I have one vehicle between my wife and I. With kids, if our car goes down we are in trouble. Our vehicle had to be jumped twice today, so we brought it up to O Reilly s to have it tested. Jose came out to test the battery and alternator, and found the issue to be the battery. He assisted in finding me the right battery. Before I paid for the battery, Jose and Armando wanted to make sure it worked before I paid for it. These gentlemen went above and beyond by assisting me with my issue. They were extremely professional and persistent in solving my issue. I am grateful they were able to help me. Jose and Armando I thank you for your exceptional service.

I have always had great service from the associates at O'Reilly Auto Parts...until today. Took in a core for an alternator and a charger that didn't have enough muscle to get my 5.9 Cummins diesel cranked over. The associate I spoke with had a scrappy attitude from the start! Bordered on being flat out rude. If you go into the store in Bastrop, beware of a red headed guy named Willis. Crappy attitude all the way around! How he still has a job is beyond me.

Haven t even left the parking lot and I needed to get on here and brag about Rick. I already really liked how in spite of being busy, he made it a point to warmly greet every single customer that walked in the door - that alone doesn t happen anymore in most places but then as he was tidying up, he stopped me to ask if I needed help and I did but I likely wouldn t have asked so that was so appreciated! I have a foreign car that s a pain in the butt for basically everything but he didn t hesitate - he made sure I got the right blades because naturally I had picked out the wrong ones myself lol and he went out of his way to install them for me and be sure they were perfect. His interactions with the other customers also and how courteous and professional and warm he was with just everyone really set him apart - hence the parking lot review I felt compelled to make. He s a real asset to this place and I know I ll be back here for sure when I need anything just because of him.

Ordered a part and 3 times it came in incomplete. They ignore the phone when trying to find out why it has not come in correct!!! Poor customer service. Will never use them again!!!!

They are always great about having parts. If not in stock they get them ASAP! Even when busy they have good attitudes.Just be patient they get busy!!! THANX GUYS!!

Sale you everything individually to make money for the company. Instead of a kit that go's together. And double check your ticket cause they will charge you twice for the same part. Then you have to go back to the same store to honor it. The other stores make excuses for each other. And the employees they have suck at their job. They all seem like they don't want to help .

I went into the store at 9.50 p.m. last Tuesday desperate because my car battery had just died at a gas station a couple of miles down the road. Kevin was very nice and extremely helpful. He was able to verify that my battery was indeed bad and exchange it for a new one. He also did this after the store had already closed, which really goes to show the great customer service they provide.

Took a part back that they gave me the wrong size. Returned it in its original box unused. They wouldn t give me store credit because it was over 30 days. How many parts you have sitting in there that have been there over 30 days? Part is still brand new. Stupid store policy not going back on principle. NAPA you have a new customer

I needed a headlight bulb for my truck and it was challenging, but they made the effort to figure it out and changed the bulb... kudos to the guys who assisted me.

I needed to stop by this location in Bastrop Texas because my car battery was dead. The staff helped me to find the appropriate battery at a competitive price. Also, they installed it in my vehicle which took a bit of effort. When I offered a tip to the man who helped me with all of this, he refused it, saying they do these services for free! I was very pleased.

I had a bad time at Autozone trying to find a battery for a older Lexus. They argued with me saying that the previous owner had redone the wiring when that in fact wasn't the case. I went to O'Reilly and a very nice gentleman helped me get the proper battery for the vehicle and helped bring it to my car!

Say they put in batteries but refused on my Ford truck said you needed a special tool but none was needed. I think it was just cause of the 250. Price tag

The counter help here is hit and miss. When I did get someone to help he was very polite and resourceful. The first young man just blew me off. Clean facilities and had the part I was needing. Part availibilty is number one for this type of store.

So I been coming here a long time, today was just one of those days I guess, my cashier never asked me for me phone number or asked me if I was a member like he should, never apologized.You think when a customer spend a lot of money over there, they will be little more professional or respectful.

I was amazed at the patience and great customer service that I received from Josue and Alejandro yesterday.I needed a specific bolt and they patiently worked with me, made several trips back and forth to their back isle inventory to show me all of my options and brianstorm other solutions.

The only reason I m giving them 5 starts is because of an employee named Ralph. I got a battery replacement and when no one would replace it, he said he would! It was such a blessing and his customer service is excellent! Thank you Ralph! I wanted to tip him BIG!

Went to my normal part's store for windshield wipers but they didn't have any out. They had a truck comes in and were going through it but it would be the next day before they knew if I windshield wipers were on it so I tried O'Reilly and they were able to get what I needed. I greatly appreciate the customer service I was shown.

good standards did cleanliness and covid safety. It s busy but not crowded. very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They didn t have the product i needed but they helped me find an alternative. overall would recommend when you need car parts and you re in this area.

Car had died and I got a jump start. I drove to O'Reilly and they checked the alternator and battery. Battery was bad. After purchasing a new battery, they installed it in about 5 minutes for free. Very friendly and great service.

Always helpful and always knowledgeable. Kind and respectable folk and they do recycle used oil unlike another store that will remain unnamed out of respect. Most parts available and they will quickly order if they dont have what you need on hand. Highly recommended you stop here for all your auto parts needs.

The friendliest, most knowledgeable and helpful auto parts store in Bastrop, TX. The staff will immediately look up anything they don't already know the answer too, and the ONLY store that will honor their warranties. My fiance is a mobile mechanic and relies primarily on this establishment when searching for car parts. When ordering parts off location 9/10 times the item will be there when expected and if not, you get a phone call letting you know that the part will be coming in at a later time.The store itself is clean and organized, easy to find wherever you need. If I HAD to complain, it would be that there really isn't much in terms of car customization ("decor") but being a parts store, it's not so much of an issue.Would definitely recommend.

I broke down the day before X-mas and I called shortly after they closed. Pete answered and was extremely accommodating. He didn't just help me after hours but he met me with a new battery for my motorcycle so I could get safely home. Its nice to see businesses who still care that much about there customers. I went in close to closing time to get some windshield washer blades. Walked in, found the isle, and started using the automated "thingy" to find the blades I needed. I was almost finished typed in everything, and a nice employee walked over to ask if he could help.I told him what I needed, he walked back up to the counter, entered the info, gave me some options, and walked back to that section to pick them out. He directed me to cheaper blades just as good and I paid and left.I have a newer car, and don't usually need auto part, but I will definitely go back when I do.

O'Reilly auto parts in Bastrop Texas is garbage. Placed several orders for parts each time the parts have to be reordered. Constant lies the parts driver has problems getting there. This last visit I was told three days wait come at 8am get there no truck. Truck shows up at 10am Without ordered parts. Was told another truck coming from Dallas.... two truck from main hub to the same store? Never another purchase from me ...
