Top notch place. Best customer service I've encountered from any business I've been to in a long time. Clean facilities, very comfortable waiting room, super cool staff inside. They even had hot coffee! I'll definitely be back when I need them again. They make a lot of other shops look bad because they're such a "well oiled machine". My dog Rocky approved as well. Thank you Rush automotive.

Usually, you tow your vehicle in for repairs and drive out....not this time. I drove.my truck in and had it towed after I had my to my house from rush after they said it was ready, and I had to remove the intake again and re install it myself with new correct bolts and vacuum lines. $1,300.00 bill. That was my last visit.

The folks at Rush Automotive go above and beyond in giving each customer personalized service as well as skilled professional worknanship. I dropped my truck off and instead of waiting the few hours it was going to take an employee drove me to the destination I requested. I received a call when the work was complete. The Rush Automotive driver returned to take me back to the shop.I had a pleasant and satisfied experience. Thank you Jace. Hats off to the entire staff.

If I can give rush automotive more stars I would!!!! They really took care of me and my 02 Tahoe. They keep you informed, very knowledgeable and understanding. Joe the owner is exceptional and goes above and beyond for his customers. Daniel always explains things in detail and answers any questions I have and makes sure I understand completely. I love rush automotive and I will recommend them to anyone. Thank you rush automotive for getting my Tahoe up and running again I m truly thankful for y all!!! I will keep coming back to y all for sure!

These people are amazing. Sending a shout-out to Keegan. He explained thoroughly what needed to be done AND used an illustration to show Mr what'what and how the repair(s) fit into the "treatment" plan for my car. Definitely will be going to them again. You guys rock!!

Rush automotive in bastrop is amazing.. Keegan took great care of me and my jeep. I hit a curb and caused some major repairs he worked with me and my insurance company.. alway kept me informed and they did all the work within about 2 weeks. Thank you rush and thank keegan for the great service! Highly recommend!

Ive been going to Rush since they opened, and really don't trust anyone else with my trucks. Simply put, I drive upwards of 200,000 miles a year, my trucks work HARD and they stay working hard because ive got a great, honest, knowledgable team keeping them on the road. The customer service at Rush and Mainline is second to none and have become like family over the years. Cant thank them enough for everything theyve done for me over the years.

Check engine light came on in our Ram 1500 so took it to dealership for the diagnostic. Due to parts availability and supply issues they couldn't get us in for further testing/repairs until a month later. I called Rush Auto and spoke with Keegan (sorry if spelled wrong) who was able to get us in pretty immediately. The problem was fully diagnosed within the day and fixed the very next day after he searched and found the part we needed at a dealership in Austin. The pricing was fair, communication was straight-forward, customer service was top notch, and repair was done right. Keegan went above and beyond and we will definitely use Rush Auto in the future for the care of our truck. Thanks yall!Services: Auto exhaust system repair, Auto engine diagnostic

Unbelievably good service...Brought our wonky car in for a diagnostic. They gave us the honest truth even when it made them no money. They sent us to another business even though they made no referral fee and didn't even charge for their time spent diagnosing the issue. Could hardly believe it! Great mechanics, and the sales reps are salary, NOT commission. That means that they have no interest in selling you anything that you don't need.They'll give you an itemized list of all work they see needed or suggested, with prices, and let you pick what you want done.And, you get the full list to see what to think about doing in the future.They're honest, friendly guys willing to work with you and for you.When I find a good mechanic, I stay with them for years. This is likely my new good mechanic.

Had a coupon from Discount Tire for $59.95 for alignment. They asked why I m getting alignment, I said tires & we just replaced the steering rack so want to confirm alignment. This is what they said: Oh, you did outside work, this is just a $20 off coupon, let me get a price for you. $149. I said no thank you.

I have been going here for a while. I have spent way too much money here. So I had a sensor issue. When they did my oil change they said I needed to clean my battery terminals. 200+ I chose to do it myself. Took my car in to figure out what was wrong with my sensor. 585.00 later the issue was worse, I couldn't take it back. Found out it was my battery that was causing the problem. So work was done that was not needed and going to O'Riley they found the issue in minutes. I replaced the battery and no more sensor issues. I feel like they should have known that so instead of charging me for a part I did not need 600 I can't afford. It could have been 300. They chose to over charge and I can't count on them to honor their warranty for the 100 thousand tune up that I had to take out a loan for. That came out to about 6,000 to do and I had issues after that constantly. Another 1,000+ here and there. You don't go down a list until you get lucky to figure out the problem. So I will not be back, I know everyone needs money right now. But instead of bleeding your customers dry. How about doing the job correctly. If that was done I would have been a customer for life.

