I finally have my beauty back a BIG Thank You to Bastrop Body and Paint! They did such an amazing job at fixing this horrid situation and made her look more than brand new. So professional and fast. My brand new car of one day was hit by a deer. I was so upset. Dawn was very helpful with me and very patient too. She gave me my quote and got started in getting my car in and out as fast as they could without cutting corners. They listened to what I wanted and did what would be the best option for me and my car. I highly recommend them, and the wonderful work they provided me and my husband.

I am very pleased with the repairs that were done to my car. You can t tell where the damage was and the paint is perfectly matched. Not only do they do great work, they are great to work with. I was kept appraised of the progress of the repairs and had all of my questions answered promptly and courteously. The facility is clean and the staff are true professionals. And, my car was so clean when I picked it up, I hardly recognized it. I highly recommend them.Service: Body & Trim

Had to have body work after getting hit in a parking lot. Huge thanks to the team at Bastrop Body & Paint. Great communication from start to finish, a very accurate estimate and they worked directly with my insurance company which saved me so much time. The repairs were done on time (a day early even) and my truck looks amazing!It is always a pleasure to do business with folks that tell you what they are going to do, do it expertly and then explain everything once you are done. By far one of the best auto paint & body shops I have ever been to! I felt comfortable as a women going in and getting work done to my car after being in an accident. The staff was quick, the estimate was easy to understand the quality of service and work was excellent! I highly, highly recommend and if I ever need work done again I will be back!

We had someone hit the back end of our car recently, adding some cosmetic damage to our vehicle.Took our car to Steve and his team at Bastrop Body & Paint and that was the most smooth and stress free car experience we ve ever had. He communicated directly with the insurance and got us all taken care of in such a short amount of time. He was clear in his communication, friendly in his approach and did a great job. I would definitely recommend Bastrop Body & Paint if you re needing help with your vehicle.

I had major damage from rear end collision. Dawn did estimate and walked me thru the logistics. As they did initial work, they determined vehicle needed to be totaled. Both Dawn & Steve kept me updated as they worked with insurance company. They have done great repairs in past, and in this case I was extremely pleased with the effort they did to help me thru a loss. Still my #1 choice to use for(hopefully infrequent) repairs

I picked this place to repair my car based on other positive reviews. Let me tell you: don't go anywhere else. Steve (the owner) and his crew were top-notch. Terrific customer service. They made everything right and the quality of the repair made the car just like brand new again (they even detailed it!). Do yourself a favor and go here for your repair.

Bastrop Body and Paint is the most awesome place to get your car put back like it never happened. Steve does business with honesty and integrity. I sell auto insurance and will always recommend them for repairs. They do it right. We have used them personally several times and we are always impressed with the final result.

My third time over the years to take a vehicle to Steve and Dawn. They make it easy and the work is impeccable. Vehicle always looks better than it did before the incident. These folks are pros and will work everything out with you insurance company to your benefit. Top shelf business!

Dawn and the team were great with repairing my vehicle after an accident and keeping me informed of the repairs. The process did take a while due to the rarity of my vehicle, winter storm Uri and COVID related shipping delays but she looks and drives like new. My car s hood and grill were damaged by the lane divider posts along an entry ramp to Hwy 71. Bastrop Paint and Body gave me a decent quote and did a fantastic job fixing the damage to where you couldn t even tell my car was damaged - and under estimate. I love my car and I was ecstatic to have the repairs look better than I expected. Thank you to all the thorough, friendly and caring employees and their cute and friendly Shih Tzu.

Like a bonehead, I backed my brand new car into an inanimate object three days after buying it. Very stressful situation. I took it to Bastrop Body and Paint to get an estimate, and Steve was extremely helpful and honest. His shop did a great job bumping out the dent, buffing out the scrapes, and touching up the paint. They didn t even charge me for the work! I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had also thrown in a complimentary wash. My experience with Bastrop Body and Paint was nothing but positive. They took a very stressful situation and made it infinitely better. I m happy to recommend them to anybody in need of their services.

