Would not answer the phone , 2 attempts , got put on hold on the third call , after 10 minutes I gave up . Bought part elsewhere. Obviously understaffed .

Its hard to give a review on a company that does no answer its phone. I have tried to call these folks for various products a number of times and they don't answer the phone, 45 rings just now. Have been there while they ignor phone calls almost like they are instructed by the company to operate this way.

One employee seems to not know what he's doing. Tried to charge me a shipping fee to get a part shipped from a different AutoZone location. The same one couldn't test my battery because he couldn't find the negative post. Seems to be only that one employee though. Everyone else was knowledgeable and helpful.

The staff was lazy and acting like we bothered them when we needed a wiper blade changed, saying they were under staffed while there were 3 employees and one customer. 12 AM on 28 March 2024.

If i could i would give the store 0 stars. The women here was rude. I understand that you need a Receipt to do any exchange or return. I explained to her that we just bought it last night and we bought it with a credit card. She had a Attitude the whole time. When we spoke with mike he told remembered us and he even said the item still didnt fit. Welp i did my research and came to the terms of return. I called customer service and they were able to provide the transaction number and the store number. We went back to the store. We were getting help again by mike and she said out loud i told them they cant return with out the Receipt. Well i spoke up and told her i got a transaction number and she tried to get loud. I have been coming to this store for 5 years. And i can honestly say autozone has losted me as a customer.Fyi if you have questions about anything with your items CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE

I really want to express my gratitude to Elizabeth and Mike for their help in changing my old spark plugs. Elizabeth was so kind and patient and knowledgeable and guided me through the process and helped me find the right tools.Mike helped me several times get old, rusty bolts unstuck with the use of a hammer!Thank you both so much!

I called and asked for a specific part the lady immediately told me that they don t have it in stock. I asked how did she get that information that quickly then was told if I have a specific part number from their website she would look it up. The part I needed is listed online as in stock at their location and just for kicks on the way to their competitor I stopped in and what a surprise the part I needed was sitting on one their shelves. I purchased what I needed across the road at advance auto parts where they give great customer service on the phone and in person. The sales lady Jennifer even had the part on the counter waiting for me when I arrived.

I had to get a new Battery today, Juan R. was super helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to get what I needed and install it as well. Would definitely recommend this place if you need a quick and friendly service.

Very helpful staff...but they really need more people. Be prepared to stand in line for awhile if you are unlucky enough to be there during a busy time. Also, if you can't find what you're looking for then ask, because the staff will go out of their way to find it at another store or online.

Friendly service personnel! I recently encountered a problem with my cars check engine light coming on. I was pleased to find out that the Bastrop AutoZone has a diagnostic tool which can easily determine which parts are suspect. It ends up the part is one that AutoZone can order and is easy to access and replace. THANK YOU AutoZone for providing the service!

Only one of two batteries I needed for my diesel powered pickup which should be replaced in pairs. That makes no sense for a store located in Central Texas cattle country where every other truck is diesel powered it seems. The visit before this was to pick up oil for that truck. Not a drop of the correct oil in the whole store for my truck. Very helpful, friendly staff though and welcoming of my assistant that you see in the photo!

Needed a complete rear axel assembly! (the entire rear end) was unable to get from other parts stores. ( just not avaliable) then BAM- Autozone was able to get it plus no shipping fees as other places wanted over 100$ for shipping. Autozone takes on the burden of the shipping so thanks guys for getting it!! I get in the zone AUTOZONE!!

I was having some issues that indicated my battery was going bad. Paul came out and tested it and yes it was bad. He helped pick the correct one for my truck. He even installed it for me. 5 stars for Paul, he was friendly and very helpful.

Great experience here yesterday. I just needed my battery checked, which was done quickly. Isaiah was super kind and helpful during the process of testing my battery and replacing it with a new one. He was super polite and friendly enough to entice me to come here and write this review.

I live 30 minutes away. Purchased 6 spark plugs and coil packs. Got home took the top of the intake and airbox off my car, change 4 plugs and pack and realize I was shorted 2 plugs. Major inconvenience clearly. They fixed it but a mistake that shouldn't have happened. Cashier seemed mad no matter how nice I was or how i beat I tried to be.

I recently had to make an unexpected stop when a turning signal burned out. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a friendly employee who quickly helped me find what I needed. The inside of the store was clean and orderly. I recommend visiting this AutoZone location for your next automotive need.

Leave a 4 because the gentleman who tried to help was amazing with what he could do. His manager on the other hand was a complete ahole. She was rude with someone who knows nothing about cars. Yes I can YouTube stuff. But as an employee you can easily say sorry ma'am we can't provide you with set information because we don't have it. Or something of the nature. Not catch an attitude because you are having a bad day.

I encourage the District Manager at this location to please review the footage from Thursday, April 27, 2023, starting at 8:30 p.m. and have a conversation with your employee. A big African American female in her mid-30s behaved in a very unethical way. I understand it was near closing time and she may have not had a great day but that does not excuse anyone from disrespecting anyone the way she did. It was about 15 minutes to 9 p.m. and there were about 3 clients including my siblings (2 Hispanic young males in their early 20s) when 3 more people arrived. She immediately started rolling her eyes and yelling at everyone like she was in the hood then said, "Why do you want to come in when it's time to close!" at this point she made it very clear to everyone that she was not going to be accepting cash as a payment only cards. When my siblings approached her to inquire about a battery that had been dropped off earlier to recharge she told them to go into the back and grab the battery themselves and made zero attempts to assist them. They were left with no option but to walk in the back and grab the battery themselves and leave. We had never encountered a poor quality experience before.

Hit or Miss with this place. Some days are great and some days are ridiculous. Bought a new battery Installed it in the parking lot Completely Dead. Had the AutoZone associate come out and tested it. Sure enough, it's completely dead right off the shelf.He goes back and finds me the only one they have and it's got a Huge dent in the side. But that's the only one they have and I need to get home.

Placed an order for front break pads at 11:30am. Called the store a little before 6pm because my order was still being processed. It took 4 tries before someone picked up. I asked about my order and the lady said that it was still being processed because it was coming from another store. I asked if they had them in stock and low and behold they did. Wasted a whole day waiting for them just because no one wanted to take a couple minutes to go fill my order and they lied to my face. When I arrived there was a line of four people. Only 1 new guy behind the counter. Another guy that was above him (because he had to ask him for help) was putting things away. Could have quickly helped the people in line and went back to what he was doing. Then there were more people that you could hear talking in the back. Phone rang while I was there and of course they didn t answer it.
