This is by far the friendliest retail auto parts store in Bandera, the counter persons have been here for years. They're helpful and courteous and knowledgeable. Robert and Kim. Do an awesome job. There are others, I don't know them. They come and go. The prices are reasonable, and parts are of good quality. I miss that they no longer carry Wix. But sometimes that happens. A great small town shopping experience.

Not the best experience. They don't have a computer to read the codes even though I already knew the problem. Just wanted to be sure. They don't sell manuals anymore. They laughed and said don't you know your not allowed to work on your own car anymore? And I'm thinking then why are you still in business. Thank God I still have a warranty. I'll stick to napa and oriellies from now on.

Great store with very helpful staff and a good selection of products. Also, a grand old dog who thoroughly appreciates a good scratch. Be sure to give him a minute of your time!

Great looking and very large floor with about anything one would ever need. The staff was very helpful and courteous. I will likely return here when i need something automotive.

Very courteous staff. Helpful people, give them a problem and they might be able to fix it. I tried some counseling here. Very fruitful.

poor customer service and knowledge at counter and no consideration for customer. have product i don't need and can't return. thanks for helping me in a bind....didn't even get my core credit!!!!!

My employees always use CarQuest, they know their stuff! If they don't have it in stock they can get it quickly and deliver! Owners take care of their customers!
