Was charged $10 for 2 min and 30 seconds of nothing. Was waiting for the tire/wheel cleaner. It didn't work. The wash bay was filthy. First time at this location. Probably won't return. Now I have to dispute charges with the bank.

This place is getting worse and worse by the day!Ive been coming here for years... if I use my debit card I get over charged! $10 even if i use the car wash for 2 min! If I use cash, two of them machines dont accept cash, the one next to it the brush head completely came off, and the one next to it, the hose is broken, I just wasted 6 dollars for nothing. How can someone run a business like this ? This is unacceptable!! Today was the last time I've ever used that place.

My hubby and I each got a car wash. I even paid for the $10 wash, and my car was still just as gross. I could ve done better with a water hose and no scrubbing. The free token for the vacuuming is only enough for about half a vacuum. Very frustrated. A complete waste of money.

I have been using this place for a good while now, most of the time i have no real complaints considering it's automated. Can't expect perfection. I will now be going down the road to the competition. Went to get my wash it started. Made almost one pass in the touch less side. Stopped spraying and all lights off on the sign. Very disappointed with this problem. So now I have to not only lose the money I paid for this wash I have to go elsewhere and pay for another one to get my car clean

I've given this place plenty of chances, honestly the worst car wash business in bastrop! !! Ridiculous How trashy it was and upon my visit saw a customer washing their vehicle, all of a sudden he yells...I turn around and the sprayer busted while he was rinsing his vehicle. Anyway, here is what I saw. Don't waste your change. The best car wash for a actual good price and plenty of time to vacuum front and back, is right by the Yellow store...If you've lived here long enough, you know what store this is. Worst Experiences! !!

Pulled in and pulled right back out. Confusing driving in the wrong way and the options are very expensive. Cheapest wash is $15 . Not for me. If your rich go on in , be careful with entrance

I really wanted to support this local business as opposed to going next door but I highly regret coming here instead. Only $1 cheaper than the competitor. The wash was mediocre at best. You get a token for a free vacuum, but it is only about 3 minutes of vacuum time you get. Then you have to walk over to the front of the business to get change for a $1 because when is 3 minutes ever going to be enough time for a vacuum?? Then you pay a dollar for another vacuum session and the hose pops off of the connector (7 ft high so you can t just reconnect it) So you drive off with half a vacuumed car frustrated and make a mental note to just go next door next time.

I drove through the automatic wash first bin and paid $10... Didn't get the undercarriage wash and didn't rinse the soap off the car. Had to pay another $1.50 to wash the soap off.i had to leave my special needs niece unattended to rinse the soap off. Very disappointed!

where to start bring a rain coat when using the Truck bay because it leaks like a sieve at the top all over you. the high pressure soap , degreaser, and wheel cleaner don't work only to when after a couple minute or so that you switch back to high pressure rinse is that it decides to mix in. the brush has 1" bristles left on it and try keeping it on it just keeps spinning and getting loose. and the extended time button when using a card works when it wants. And you might want to clean the place a little better when your surveillance cameras look like this.

Horrible, prices are way too high for equipment that never works and is always broken. I used to go all the time even though it's out of my way but not anymore. Somethings are out of y'alls control.Thank you for reaching out.keep on being awesome.

Just left this place the brushes don't work , lived in bastrop for 18yrs all the car washes are horrible. Don't waste your money at this place for sure

There was an issue with one of the car wash bays, and I had to go to the second one to finish the car wash. They refunded my money quickly. Great customer service.

Paid $18 for the touch free wash. Selected the higher price because everything it comes with and I was not pleased with the turn out. I love having my car clean, i always try to keep it detailed and do it myself but sometimes life just life s and I run out of time. It literally left my car the same, dirt everywhere, windows horrible, car was still ashy looking. I have a black car and it s very noticeable. Also not spot free. I wish it was better.

They keep up with the front stalls. The back truck wash could use some attention . Dirty. Could use a power wash itself, walls and concrete driveway.

