Thank you Phil and your mechanic that era didn t get his name, for taking care of me and my sister and native of our way home to Houston from Austin area. Our truck got a flat after 6pm and all the little tire shops and the highway were closed. We were so lucky to find Firestone and the team there made sure we got back on the road quickly and safely!

They don't let me down at this location!! I went in and received some courtesy checks and slight tweaks to my car during a regular oil change. I don't know what they did but she's running smoother than she was during my previous change with another company AND much better than she was when I dropped her off to them.

Went here for a patch on driver rear tire due to a screw wanting to come take a ride with me. Every tire place I went to had a huge line or couldn't take anymore orders and it was getting frustrating until I went here. Hunter and the crew hooked me up with everything to get back on the road. I was the only one there so was seen immediately and even though it took a little longer then I hoped for a simple patch job, their kindness and humble personalities made hanging around a joy. Good people trying to make a living and help how they can. Thanks for the help!

I can't express how much these great guys impressed me. Very professionalGreat customer service. I used to be able to do my own work. Now that i'm disabled I have to trust somebody to work on my vehicle. I went in there to diagnose my truck. It was making a weird now every time we hit a bumpi started buying parts here and there thinking I needed to do this for that. But ultimately there was no way I was going to be able to physically do anything. So I call these guys up. They offered a great deal $10 to diagnose my truck. When they got done. I lwith two new rear shocks from my truck to top of the line rear tires and a lifetime alignment. My truck drives like new again it's not rickety. Man I feel so much better driving my truck. And the price was more than fair. I even brought the guy's some tacos . I know how it gets wrapped up in your work. Too busy to even have a break or a quick bite. I will definitely be coming back.

I was able to pull over and drive to this firestone after my vehicle started shaking, and I noticed some tire tread separation and bubbling. They were so helpful and changed my tire within an hour and a half. They showed me what the old tire looked like. I was so thankful for their kindness and quick work to get me back on the road.

Previous shop I took my truck to missed that my rear brake pads were almost worn out. Firestone had my truck fixed in less than 2 hours and gave me a quote for some upcoming maintenance that was much cheaper than the dealership. Will be going back for all my automotive needs.

For the third and final time, this shop has failed to do what I ask them to do. Every time is some excuse or inability to read, and I lose 6+ hours to get nothing done. I asked for front brakes, check a grinding noise from the wheel, and a full inspection . I stated the car may have warranty, if not, put it on my Firestone account. They did not replace the brakes, did not check the grinding from the front passenger wheel that is unmistakeable and loud. The full inspection is pencil whipped harder than any respectable shop should allow.Cancelling my CFNA card, this shop can't even do state inspections. Useless.

Went in for vehicle inspection, was told it failed due to parking brake not holding they offered to check for problem for additional 10.00 - fixing problem would be extra. My brother is a mechanic so I declined. Went home had him check it and nothing was wrong with parking brake. Went to a different inspection place and my vehicle passed inspection. I think they saw a female and thought they could make a quick buck with a fake repair.

I brought my car in to replace the headlights. Staff was super friendly. I waited less than 15 minutes. They were amazing! And, it was far cheaper than I was quoted at the dealership.

First time I went to this location, I found out they had cancelled my appointment due to falling behind schedule. Second time I went to this location, I waited over 2 hours for them to change my oil and rotate my tires, only to find out that they hadn t actually rotated my tires at all even though I was charged for it. Had to return yet again and wait for them to perform the service, basically spent me entire day waiting around.Third time I went to this location was today. I made an appointment to get my oil changed with them over a week ago, show up at my scheduled time and was informed that it would be ready around midnight whatever that means . I guess it takes 11 hours to change the oil I m currently typing this from Jiffy Lube while they are changing my oil on the spot, no appointment needed. I will not be returning to Firestone nor recommending this location to anyone.Service: Oil change

I brought my tire because I had a over the holidays out of town, I dropped off my tire to get repaired, then they tell me that I have to get a new tire because they couldn t patch it because it was close to the outside wall, they told me if you put thumb on the edge of the tire thread and passes your thumb the tire still good, no still wanted me to get a new tire. So then I leave and come back the next day to put it on and they said I got to wait an hour to install my tire, so I told them they I would put it on myself because I got some stuff to do. Then I get my tire and it has all the chips and scratches on my rim, then when I told them they damaged my rim and said it wasn t them, well my rims are freshly painted and they I had requested for the weight to be installed in the inside of my rim not on the out and they didn t do that eight. Honestly that s probably they last time I go to fire stone even though I got warranty on my tires I rather take it somewhere else. I ll post what my tire looks on my truck and what firestone did to my rim

We had appointment Monday but it didn't get finalized but the two guys thereBen being one of them went ahead and helped me even though they only had 2 people working I can't express how much I appreciated them helping me still. And then today I needed a battery to go see my grandma and Ben once again stepped up and took care of the vehicle I greatly appreciate them for all there hard work if you know only one that wants to work as a tech get with them they need good working people.Service: Battery

This was my second visit in last two months. First visit went good polite staff did what they said they would do. Tires for my daughters car. Second visit tires for my truck and oil change. Maybe making over $750 this visit not enough for this store. I made appointment online they confirm with an email. Went to store they confirmed my appointment and they had the tires. Told me they close at 6pm they txt me before that to pick up the truck. Tire bay was working oil change bay all full people working. I return to store at 5:15 my truck not moved. Both tire change bay and oil change bay empty all 3 bays. Nobody working in any of the 3 bays changing oil or tires. Waited in lobby until manager came out from shop. He seem not know who I was but stood behind young man sign my truck in over 5 hours ago. He went to shop found my key and work order with 5 more jobs. No explanation just a look of discuss no explanation. Never will I return or trust this shop again. We make online appointments and confirm because we all have other things to do. But don't belive or trust this shop. Photos for proof

2nd time at this store, second time I was told my appointment was pointless. Went in Saturday for a simple tire repair, and told that I would have to drop it off and leave it for SEVERAL hours! When I told them that I had an appointment for a reason, they told me that there was only 1 tech. Last time I had to drop it off for an entire day, for another repair.

