It was so refreshing to find an honest mechanic. I ve had the same problem with my car for two years, and it has been differently diagnosed several times by various mechanics, then they fix the issue only well enough to keep me coming back. Scott found and fixed the issue rather quickly compared to the eight to ten hours my car has been in shops previously. Add that to the fact that they can come to YOU (for a reasonable fee) and their prices are fair.

I recently had the pleasure of using Bastrop Mobile Services, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Scheduling a time was a breeze, and they were incredibly prompt. The technician went above and beyond by running into town to purchase a necessary part for my car, demonstrating a dedication to customer satisfaction that's hard to find. Not only was he efficient, but he also exuded a laid-back demeanor while expertly handling the task at hand. Friendly, the mechanic Scott came prepared and replaced my starter and battery. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Excellent service; he didn't leave until the car was working.

Scott installed running boards on my Chevy Colorado and did my spark plugs on my Kia Sportage. Great service and on time. Will definitely be my mechanic going forward. Oh and he came all the way to Taylor, too.

Thank you for wasting our day. I called yesterday with an urgent repair needed on my vehicle, and you said you could get to it today around noon or a little later. I texted you my address, as you requested, and you said you d let me know when you were on your way. Because you were coming in the middle of the day, we canceled some plans for our business so we could be here. You never came, never gave me the courtesy of a text or call, and never returned any of my 4 texts or answered your phone. Now it s Saturday evening, and there s no way to get this repaired before Monday, so my husband will miss a day of work. This is a terrible way to run a business and an even worse way to be a human being. Time is so valuable to people. Wasting other people s is despicable.If you don t want to work anymore, take your business off Google!

Clutch was melted down on my car when I reached Bastrop a couple weeks ago and I was stranded. their line says they're available 24hrs, I called and was instantly sent to a vmail, tried a few minutes later and the same thing happened. False advertising

I have a great mechanic I trust in Austin. But when my vehicle was stranded in Bastrop, $160 tow bill plus the repairs, I thought I would give this company a try. Corey & Tyler came out, & for only $185 + the part (I picked up myself), we were fixed up and back on the road! Thanks guys! I will give you a reference anytime I see fit, for my friends in Bastrop and the surrounding area!

My truck stopped working while I was in stop and go traffic, 3pm on a Sunday afternoon, about 10 miles outside of bastrop. Thankfully there was a card for Corey at Bastrop Mobile! I gave him a call and he was there in less than 20min. Had my problem diagnosed in less than 10min. Then dropped me off in town to grab a bite to each as they fixed my truck (fuel pump replacement). His speed, courtesy, and professionalism was great!When I was back on the road, unfortunately I had another issue (fuel filter due to bad gas - don't fill up at the shell in downtown bastrop); and Corey drove out 45 min to fix me up again and did so at no additional cost. And it was 9pm on a Sunday night at that point.Great service and live savers! Absolutely give them a call if you run into issues in that area!

Had our Class A motor home break down while traveling through Bastrop area on a Thursday evening after 5 pm. They showed up quickly to help get us off the side of the road. They were very knowledgeable with our diesel motor and helped solved the issue. After exhausting every issue they could and got the motor running again we decided it was best to have the motor home taken back to our local area of town due to lack of available materials due to businesses closing for the day and we had another vehicle to continue on our trip. They got the motor running again but we were missing some parts that would not be available until the next day. Even after working on the bus for several hours they didn't want us to pay them because they were not able to get the parts from the local businesses. After we finally got them to let us pay them for their time as they spent several hours working on the motor home to get it running they stuck around for the tow truck to arrive and made sure we were able to get on our way safely. If we were close to the area I would be happy to always have them work on my vehicles. It is hard to find hard workers that are professional, friendly and still want to help people even after a long hard day.

I had taken my car to another shop in Bastrop and they told me it needed a new engine. They said they could do it for $4500. I was just about to have it towed to a junkyard when I talked to Bastrop Mobile Services. They towed it to their shop, looked at it and fixed it all in the same day saving me over $4000. It didn't need a new engine at all. I can't say thank you enough and would recommend them to anyone needing repairs.

In January me and my son tried to help a man out in need and we gave him a great business for 25% of the income and in mid June he started having difficulty running the shop and we over to take over his book and try to get back on track, in October he took on a job and the customer pre paid him for the parts and labor sometime after that he took the man s money and ran. So if you read this and do any work with Isaac Hernandez BEWARE.:::.

Car broke down in Bastrop. Saw this business listed and decided to try and give them my business. No answer when called. Left message and didn't get a return call. Do not suggest this business that advertises themselves as a 24 hour service.

I broke down in the area and called Bastrop. Extremely fast ETA. Unfortunately the parts store did not have the part until the next day. Bastrop Mobile Service not only made sure my family was safe at a rest area but also brought us food for the night. Thank you so much for all your help. 5 Stars!

Great service and a great friendly guy. He replaced my water pump and serpentine belt on my Dodge 2500 Diesel while I was sitting in a parking lot. Thank you, brother!

great service and a fair price. Dude was at my place in 5 minutes and definitely knew what he was doing. He fixed my problem in 15 minutes (it was something stupid that I should have caught). Lots of mechanics would have gouged me, but he gave me a fair price. Highly recommend.

If you need a mechanic, this is the man for the job. Came to my house to get my van running and went above and beyond to make sure everything was correct for a reasonable price. I don't leave many reviews for anything but this one was well deserved.

According to they person I spoke to tonight, 8/18/21, at the phone number provided on the website, they are no longer in business... the guy said website was supposed to be shut down, I told him it was not he said thanks for letting us know.