I used this family owned business last year for my Mazda CX-7 when my husband hit a bobcat on 71. They did an awesome job and I was pleased with the personal attention I got for my needs with not only the work done but the correspondence with my insurance company as well. This year my husband hit a deer in his Tundra, and of course this is where the truck is right now. VERY happy with their service and hospitality!

I selected this shop for repair to my vehicle in March and I couldn't be more pleased. The staff was very prompt, answered all of my questions, and the quality of work was outstanding. The customer service I received through the entire process shows that they care about their customers satisfaction. My vehicle looks like it never had to be worked on or painted.

I wasted my time asking the representative inside for a repair estimate on the damage to my vehicle. He came outside, quickly looked at my vehicle and told me that they would not work on it; consequently, I took my vehicle to Ken's Body shop where they were friendly, nice and fair. I gave 1 star because that was lowest possible ranking.

Just picked my wife's Tahoe up from Bastrop Body and Paint and couldn't be happier. They not only handled the body work (it looks awesome), but they also coordinated with the dealer to get the radio replaced (my son's soda went flying from the back seat during the wreck and ruined the radio). They also had it ready 3 days earlier than they estimated! This is the second time in 10 years that we've used them, and both experiences were great.

Horrible experience and did not even get my vehicle fixed there. Thought it maybe was due to being self pay, not sure. I am BIG on communication and all I ever asked for was answers, wasn't getting anywhere. Dawn was a horrible communicator. I called and asked for answers cause what I was originally told was not what was happening and felt like I was getting the run around. When I first called to get this set up I was told it would take approx 3 days to get it fixed and to let her know when I was ready to bring in my vehicle I set up going into work late and rental car was set up. I called and Dawn stated they were waiting for the parts to come in, and that they should be in by Wednesday which was the day I had scheduled to come in. Called to get update and make sure all was ready for me to drop off first thing in the morning. That's when it went down from there after speaking to someone else and letting them know how frustrating it was that I felt like I was getting the run around and all I was asking for was answers. She stated she was going to refuse to fix my vehicle. Dont think she ever planned on fixing it from the get go. Will NEVER reccomend this place to anyone. Service King in Bastrop treated me so well!

I have been coming to Bastrop Body and Paint for years and I've always been highly satisfied with their level of communication and service. In this particular instance I had a headlight broken and fender dented after contact with a pipe fence. As it is vehicle for my teenage son I didn't want to "invest" too much into repairs (paying out of pocket). Steven provided me with three options and explained that the cost of trying to manipulate the existing fender to fit the replaced headlight would cost labor time and in all likelihood not look good or fit well. However, he didn't try to "talk" me into replacing the hood, which just had a small ding. I also appreciate how he explains how replacement parts with new paint have to fit in with the existing paint colors. Finally, I appreciate that Steve doesn't try and rush a job, but clearly communicates the time it takes through the entire process. I highly recommend this body shop!

Had a great experience taking my vehicle there for repair, not only did they fix the car super fast, it looked fabulous...they even cleaned the inside so it looked brand new! Also, the owner and his staff were just the nicest people I have ever met.

I would gladly send anyone of my family or friends here. My car was ready on time and anyone I dealt with was very helpful. I love my car and am very picky about it. When i picked it up it was beautiful and I couldn't be happier. Thank you Steve and to everyone who worked on my car.

These are the greatest folks to work with and the job is always top notch. I would gladly recommend them to my friends or anyone that needs work done. I feel they honestly care about the folks they help. Wonderful experience dealing with them.

Very happy with the service they did my mother's car and it was left beautiful and Everyone was very nice they also have a very nice guest there dog he is very friendly and so adorable!! Would gladly recommend this body shop!!!

Wow, never again. I just stopped by and the staff acted as if I was an interruption. The lady who came outside to "help" interrupted and responded based on assumptions rather than listening to the complete issue. There's plenty of other places that will actually want your business - why bother with this one?
