Take your service work elsewhere. The customer service is severely lacking from the phone operator to the service rep. They could have cared less about the severity of the situation and recommended a part to buy that wouldn t fix the problem. The part we needed, they had but wouldn t sell it to us as they wanted to be the ones to put it in and it would take a week or so. We were luckily able to call another dealership who was horrified at the experience we had.

Would give 0 stars if I could.These people tried to convince me my very loud squeaking brakes were totally normal . months later when they finally decided to look at it, they found that rocks were caught in my brakes.Long story short, my brakes are still screwed up to this day and these people won t help. It never got fixed properly and now the steering wheel has vibration and it s back worse than how I originally took it in.Can hardly enjoy my brand new Buick because the brakes are causing so much trouble.I d recommend another Chevy dealership like Chick Nash. Don t waste your time here

If you are traveling through and need service, or if you need a repair but have only one vehicle- don t expect any empathy from this service department. If they say it will be two weeks before they can look at your vehicle, they demand that you leave the vehicle sitting on their lot for those two weeks. No exceptions, at least not for me-and I bought my vehicle from them! They do have loaner cars but in my situation it would not be available for almost a month. I have had my vehicle serviced there before and the service was fine, but I will not be back to this service department.

The day after Thanksgiving in 11/25/2018 i traveled from San Antonio TX to Bastrop TX to buy a truck from Covert Chevrolet, it was a fast and easy experience and i loved my truck every minute i had it. Fast forward to today 7/19/23. About 2 weeks ago i went back to Covert to sell my truck, it was the same easy experience i had even though i was giving something i loved up this time. Lazarus the Sales Manager handled the whole deal from sart to finish and even above and beyond to the very end. This place i have only two experiences at 5 years apart almost and they were both great. Everyone was nice and helpful from phone calls from previsit to phone calls afterwards. When i buy my next Chevrolet I'll definitely return to Covert in Bastrop for another great car buying/selling experience! Buying a vehicle can be a headache but not at Covert Bastrop!

Beautiful customer service. Covert Chevrolet has my vote. I always feel like they listen and take care of my needs. Driving the distance is worth it for me.

I answered no to the question, Did I use this business? Because Will in the service department has to be the rudest person I have met in a long time at a customer service job. They are way over priced on their services and demand diagnostic services (which costs $200.00) before they even look at the reason for bringing the car in. Told us that the service would run approximately $1000.00 or more and they would have to keep the car for at least one and a half weeks. Didn t let them do the service. Drove off and got it fixed by another professional business in less than 3 hours at a cost of $74.00. Won t use this service department because they are way to overpriced and RUDE!

I had an appt. for 9AM for a recall on my Cadillac SRX. After 2 hours, I went to the service advisor to find out how much longer it would take. I was told that they had already called my name (must have been when I was in the rest room). I don't understand why they didn't come back into the customer lounge and call my name. The lady who handles that responsibility has ATTITUDE.

Ernest Barrow is an amazing man, he sold us our car a little over a year ago, and tried his best to put us in something that will work with our family.We could not be happier with the service he has provided our family with, Ernest truly went above and beyond to help our family, and I can not thank him enough!If you're looking to buy a car, I would definitely 100% recommend Mr. Barrow.-Sincerly Mrs. Ivy

Thanks to Dan Covert at Hutto and Jay at Bastrop for making a unique situation turn into a good deal. Initially there was a confusing internet advertisement and price for a GMC truck however the Covert dealership quickly remedied the error and we worked out a deal as promised. The Covert group came through and we may have established a long-term relationship with the dealerships in Hutto, Bastrop, and Austin.
