The young Hispanic fellow with a peach fuzz mustache who first assisted me had a huge ego. He worked above in the shop. Not down below where the employees extract the oil. He also quoted me a price of $5.00 for an oil change if I provided my own oil, since they were not in stock of the oil I needed, used my coupon and used up the remaining balances on my gift cards. My bill was still lower than usual thanks to my gift cards but I was expecting the price he originally quoted. I asked him if he enjoyed working there. He basically expressed that he wasn't too excited or pleased to be employed there. Furthermore my tires were not checked. Every other Jiffy Lube I've gone to checked my tire pressure and topped them off if they required it. When I got home and checked my email for my receipt, I noticed my $10.00 off coupon was not applied even though they took it from me.

Ever since moving up here, this has been the only place I ve trusted to do my oil changes. A few of the big name places around town will leave you waiting for hours just to have an oil change! Here, it s always been in and out barely before I could have a seat in the lobby!! Always a great job and friendly people there!

Wonderful experience moving into Texas! Entire Crew here made the transition with getting our inspection quick and easy! Colin then helped out in a huge way putting our front license plates on our cars! First time for us with front plates, and he was very considerate & friendly! We will definitely be back here for our service needs.

To be honest, I have never used a Jiffy Lube before. I'm particular and haven't heard the best things about Jiffy Lube in general. However, my husbands new Expedition was far overdue for an oil change due to us being so busy. To be honest, Jiffy Lube was WONDERFUL. Seriously, extremely fast, efficient, and a job well done. When i got home, I checked over the filter and oil levels. I was pleasantly surprised. I can't vouch for them all, but this one did me well in a pinch.

I've had some bad experiences with Jiffy Lube in the past. All due to the customer service. And I get it, I worked "the pit" at Genie Lube in the late 90's when I was 20, before they sold out to Jiffy Lube. It wasn't exactly fun. But this location was great! Everyone was very friendly and professional. If I lived in the area, this place would be my go-to. But if I'm driving by and need service, I'll definitely be back.

If you care anything about your vehicles do not bring them to jiffylube! I've brought two separate cars here, mine and my husband's and both times were not good. Bought my car to these folks or a simple oil change and, then leave with my car running hot, because some accidentally pulled the antifreeze hose off not paying attention. (Why don't you folks check your work before moving on) anyway,I gave them a chance to redeem themselves by bringing my husband's car here to get the brake fluid flush out, and new fluid put in, now my brakes don't work at all. They don't know why??? They worked before I got here. Now my car has been sitting on their property since March 1, 2024 it's now March 6th and know one can tell me/ my husband when this issue will be fixed. Mean while my husband has to lift to work and back each day from bastrop to Austin which is expensive thanks to jiffy lube. I will never take my car up there again, and would not recommend them to anyone. Very unprofessional.

Bad customer service. Arrived to get an inspection and instead of coming to my vehicle to ask why I was there I was waved to enter stall. I waved for the tech to come to my car. He approached but stay way back. I had to practically screamed I needed an inspection. He said they don't do that and immediately walked away. I was not able to ask for information about another option.

I will never go back...they pulled my truck into the bay and didn't pull it all the way in so my front tires were sitting on the ramp. Then they start doing an oil change, first off you can't check fluids if your vehicle is on an incline, second I had to ask them to check the transmission fluid and then they tried to check it qith the engine off, I had to ask them to grease the grease points, they didn't even check my tire pressure. What happened to full service where they check everything and do everything without asking. Now I have to go behind them and make sure everything was done correctly. The oil filter is also leaking.

I have been a Jiffy lube customer for years and Never encountered Rudeness and unapproachable employees as this . Main character Jacob Loper. Was yelling at me and kicked me out the Bay without preforming any service. All because i questioned him on a new policy. He went over board and i will never use them again

Bastrop Texas has the best Jiffy Lube. The entire staff is friendly and efficient, and I highly recommend them. Also, online they nearly always offer a promotional coupon:)

Don't take advantage of the "younger" aged or "women" and try to sell them on you need everything under the sun, over 1k worth of services. Doesn't get you far now and days. Won't be back to this location because of it.

My man Alvertis took such great care of my oil change today. I think I was there for a total of 10 minutes. Amazing. He went over all of my vehicle manufacturers recommended maintenance and gave me a great price on my synthetic oil change. Fast, easy and...They even programmed my car so it will make me aware of next upcoming oil change!Update Jan 2024. After going there twice about check oil level light came on, they said it was time for an oil change. Ok. 3 days later I drive to VW service and they showed me where my oil was leaking out of...wait for it...the oil pan itself! They never screwed it tight. Not going back and they should reimburse me for my VW service oil change

Great service as usual!! Very nice and pleasant to work with! They have been doing our oil changes since we moved here 6 years ago and they have consistently been very nice, professional, and quick service. Plus they will top off my 23 y/o car with oil between service for free! Now that s good customer service!!

Waited 30 minutes in line for a state inspection just for them to tell me they no longer do inspections they could have come out there when I got there but they waited and when I tried to ask somebody they said we'll get to you when we can they will not even give me the time to ask them how long is the wait or anything

Stopped into this place cuz I almost had a flat tire to ask for some air and these gentlemen due to the coming storm were kind enough to check the coolant in my car and put some in their free of charge because I was low that was amazing

This morning I packed up my computer and headed to get the oil changed in my truck. Figured I'd get some work done in the waiting room while I was waiting on the service. Showed up, hardly any customers were in line in front of me, went inside to make myself comfortable. I barely got any work done. Before I had a chance to open my email and start going through the morning's inbox someone was already confirming the type of oil I wanted. And then just a few short minutes later, I had to pay and leave.10/10 Would not get any work done again.Service: Oil change

Wife took the suburban in for an oil change. She said they were were quick but felt odd. Low and behold only 2 quarts of oil left in the car because they didn't tighten the oil filter. Had to do another oil change. Hopefully picture gets added to this review.

I only have may oil changed at this Jiffy Lube. Something about just pulling in and not having to leave your vehicle. Plus the staff are always very nice.

I always have a great experience here and the staff is always respectful, efficient, nice and professional. I feel they do not try to sell me things I do no need. I do not feel pressured into anything or taken advantage of because I am a female. I appreciate their honesty and informing me of the maintenance I need, the order of which I should get it completed and what can or can't be done by them. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube as I have not had a bad experience with any of the staff.

Went to Jiffy Lube in Bastrop, TX this morning for an oil change, I was immediately greeted by Dexter who ushered my car in to the stall and took care to make sure I didn t hurt myself getting down from the ramp. The service I received was impeccable, quick and friendly!I haven t had this level of customer service in quite some time!Service: Oil change
