Such an amazing place with incredibly kind people! Eddy and Thymthia went above and beyond to help us out. We were stranded and had no idea what we were going to do, but they stayed past working hours, gave us water and popcorn, and worked incredibly fast to get us out of there asap. So grateful for the amazing service!

I love the Lost Pines Toyota Service Center. I have two older Toyotas both with 250K+ mileage. They help keep me properly maintained and on the road! I appreciate the price matched tires, affordable maintenance and mechanic services, easy check-in, and friendly staff! I would recommend them for all makes and models!

Came in for an oil change in my ford fiesta. Dropped my car off first thing in the morning and had my keys in hand in less than an hour. Super quick. From scheduling an appointment with the service coordinators to working with the service advisors regarding my multi-point inspection Damien and Mark made it a smooth and efficient process. Both even took the time to explain in detail the issues that came up on the multi point inspection. I will continue to bring my vehicle here for any maintenance needs.

There needs to be more dealerships like this! Good old fashion customer service. Our family brings both our Lexus and Toyota cars here, the service department is very friendly and knowledgeable thanks Lost Pines!

Came in for an oil change. The experience was great from booking to check out. The lady who scheduled the appointment told me about an online coupon that saved a significant amount on the service. The lobby is quite comfortable. All the staff I encountered was very friendly and knowledgeable. No pressure or hype. Will definitely be using them for service and maintenance needs for my Highlander.

Made early morning appt for tire rotation. Easy check in and rotation and multi point inspection performed in less than an hour. Kevin, my service advisor was friendly and professional. I recommend the short drive to Bastrop as this Toyota service and dealership continue to exceed expectations.

As of the time of this review, I suggest that interested parties scroll down the reviews. Some of the reviews are responded to by one "Walker Nelson," head of the service department. I noted that, apparently, this "Walker Nelson" also left a 5 star review of his own service department. Make your own judgment about the ethics around such self-dealing, which creates a conflict of interest. This is also true of the review, below it, Scott Liriano's. (These reviews have been reported to Google). It also left me wondering how many other employees of the dealership have also left reviews about this particular service department. Discuss among yourselves.As for the dealership's response, consider the following: The dealership is owned by Carlos Liriano. (Check their web site, under "About Us.") For Scott Liriano to leave a positive review, well, he's not just an employee. Apparently, he's family. As for Mr. Nelson, he's been head of the service center for some time. He writes a positive review of the service center. Conflict of interest? Discuss among yourselves.

First I ll say I loved this specific location. Everyone is very friendly, clean, and it s well kept. I ve taken my FJ there a handful of times and it s usually decent service. The last time really let me down. I took it in for a diagnosis on a vibration issue and they said wheel alignment and change the rotors. We just changed the rotors which surprised me so I didn t have them do it as they were still under warranty. I had those replaced elsewhere again after they said that was for sure the issue. I had them perform the wheel alignment in which resulted in my wheel being 20� off (it was perfect prior) and my tires rubbing. Made another appointment to correct the issues. Get it back said they tested it, no rubbing. Left and sure enough they still rub. I guess maybe not a thorough job testing it, and my wheel is still 5� off but now the other direction. Took it back a 3rd time, they got the tires corrected but the wheel is still 5� off. After all that the vibration issue is still present. I haven t had it in me to go back to correct the wheel. At this point I m not sure I will go back. I love Toyota as a company however I feel the service has been sub-par lately at this location.

Took my truck to get detailed here. I drop it off and i say take your time, i dont need it back until the next day. I'm thinking they would do a great job. Pick up the truck, windows are streaky and the floor mats are in the nasty wet bed of the truck. For $150 not worth it at all. $30 yeah sure I'll pay it.

There is a spacious waiting area and a showroom space with some currently available new Toyota s and a couple of vintage ones for you to look at, sort of a museum of unique Toyota s from long ago. They have a good reception system some info is needed then they work on your car, inspections are while you wait, repairs may require you leave the vehicle with them. Ive been there several times and also with my wife so that that she can leave her car with them. They work on all makes of cars not just Toyota s.I get the feeling that the dealerships associates are truly sincere and service conscious and expertly trained unlike at the G.M. and Chrysler dealerships where I get the feeling I m being ripped off. Usually because I am.

Started my car just to check the mileage. Then car was ready for 15 minutes before they called us. Even started my car to move it for someone else to leave, since our guy was on stuck on a phone call. Then blamed it on a Saturday He was even about to help someone else who just showed up, but luckily someone else stepped in. Checkout took 2 min, should have had us out of there once ready - get someone else to help the customer if you're busy. And don't start my car to move it for customers whose cars finished after ours - obviously we should have been called by then.

Very slow - unprofessional- service manager unprofessional and very rude. Normal wait time for a tire rotation is 2.5 hours. Oil change is about the same. Social distancing thrown out the window because service is backed up and behind.Service: TiresService: Tires

Great customer service...Service writer was very nice...got my car in and out within a reasonable time...I highly recommend them.