Called before going to shop. Manager said he can fit me in. Simple tire install and balance. Dropped off at 2pm. Called back at 6:30pm said they won t get to it today. Have no idea if they are a good shop. Glad they didn t touch my car. If they are that unorganized. Won t be going back.

This was the Firestone in Bastrop Texas. I called the day before yesterday to make an appointment for an alignment. Phone transferred over to the call center and they set me up for today at noon. I got to Firestone about 30 minutes before my appointment and Ben informed me that they did not have time for my appointment they only had two technicians and they didn't have an opening until next Tuesday. They did tell me though however if I left it with them for the day that they would get a taken care of. I told him I had no way to leave but no one to pick me up seeing as how I lived over 40 miles away. I said I would sit around for a few hours and see if they were ever to give me squeezed in. They had me taken care of and out of there within 2 hours. Their service was impeccable! Highly highly recommend them!

Their customer service was exceptional! They were extremely busy, parking lot was full. I went in for an oil change on my Charger R/T. 1st time there. I work down the street and Ben brought me back to work while they worked on my car and then brought it back to me when it was ready! In addition, they had a special on Synthetic oil! Very pleased

First off this shop did a great job replacing control arms and back joints. Price quoted was very fair. I was told it would be ready by 2 p.m. but due to short staff the job took a couple hours longer. I came to pay and the tech took off an unexpected percentage for it taking longer. I was not going to complain had they not. Good character people at this location. Thanks Firestone Bastrop from an out of towner for the quality work!

10/10 would recommend! They were super busy but still managed to make time to change a running light. Ben was so nice and he did the repair so fast! Best experience I have ever had at an auto shop.

My first appointment was for my air conditioner in my vehicle to get looked at. During this time they looked at my car and gave it back to me after the appointment informing me I need to drive the vehicle for 3 days while running the air conditioner so when I return in 3 days they can find the leak in the system. Three days later I bring my car back and get it looked at. I then get informed that my first appointment they looked at a different system in my car, not the air conditioner. At this point, the issue I had with my car and brought it in for has not even been looked at but I've been charged. Phil, who was working that day was super nice and helped me with the rescheduling for another appointment to finally get my air conditioner looked at. This time I dropped off my car the day before my appointment. Three days later I waited and received no updates on my car so decided to call to see what was going on. Apparently my car has just been sitting there and haven't been looked at since the drop off. At this time I decided to cancel and go elsewhere for my service. Very unprofessional with not updating car owners about their vehicles. Based on my experience, Phil was super nice and helpful but the remainder of the service was 1 star, at best.Service: Air conditioning

I was on a road trip had a flat on my 30 foot trailer And needed to get the extra tire I had mounted on my rim Ben took care of it right away. Didn t even charge me. Thanks Ben! A++++

We busted our radiator on Hwy 290. Called Firestone they recommended Lonestar Towing. Lonestar towed our travel trailer to the park where we had planned to camp, then towed our truck to Firestone. This happened on a Thursday. Turn around was awesome, picked up truck Monday night. They acquired a radiator and installed and flushed, did everything they needed to to set us on our way.Two thumbs up.

I scheduled an appointment to have 4 new tires installed and my brakes checked to be replaced if necessary, dropped my car off. I agreed to allow them to have the car until the next day. I receive a call the next day with $1,100 of repairs not related to my tires or brakes. I declined the additional repairs and asked if my car would be finished at the end of the day as agreed upon and was told "my tech" was not in and would get to it when he returned.I cancelled my service and picked up my car. On Friday we had picked up a nail in our tire and needed to get it plugged or replaced. We ended up here and although they were shorthanded and overwhelmed with work already, the manager Ben looked at the tire and assured us it could be plugged. He asked that we leave the tire for them to repair when they got a break in their workload. He also topped off the air in our spare tire so we could get back on the road. On Saturday we stopped by to see if the tire had been fixed and found out it had. Ben quickly got our tire mounted and got us on our way. He was a pleasure to work with and we'll definitely be taking our vehicles there for service first. We highly recommend this Firestone to anyone!

Ok, Ben and Rene to the rescue! We hit a couple bricks on the highway a truck dumped in front of us and had an instant flat. Towed to Firestone. Had already arranged with Ben over the phone what tires we needed, actually, our record in their system matched our tires from our last install. We had an oil change done for good measure too. It took a long time, but we were not on the schedule for a late Friday afternoon emergency. They stayed late and Rene pitched in to get it done! Great work! TY!

Wasn't able to go due to the tire size i had. Good thing i called in prior. However, customer service was great. They did pointed out other options which i eneded up going.