Leaves the truck really clean i go through their touchless was with a dually no problems at all aswell as i have their monthly ultimate and i love it i drive in there any time im close by my kids love it they enjoy seeing the machines moving and its the first ive seen of a dually car wash wh8ch is something i can appreciate i would recommend to everyone and keep in mind dont expect 100% of caked on mud thats been on their for months to come off u might need another pass what i can recomend is spend 2 bucks on the self wash side scrub it all really good to loosen up the debris then pass threw the touchless and get the monthly pass and go evey 3 days and itll come out spotless and looking like new i go in every day with mine cause i have 3 kids who love the carwash machines but thats just my 2 cents recommend to everyone im super happy with it and stand behind brite as a happy customer

No problems! Washed off my Can-Am Maverick x3, after a day of HARDCORE RIPPING! Man I sent it YO!! Had no issues. Been going there for many years. Good place to SELF WASH!

My truck is wider than most (Raptor) so i take it through the touchless side. I think it also will do dually trucks. anyway works great knocking off the road grime and getting my truck shined up.

Brite & Shiny appealed to me for many reasons. I live on a dirt road and try to wash my car at least once a week. Once I realized I could easily utilize 3 of their 4 locations as I frequent those towns almost daily, it was a no brainer to sign up for their club membership. Now, I typically go 3 to 4 times a week and have been thrilled with how clean my car always looks.I don t normally leave reviews but after my encounter with customer service, I just had to brag on them.My club member wash stopped before finishing and I had to pay for an additional wash to remove the soap still on my car. I wanted to see what could be done but decided to reach out to them directly instead of turning to social media to complain or bad mouth them. I emailed customer service and had a response back within a day, from the owner no less. Ginger was understanding and quick to make the situation right. She even issued a refund when I only asked for an account credit.The fact that I emailed on NYE and she responded so quickly, politely and professionally, made me a customer for life.Thank you to Scott & Ginger for servicing our communities, both with your businesses and charitable work. And an even bigger thank you to Scott, for your service to our country.

I ve been here a few times. Think I would learn my lesson. Not many choices in bastrop. I can t use the drive through wash because of the ladders I carry on my truck. This wash doesn t clean very well at all. The soap doesn t get the dirt off, help with bug removal or clean tires. I thought this last time might be different, but when I get home I will have to rewash the truck to get the rest of the dirt and all of the bugs off. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOUR CAR IS DIRTY!!!

It's not too bad, but touchless didn't clean my windshield too well, which is why I went to the car wash

Great car wash. Everything is up-to-date. Soap and shine products work well, sprayer and brushes are new. Great stop to get car cleaned

The car wash is disappointing. The monthly special was affordable but only bc of the fine print of a 3 month contract. I contacted the management and they helped me out of it.5stars for location and customer service.1star for the actual wash, it did a poor job and I was concerned about it damaging my vehicle due to it being so harsh

Was with daughter and son in lawWashing his pick up. Apparently that went well. My issue is for safety reasons, was the amount of traffic because the middle school is in back of this business ....some parents were impeding lot of this car wash! Traffic was awful with access to school is literally next drive way over. Secondly, some students walking were cutting across the lot /driveway of this business! the best option would be to AVOID at school drop off or pick up times if at all possible!!

The automatic washer is ok for regular maintenance washes but if you have any dirt on windows expect to clean those again your self. The vacuums are hit and miss sometimes they work fine other don't work at all.

Saturday May 2, 2020I've used this car wash in the past, back when they had an attendant who would prep the car with a big brush full of soapy water.I recently bought a car and it needed washing so I returned.I spent $3 for two washes with the wand. There was very little soap. I then paid $6 to get the touchless wash and a free token for the vacuum.The results were a little better but still poor. The vacuum token was repeatedly rejected, so I spent another $1 to get a short session with the vacuum. I gave away the token, I won't be going back.Total spent: $10Results: PoorI'd like my money back so I can pay my 10 year old neighbor to give my car a decent bath.Susan

The touch less cut off half way through rinse and sent me out still half covered in soap had to spend another $5 on top of the $18 wash just to rinse it off not impressed at all .

The location in Buda just opened and I was excited to see how it would perform. I'm sad to say it was a pretty bad experience. The car wash did not rinse the soap off my truck and I was forced to drive home and rinse the vehicle myself. I paid for the $15 car wash and would have expected better results. Once I got home and rinsed the soap off my truck I could still see dirt in several places. I will not be returning to this car wash and will share my experience with others.
