I ve been a customer here multiple times and should ve been in the system correctly but I had to repeat my phone number multiple times to a guy that was working the front desk and he still didn t get it right so when my vehicle was done, there was no way for me to know and they said they couldn t wait at the shop for me to arrive cause it would ve taken me too long to get there (10 min) before they closed so my keys were left in my gas cap and they made me pay over the phone. Very disappointed in my experience today and will most likely not be going back to Main lane!

Loved the coffee I made while I waited. They were very busy but I really didn't spend long getting the inspection. Very fast and easy as well as affordable. Thank you five stars

Small shop, staff multitasks, but I never have to wait long. I usually call ahead for a service appointment as I have limited time. I've never had a bad experience. They do have shuttle service available, which I appreciate.

Very straight forward. Polite, helpful. An oil change and a inspection about an hour with a continuous que ofCustomers. I've tried other shops in town and find my interactions at Mainlane are more consistent & satisfying.

This lady at the front desk was using her phone the whole time, she let other car inspections go in-front of me she had told me it was going to be 45 minutes i ve been here for two hours and after she decided to stand up and tell me what was wrong with my car she had my car chart in her hand for more than 10 min but since her phone was more important. and after she told me she got right back to her phone instead of taking the chart back. She was very rude and not helpful at all.

Went in for inspection sticker. The wait was a little long but a Saturday morning. Clean waiting area with nice recliners. Bathrooms are clean.

They are busy but when it s your turn you have their full attention. They are also Great at answering any curious questions you might have( car related- that is).

Awesome place. Great people. Been going here for 7 years. They've helped me with everything from transmission issues to lift kits to nitrogen in my tires and, yes lol, even basic oil changes. 4 wheels or 2, they'll get you taken care of. Their prices are fair and competitive and they genuinely care about their customers. Wouldn't trust my car to anyone else.

They are absolutely awesome! They go the extra mile for any and every service they provide. They squeezed me in when I pulled up with an alternator that had stopped working and stayed late trying to repair it. I even got a ride to Starbucks to wait for my ride home. They did offer to take me home as well! You just don't see this level of service very often. It's family owned and operated too.

I went in again for a fuel filter change and I was greeted promptly. The staff was very professional and friendly. Bastrop definitely needs more customer service like MainLane provides. Please keep up the great work.

Every time I have visited this place the service is top notch. Staff are friendly and pay attention to details. The lounge is kept tidy and there is even an outdoor space with shade. Highly recommend.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Can't say enough good things about this garage. I am always greeted with friendly attitudes and fantastic repair work. From oil changes to replacing rear ends, I have found an honest, quality and reliable auto service repair home. Highly recommend.

Although normally happy with the oil change service i have received, i will not return here again due to the fact that they have posted hours that state that they are open until 5:30pm which is very misleading. I rushed to get there in time from out of town and arrived at 5:05pm only to be told with a smerk that they quit taking customers at around 4:45pm. One car parked out front and one in oil change bay and one in inspection bay.Won't be back!

In and out in less than an hour, the key thing yo do is make an appointment. You can wait inside or out side. Been going to Mainlane for years.

These folks are awesome. My car was misfiring bad. I called and was able to get an appointment in 2 days. They showed me the read out of what needed to be done. They were honest about the amount of time it would take to fix and then said they have a shuttle service so I could go home and then they would come back and get me. The gentleman that drove me was an absolute sweetheart. His name was Joe. He was so kind. They did a great job on my car.

Pretty busy place but love how fast they get people in and out staff is really nice and understanding of the the times. And are always good at estimating the time for the cars. Always love getting my oil changed here definitely recommend!

One year a liscense plate light was flickering when I had to get an inspection. I gave permission for them to just remove the bulb. Later, I noticed that the whole "housing" was missing. I have a square hole in my bumper.I called to tell them and after I was told that "it was like that"I said check your cameras or whatever because it MOST CERTAINLY was NOT like that when I came here.Then, they agreed to replace it. Had to be ordered. They would call me when it came in. Never got a call. Life happens...time to go the next year for inspection...I inquired about it. I was told that they sent it back. WHY?? YOU NEVER CALLED ME TO TELL ME IT WAS IN.

I have used Main Lane since they opened. Every time I go the staff is friendly and very efficient. I go there for my oil changes and state inspection. I have not had any other issues with my car but I will go there when I do. They do not pressure you or use scare tactics about needing new parts or filters etc. I appreciate being able to go to a place and get something done on my car and not have wait to see if they are going to push new parts.They are busy at times but to me it is worth the wait to receive good service. I went in yesterday for inspection and was in and out in 15 minutes. My last oil change was about 30 minutes.So thank you Main Lane for providing a service I can trust and depend on.Service: Oil change

I no longer have faith in having my oil changed at this Bastrop store. I prepped my truck before going on vacation. While pulling my camper ALL of the oil leaked out due to a filter being loose. Buyer beware!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

MainLane is my jam. Cody is awesome. He came to my rescue when Sames wouldn't. I bought my car there but never expected the treatment I got. MainLane has a customer for life. The whole team has great service. Merry Christmas MainLane.

After my oil change I was handed a long list of possible repairs my car would need. This is common practice for mechanics. I was told my brakes needed to be replaced and resurfaced, that my brakes were in a cautionary phase which would cost me twice as much later if I didn't replace them now. I took my car to my parent's trusted mechanic in another city and was told there is nothing wrong with my breaks. They charged me $20 for their time, which is reasonable. I understand you guys make money by suggesting maintenance repairs to your customers. I feel disappointed I was sold so hard on my breaks by your cashier, who is also a woman. As a woman I struggle to trust mechanics for this very reason. I don't know enough about cars to determine what's true or not for myself. Had I been told the total truth from the beginning you could have kept my business. I'd appreciate if your business would cover the $20 I paid to get it checked out elsewhere, because it wasted my time and money. I will be reach out personally to inquire about this. I would encourage your store to find a way to make money and keep your female customers. This did not feel good and is largely why I don't trust mechanics.:(Service: Oil change

Went for a trailer (RV) inspection. ( Mind you we called ahead to make sure that someone was there to do one, and to ask how busy they were .)It was quick and easy ( just like last year).Most importantly, there is room to park on the street by the building....not true everywhere when you have a large truck and a 31 foot trailer.

The mechanic spent quite a bit of time trying to determine the problem with my transmission. The quoted cost to repair was high but still reasonable considering the dealership's fees. In the end, it made more sense to sell the car to the dealership than pay for $3 grand in repairs. The mechanic agreed and didn't even charge me a diagnostic fee. These folks are the real deal. They empathize with the customer but at the same time are efficient, reliable, knowledgeable and fair in their pricing. Highly recommend! Thanks Mainline staff!
