheelers, mowers, service etc.

Was seeking a Can-Am Maverick X3 MAX, during the whole Covid craze!! They were next to impossible to get!! I looked for months(east to west coast) Fortunately they order me one (not really available yet)kept their end of the deal. It came in months later. Now I have it!! All went well also was able to pick up a trailer!! Good people good place!! Thanks Ben!

Met with Ben last week to talk about a new Bad Boy mower for our place. If you go to the store in Bastrop, do not deal with the salesman Ron because he could care less about your business. Tried to buy a shredder and he would not call me back to keep me updated on it being available and ready to pick up. I would have to call and all I would hear was " tomorrow ". Tomorrow would come and no call. I will drive out of my way to give my money to another dealer that will actually help me.

Yes. Hands down the best dealer to purchase what you need.Honest, professional, friendly.More than exceptional customer service.I was in the market for my first zero turn mower. I have been back and forth with a couple other brands. I finally decided on Scag.I purchased the Scag Freedom Z.The process was simple and painless.The mower is outstanding. I have driven a comparable brand and it s just as good. With a more reasonable price.With the peace of mind I have a trustworthy service department if needed.

Hands down the best place to buy equipment. We purchased our Can Am Defender HD10 and received the best service, not only from the sales staff, but also their support team. Their mechanic took the time to come out and go over all of the fluids and maintenance questions that I had. I plan on keeping my business here for a long time, and send everybody I can their way.

We needed maintenance parts and oil for our Mahindra tractor. Mark in parts and service did a great job getting everything I needed, and he saved me a trip to Sealy, TX, which I was headed to, but they only had half of what I needed. I'm glad I found this place and will be back soon.Also great team work, we had 8gal of hydraulic oil, 2 gal of oil, and every filter for the tractor, while I was gathering my purchase, several employees all came to help carry all of the stuff to my truck, I mean outstanding old school service!

I went online and did the prequalify steps.Next day Ben helped me get the zero turn mower I have dreamed of the last twenty years! Low down payment and a monthly payment lower than any rent a center or Aaron's could imagine.I would not only recommend this business to anyone, I plan to give them all my future business for as long as they exist!Do yourself a favor, call Ben now!

Not great service whatsoever, both times we have had to use them. They take forever to fix anything very unhelpful and not really attentive to the fact that a tractor is a super huge important to people.I would never recommend them, they are horrible to work with.And when they say something is done it actually might not be.

My mother and I met with Ben, and he was very informative and helpful. Texas Tractor mostly sells commercial grade mowers and tractors, and that's what we ended up purchasing. Ben had answers to every question and helped us reach a decision with what to buy without making us feel pressured. Were excited about our purchase and glad to have Texas Tractor here to help us with our new equipment. We will never shop around for another tractor again. This will always be our go to spot. I purchased a tractor for my father who is elderly. The drop off guy was more than accommodating explaining how the machine works to my father. He made sure that he understood how everything functioned. The price was very reasonable! Not the mention the tractor has been a excellent piece of equipment. They even went beyond the extra mile to drop it off after a service when my father fell ill and couldn t pick it up. This is the best spot in town for good quality machines and southern hospitality.

Came here to get my Maverick x3 XRS serviced, I had some trailer issues so did not have one available to bring it there, they graciously lent me their trailer to go and pick up my machine. This is the type of hometown service that will make me come to them moving forward for any needs of mine they can meet. Thank you.

Poor service my tractors been in for service numerous times for same problem. They keep it for weeks give it back not working again for same problem. They do not provide you service records when they return the vehicle under warranty work. So you have no proof of what they were suppose to do. When I asked the corporate representative why I was not provided service record to show repairs. The response was ( What you worried about you did not pay for it) So the warranty means very little if they never disclose what they repair. Plus they keep your tractor for weeks at a time. Repair before this one another Mahindra dealer kept my tractor for 7 weeks. Gave it back no service records provided. Tractor ran first day fine second day right back where I started. You need to consider another tractor not Mahindra

They had side by side for over 6 months and it still doesn't work. Will not recommend or go back
