We got to our campsite on Sunday and by Monday the repairman was at our campsite in Bastrop SP. He replaced a leaking faucet. We were back to enjoying our camping trip with water in our camper again! Nice and helpful people ! The price was reasonable, especially since we didn't have to take it anywhere!!!

They were referred by the tech that was working on my electrical problem on my Damon RV. I had an electrical surge that fried my converter, inverter and multiple appliances. The 1st technician did the initial diagnostic and I paid him $700 to do so and he turned it into my insurance. He was unable to complete the job and referred me to ByTheWayRv to complete the job. They recieved all the repair submissions and cost and just had to turn into insurance as subsidies so the insurance could approve and pay for them. Having spoken to my insurance already this was not going to be an issue. After a month of them telling me my insurance was denying the claim they told me I needed to pay the $6550.00 out of pocket in cash. When I said I would not They told me to find another Tech to do the job. At this point I'm already out over $1200 between the two Tech in Inspections and no work has been done. I called the insurance company and to see why they were denying the claim and they said they closed the claim because no submissions were made within the time line of the original claim in March. It is now almost June and I have to find a 3rd Technician to complete the job because ByTheWayRv only does cash, and we all know the reason for that. So now with what I have already paid out for Inspections and still have to buy new batteries at about $2000 for all of them, I'm out about $10,000.00 because they wanted a cash only deal. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST. Because it will cost you a lot.Service: Electrical