NOT RECOMMENDED:Went in for a quote on a Chrysler town and country thermostat replacement, they me $400 stating there is " a lot of stuff to remove to get to it". After seeing a video online, took me 20mins start to finish. Part was like $40 too! What a rip.Also requested a quote on my Ford Transit on a particular part to be replaced, they never bothered to call me back.

My car has been to Rush Automotive in Bastrop several times and each visit they have been great. Their shop has a new system that provides you with pictures of the issues your car has and then the estimate for your approval. The pictures were helpful, so I could see what was going on and you can deny any part of the repair if you want. They fixed my car very quickly and gave me updates when they could. I would recommend them for any car repairs. They even have a shuttle service, which saved my son and I a walk to the car rental place.

Very professional, keeps you updated, they aren't your cheapest choice but the end results will show that your getting very good product for your money. I don't take NY vehicles anywhere else after my first experience with this company. If I could give more than 5 stars I would

I took my car in this morning to have a wheel alignment done without an appointment and they were able to fit me in. Very surprised how quick they had my car ready to go. Reasonably priced too. Thanks Dan great customer service.

I had wasted a whole day trying to get a blown out tire replaced and mounted. After 6 hours of run around at Discount Tire, they RECOMMENDED I go to Rush. Well that was the only good thing they did. Rush Automotive was outstanding! They got me right in, replaced the wheel post and mounted my tire. They were kind, caring and were absolute professionals. I recommend them without hesitation. They will get all my business from now on- my truck and my 6 fleet work trucks!!Service: Tires

We were traveling from Houston to Austin, and our car just had a loud noise very suddenly on half way. We parked at Buckee s and found there was a metal board on the bottom fell off and was scratching the road. My 18 months daughter was with us and we just wanted to have the car fixed asap, so we won t miss baby s lunch and nap time (so that she won t be too fussy). My husband googled this repair shop, and we totally have no idea how long they will take to fix the car and how much they gonna charge us. In fact, they only took about 20 min to give diagnosis and even found another tire problem. They suggested us to have it repair when we arrived our destination, and all these services were FREE! I really appreciated their professional services and their kindness. God bless them!

Edit: 02/12/18 My parking break needed an adjustment to pass inspection. They did it incredibly fast.I won't take my vehicles anywhere else.Jason and Darrell are awesome.**************They really make you feel like you're one of their family members. Fair pricing, outstanding customer service, a waiting area that is immaculate with chairs you can fall asleep in. They truly go above and beyond for you and take so much pride in their work. You can tell they truly love people.I've had to use them twice and they are consistently great! I recommend them without reservation.

Jason and the guys provided incredible customer service! I looked up places in Bastrop to have the oil changed in my 2005 BMW Z4, and Rush was the first on the list. After reading pages of only amazing reviews on their work, honesty and customer service, I didn't hesitate to take my vehicle in.

I've had several cars go through Rush for various problems. Service is evenly priced and fair. Last car was my 2004 Ford Ranger which needed about 20 things done to it. Guy walked me through each item, steering away from stuff I didnt need on a 190,000 mile truck. They did the timing and check engine light. I've had it for 3 weeks, since, and am very happy it runs smooth, starts up fast, and NO check engine light! I recently moved to Cedar Creek and had no idea where to take my car for service other than a dealership. I did some research, read reviews and decided to go to Rush. I was not disappointed. The guys are friendly and helpful. Great waiting area if you have to wait. Cost very reasonable as compared to when I serviced my car in Chicago. I will go back whenever my car needs work again. I trust them with my car and appreciated all their help.

I have been to a lot of auto shops and not many are very trustworthy. But the guys at Rush automotive have always taken good care of me and my 15-year-old pick up truck. A great example today, I went in with a mangled battery terminal and 10 minutes later I was on my way free of charge because I was a repeat customer. This company knows how to take care of their loyal customers. They also know how to fix a car for the right price and get it done right!

After putting up with the Ford dealership and their crappy customer service and prices, Rush was a breath of fresh air. As a women, I felt comfortable going there. The staff was friendly and they explained everything I needed without trying to up-sale me. They were quick and their quality of service was on point! I highly recommend.

Wheel alignment. Service was excellent. They were ready for my vehicle at my appointment time. Very clean and well kept facility. Thoroughly explained what they did for me and made recommendations. Price for service was very reasonable. Check them out.
