Wife hit a animal and took are car in to see if it was able to make the trip home.She left it and came back a few hours later to the hole front end off the car and a bill of over 200.00 for work they had no permission to do.We had to get a tow truck to remove the car from there garage and my wife paid him the money to get are car out of his shop. He wanted the job to fix the car but would NEVER let a man that took advantage of a lady work on my cars.Stay away and don t use them they will lie and it s bad business. You never rip a car apart with out permission and paperwork signed.

My wife stopped in last to get an estimate on a front fender panel. The owner was able to fit it back into place and would not accept payment. I definitely will use them for any future repairs!

Frank and his wife are amazingly sweet people. I gave them the opportunity to work on my vehicle after a deer hit it. The result were amazing! Frank is definitely your guy! Very professional. Kept me updated all the time.He does not only get the job done but is a perfectionist at what he does. I appreciate all yall did and definitely recommend bandera auto solutions. Thanks again!

Frank is great. kept us updated on the progress. He worked with my insuranceand got everything approved. In my opinion my 4Runner looks better than before. I was so greatful for the attention to detail. I highly recommend Bandera auto solutions. Frank and his wife are Awesome!!! My first impression was how clean the office was and how welcomed I felt. I was attended to right away and everything was so easy filling an insurance claim with them. My car was looked at throughly and quoted an estimate that was very fair. Don't expect the work to be done right away, they are very busy, but that's to be expected of a good and reputable business. Definitely worth the wait.

Frank is great. Extremely knowledgeable and keeps you updated as to progress on the work being done. He worked with my insurance quickly and provided them with all information and photos they asked for resulting in a quick approval. I highly recommend Bandera auto solutions.

I just got my Prius back today. I had a terrible crash that smashed the front. Every little detail is absolutely perfect. It feels and lookslike a brand new vehicle. I was actually shopping at Bandera Propane, which is a joint business on the same property. Best propane refill prices and service in the county. And they fill your bottles full, unlike Blue Rhino, where their tanks are always just below full. And they charge a flat rate, where every other store charges tax, when propane is already taxed.

Excellent work. They were very communicative and even worked late Christmas Eve and Christmas day to finish work they had at their shop. Would highly recommend!

Frank is absolutely amazing! I hit a deer with my Jeep Christmas Eve, but waited until late February/early March to finally claim it. My insurance agent highly recommend Bandera Auto and now I know why. Frank and his wife were both very pleasant and explained the work that would be completed on my Jeep. Frank also walked me out to my Jeep one time to actually show me what all he was repairing as I m not as knowledgeable about cars as most Jeep owners . Soon after initially dropping off my Jeep to get the repairs done, COVID become the only topic and concern on the world and as a result everything shut done. Except Frank! He continued to repair my deer damages, and stayed in contact with me about the delays COVID caused with shipping the parts. He even fixed some small things that had come loose/worn down just because of wear and tear on my Jeep. He is a perfectionist and it showed in his craftsmanship and detail with the body work on my Jeep. Never thought I could love my Jeep more than I did until Frank worked his magic on it! Endless and forever thanks to Frank at Bandera Auto

Friendly Front office personnel. Great service. What would Bandera be with a solution. This is the place for any required repairs. Top professional Auto body Technician on duty. Caring about your vehicle and making sure it's in great condition before you leave.

So happy with my new windshield. They are a little more expensive but quote was all inclusive, no hidden costs like other places I checked. Great staff to work with. Highly recommend them !!!!!
