I absolutely love Barnard's Tire and Automotive. They have the most amazing staff. We take all of our family vehicles there. Simply call them and they will schedule you in for all of your Tire and Automotive needs. Great pricing and wonderful service. And even if they are busy they make sure to give you ample notice of how long everything will take. I look forward to taking my vehicle here for all of my future repairs. Barnard is my go to shop for all of my company and personal vehicles. From the excellent staff in the front, to the professional technicians in the shop. You will be welcomed in and treated like family everytime. Honest and dependable. Greta work and honest pricing. No stress or need to shop other shops for better prices.Big thanks to Kim for holding it down up front. You always have my back!

My brakes went out on my ram pickup. I had to spend the night in Bastrop. Barnard's tire and wheel took me in at 7:30 AM. Very professional service at a good price. Got me back on the road to my home 100 miles away. Thanks, Barnard Tire and Wheel.

On our trip our rv tires starting to separate (age related). The people of Barnard tire ordered the tires we needed and allowed us to overnight camp in their parking lot. We were back on the road before 3 p.m. the next day !!! At less $$$ then we were expecting.

I was recommended to Bernard's by a co-worker. I needed to have my tires rotated and balanced and a state inspection. While my car was there, they smelled fuel. My husband had noticed it prior, so I agreed for them to put a diagnostic test on it and sure enough they found something going on with my fuel pump! Very courteous, reasonable and I will go back!

3 hours before they closed they were completely swamped. Just needed a big screw removed from a brand new tire and then a hole plugged. Was holding a $50 bill folded up in my hand to tip out whomever helped me because honestly, I didn't want to do it myself. I was told, "we might be able to get to it tomorrow." They appeared to shun me and certainly didn't want to help the customer. I'm perplexed because they have such great reviews.

Recently We had a blowout on our Big truck,Barnards kept us on the road with same day tire replacement so we could finish our work.Then they was able to order us 4 brand new tires and put them on next day.Thanks again We appreciate the high level teamwork to make this happen.

At first glance it seemed to be a trustworthy and humble establishment. But to no avail they have let me down. Charged me through the roof for simply putting on tires and doing a balance on them. SUPER OVERPRICED. When I went to pick my car up my car and the manager/owner was offensive and inconsiderate. Will not be going back or recommending to any of my friends.

Dropped my car off around 7:30am for brake and tire check got a call around 6 saying my car was ready. I got off later that night walked to check up on my car and saw my door was unlocked for anyone to break in and steal whatever they want I just moved here from Houston I'm not coming back here no matter what, thats a mistake nobody working on that property should have made I would have checked to see if anyone else has unlocked doors but being a black man at night that would be a bad idea.

Only place my truck will go to for tires. These guys are quick and get the job done right. Never once had a problem! Prices are good and service is better!!

I came here because my tire needed air and they were very helpful. They quickly helped me out and I was back on the road in no time.I would recommend, didn't go inside so I don't know if it was comfortable or how clean the waiting area is but service wise, very good.

Great work, very friendly, and honest! Requested quote for a set of new tires(told elsewhere I needed). Looked at tires and told me I didn't need any! Huh??? Love this place!!!

Took my truck in for an alignment. They got it done correctly the first time. Could have been 5 stars if customer service did give me a look like they hate talking to customers..

I brought my work truck tire up here to get it patched. I said I would wait, Larry said it will be a couple hours that was at 2 PM. I never received a call so I called him. He said it was ready that was at 4:50pm. I never received any kind of call any kind of update anything from him I get up here thinking I can pick up my tire. It is totally locked down closed up no call no nothing, sorry service. No regard for another person having a to work.

still paying off the thousands of dollars this shop robbed from me. got a quote for 700$ and after calling daily for 2 weeks they said it was ready and charged 4grand (plus the reason i brought it in was still not fixed) never discussed a word and the owner just walked out and said he was just doing to keep the car. these people are all thieves. go anywhere else there's multiple garages on the same road but if you must get your work written down before they do anything to your vehicle.

Fair honest family business. They serviced my Mustang,F150 and F250. I have done breaks,AC and most recently a water pump. Good people you can trust.

If you like being told one price, then when the job is done having a much higher bill every time, this is the shop for you.I sent a driver in for wheel balancing on my f550. He was told at the bay $30/tire for all 6.His out the door price $361 for a balance job I filed a dispute with my card carrier for the difference.I sent another driver in yesterday who had a bad tire, he was told $255/ mounted only. Which is fine. I have balance beads we put in anyways.His out the door price $331 and we took our old tire so no disposal fees I will be filing another dispute for the difference.This place is still a joke. We won t be back. Which is a shame for them. I own 11 vehicles that are in constant motion.

Took about an hour and half for oil change. Only complaint is that because they couldn't put my truck on the lift because of my camper, they charged me double the labor charge but didn't tell me that beforehand, so at checkout the price was higher than expected.

They were friendly but they charged me an extra $20 without telling me just because I didn't pay in cash. Which they also never mentioned. But considering how much they charge for everything I'm surprised they need the extra price gouge at the end there.

WE usually don't respond to negative reviews but one from Mr. French who hasn't been in our store since Sept. of 2016 and the one from Mr. Kaelin who since 2013 has spent 612.08 need to be addressed. Mike and I purchased Barnard Tire and Wheel from the Barnard family in 2010, wondering how we have to live here too be considered local. Eric gave us notice he would be leaving around April 1. He was an Asset to the business we hated to lose him, we would invite you both with Eric to come in so we can address your bad feelings and commits, we believe we continue to be a local family-owned business and valued part of the community. We really wish if someone has a problem get in touch with Mike or I, and we will do our best to satisfy you.

Super quick turnaround on a big suspension job on my older Chevy Tahoe. Prices were fair and competitive. Word around town is good. Super convenience for downtown service. They gave me a quote on everything before they did any work and answered all my questions and concerns patiently and thoroughly.

Called on a Wed about having some trailer bearings repacked and was told by a very nice guy to drop it off Friday morning. Went to get it from storage and hauled it all the way over Friday morning just to be told they wouldn't be able to get to it and we could 'bring it by the next week'. We also need tires on our truck very soon and we were told good things about this place unfortunately being told to bring our trailer in and then after going through everything to get the trailer there to be told they couldn't get to it really burns so won't be back for any business.
