Advance Auto Parts always have pretty good deals and when I go to Advance in Bastrop the associate Rachel always knows her stuff she's very polite always welling to help her customer. All the employees are great.

Well stocked store even during the supply chain disruptions we are currently experiencing. The other guys only had one battery in stock for my diesel powered Ram truck which requires two and should be replaced in pairs. That's in area of Texas where diesel powered trucks are very common. They were also very welcoming of my little assistant seen in the photo!

Great place! Sometimes don't have certain tools or oils. Otherwise the staff is very friendly and helpful. It is my first store I go because is with in walking distance from my house and is like to go place for me. Will always be my favorite first stop

Just an overall bad experience, from the lady behind the counter lacking any and all people skills, from an employee going into work being rude to us in the parking lot, all the way to the tool we bought being defective. Then we got treated very hostile and poorly by said lady when returning the defective product. If anyone here has any people or customer service skills, they were not working today. Go to one of the other auto part stores in town if you want to be treated kindly and get any actual service.

Great customer service. I never pay attention to the people helping me, but both women are knowledgeable and helpful with any questions I had. I have not encountered a problem at this location.

Went in and a lady behind the counter was waiting on a customer. Walked thru the store 2 times to find the part I needed. The whole time another guy was at end of the counter wearing ear buds and watching videos on his phone. Looked at me 2 times and never asked if I needed help. Left store and will never return to the store again.

This place is NASTY! Smells bad, had same sheets on the bed from where they checked out that morning and then checked back in later that evening because all the other motels were booked, and had the same sheets. Their sons sippy cup leaked on the fitted sheet, and was the same sheets on there when they checked back in. They notified front desk the man just laughed. They didn't have towels in the room, the pool wasn't filled and what water was in it looked like mud. They left a mattress behind the building propped against the wall. Was still there when they left. As far as I know it's still there. The a/c didn't work. Told front desk, he said they have a replacement if we wanted to put it in. So we did. Now that A/C is out back with the filthy mattress. They say they have outdoor grilling area. They actually have a small covered patio size of a picnic table. With a table top BBQ pit with no legs on it bottom is burnt out. No trash cans. The ice machine nor soda machine worked. Says continental breakfast - was no breakfast not even coffee. I didn't want to leave a review because you have to give them at least 1 star to do that. But I'd rather give them a star that stat silent. Maybe this will warn others to keep going if possible. This e is creepy & NASTY!!

So grateful for Tabitha s help. Went to another location and felt like I was making up the problem I was having with my car. Tabitha was able to help me figure it out and get on my way. Great service.

The lady, who helped us. Was charming, whity. And, on it. If we didn't find it, she knew where it was. Had us fixed up and on our way with a smile.Very neet ,well stocked store. Pleasing place to shop, for your motorized transportation.Ours, a motorcycle.

Had what we needed in stock, even though everything is ridiculously marked up. I didn't appreciate pulling up to not 1 but 2 employees smoking while leaning up against the doors to hold them open. Not only did our car start filling up with the smoke, but the store also reeked of smoke as well. Can we talk about OSHA standard? As unpleasant as the experience was, my rating isn't based solely on this 1 encounter. The store did have what we needed... and Walmart did not.

Kay and Billy were very helpful! My husband and I went into the store on May 25th, looking for led replacement bulbs for our truck. They were both very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I really appreciate their exceptional customer service skills, in a world where so few even seem to care...Thank You, Kay and Billy!

The last time I went here the manager was smoking a vape pen so I told myself I wouldn't go back. However, they were the only ones who had an item I needed on such short notice. When I walked in, I didn't have high hopes. No one greeted me, when I walked up to the counter for assistance three employees stood around talking and when one finally decided to assist me, the other two was still talking so loud I couldn't hear the one helping me. In the end, I ended up finding the product myself without their help.

You generally can't beat the prices, especially when you buy online and use the posted coupon code. Parts are decent quality comparable to other discount auto stores. Staff is friendly but not terribly knowledgeable and in need of training when it comes to online orders, especially online order returns.

Worst customer service ever. Made a order online at 7 p.m. the next day at 2:15 I showed up to pick it up and not only was it not together they didn't have one of the things I ordered. If they would have gotten my order together they would have been able to call me to tell me and not have total lack of respect for my time. When I approached the manager he kept shrugging his shoulders without giving any type of solution to the problem until I called him out on it

I m not from Bastrop, I stopped for lunch on a road trip and came back to a dead car. Being a college student I went into crisis mode. Garth was so helpful on the phone and came to me to replace my battery. I couldn t have asked for better service and am so appreciative to the kind acts of this store!!!

First I called to ask if a part was in stock. After receiving "yes we have it in stock" for an answer, I proceeded to the store to purchase said part. But. After I paid, believing the part would then be retrieved for me, I was told "nah we gotta order it it'll be here at 2. So I come back at 2 and told "nah it'll be here at 5". The best part is that I called the day after to see if they had the part NOW. but no. They don't. One should not come here if ones vehicle is in need. Satifation will not be achieved.

This use to be a good place to shop, but now you try to find out if they have the part you need they put you on hold and then hang up on you. Guess I need to get my products elsewhere.

I've visited this location several times while I lived in Bastrop. I can't think of any time where I was not given good customer service. Kishon is my favorite person there, he is funny, patient and understanding of whatever issue you might be having with your vehicle.

This store has always been the most helpful, most knowledgeable, best price and willing to go above and beyond to help you with whatever you need. I have been shopping here for 15 years. Never once disappointed.

Opened at 7:30 monday thru Friday so that i could get in fix my truck and get on with my day. Had a wide range of aftermarket parts. As well as custom lighting applications and products to keep your ride smooth.

This place is really pricey. Im not a huge fan if this place. They had to order a radiator hose for me . and just had to wait over nite. So i give them 4 stars. Fast service

Waited almost an hour to get a starter tested. They wouldn't stop to test it until no other customers where in the buiding. Finally went across the street to O reilleys and got the starter tested and a new one in 15min! I get that they were busy, no one was rude just hate wasting time.
