Billy picked us and our van up from Guadalupe Mountains National Park, which was not an easy place to reach. He was clearly competent and professional. He was also a great conversationalist on our 45 min. ride to the mechanic. Thank you!

My truck broke down on i-10 right outside of van horn. Brian was a great help and very patient with me and my insurance company.Also really went the extra mile for me great attitude and very professional. I highly recommend these guys!!

I had an encounter with a rather large deer on I-10 out west of Balmorhea. Larry and Todd came out at 2am, hooked up my big truck and got me back to El Paso. They were very thorough and careful getting it hooked and are really nice guys. Thank you!!

Cheerful, confident and capable. This towing service provider got to us as quickly as humanly possible. A drastic mechanical failure left us stranded in a very remote area, in the desert, in August. Paul really came to the rescue, getting our truck and us home, safe and sound.

Balmorhea Towing was the company that was assigned to our family through our roadside assistance. They truly went above and beyond. They got a flat bed truck to our location quickly, then drove over 100 miles to get it to our next location. Having a tire blowout when your moving across country is a scary and stressful situation, they truly made our day better and we were able to get the car fixed and back on the road the next day. Billy was our service provider and he is amazing. Told us everything we needed to know and put our minds at ease. When our car got to the next location he got unloaded quickly and made our evening easier. I will 100% recommend this company to anyone who needs help in Texas. Thank you so much.

I had a flat tire fairly close to their shop. The tire truck driver, Larry, responded quickly and determined the best course of action was to tow my van to the nearest town for replacement.Larry went back to get the tire truck and hooked up the van in the rain and had a positive attitude during the entire process.During the drive to town, Larry drive safely in the rain and was very courteous. He unhooked the van when we got to the shop and we parted ways with a handshake.Glad to have the opportunity to deal with Balmorhea Towing. They were top-notch.

5 stars! No, in fact, take the 0 stars I'm about to give to Volkswagen and give these folks 10 stars. 2nd time I've had my brand new 22 VW Taos lemon to the dealership and both times these folks have been super prompt, friendly, and get the job done with no issues. Had different tow drivers both times and both were awesome, polite, and helpful, as was the receptionist. Thanks for the great service.

We were traveling from Texas to California in a rented RV and had a rear-inner-tire blow out, between Ft. Stockton and Pecos. Frank came to our rescue and made sure the rest of our tires were good to go! Sadly, we didn't have cash to tip Frank, but we'll be sure to take care of him when we reach our destination. Thank you Frank for saving us and stay safe out there! To all you travelers out there, please change lanes when you see service professionals helping stranded motorists as well as the truckers who are taking a rest to safely deliver goods across the states! Called for a road call to mount spare tire, they took all my information, gave me price and eta to my truck, they told me less then 40 min truck should be there, more than 2 hours pass and we called again, they never dispatch the truck, and on top of that I was not in the system, apparently what happened is that Katherine clock out from her shift and she never took care of our road call, after that Leticia had to grab again all the information and send the truck. I lost my appointment to deliver and on top of that it's gonna cost me more because all the fees that I have to pay horrible service in my opinion.

My family and I are currently traveling across the country due to the military. On our second day of travel, our second vehicle had an unexpected blowout. We used our roadside assistance and was notified this company would be arriving in about 1 1/2 hours. This is when we met Bill. Bill was extremely professional and understanding of our situation. There was no judgement and he was patient with us. This company drove the extra 100 miles to where we were staying the night so we could get the vehicle fixed the next morning. I thank Bill and your company for getting us through that stressful moment. Thank you!

Took me about 4 calls to get a quote. Ran out of gas about 20 minutes from Balmorhea and was charged $270 for getting 5 gallons of gas delivered. At least we got home.

We needed a low belly tow trailer for our 30 foot travel trailer that had lost the wheel and had a bent axle. Dustin and Mike travelled over 3 hours to rescue us off the 10. Tied up the axle and carefully loaded and secured our trailer. They knew what to do and got right to it. Highly recommend this crew. This was a really rough salvage on a sloped side of the road. They price gauge like crazy.Definitely don t recommend this place.I had my own spare tire and was charge 309$ for a simple tire change only 4 miles away from them.That s considering me asking them where can my driver park closest to them smh.This place is definitely a no go Not even Cali nor Arizona charged me this much smh.Service: Tire change

Billy was awesome! He helped tow my old truck and camper to El Paso from Van Horn, and he just went above and beyond helping us out. It was hard to get the truck into the parking lot where we were going to be storing it, and Billy stuck around to help us get it parked despite that it took almost an hour to do. After stressing to try and get the truck towed and all that, it was such a relief to have someone so helpful and kind to help out, even when he didn t have to. Truly appreciated it so much!

Highly recommend! Top of the line customer service. Professional and on-time. I do not have the name of the gentleman that came out to help - he went above and beyond. Once my situation was corrected he followed me to town to the nearest gas station to be sure there were no additional issues.Google Maps had taken me off course from my intended trip 60 miles each way (120 miles). Result in running out of gas 10 miles outside Iraan, TX. It was 100 + degrees out and no cell service.To the person representing this towing company on that day, I am greatful for you.You shared your ambitions to go on to work as a police officer. You will represent them well.Blessings.

I had the tow truck operator Larry and I couldn t have asked for a better person. The day I was having and being broke down in the middle of nowhere Texas. He went above and beyond. The original mechanic I was assigned for road side assistance wasn t open on the weekends. He waited for me to get another location and help me with my U-Haul trailer as well. He even offered a ride to the hotel. Amazing service and very professional.

I was traveling to San Antonio from Kermit when I got confused with my GPS and eventually got stuck on a mud of a backroad in grand falls. This towing company sent an awesome guy, Robert. He is very kind and went out of his way to winch my car out of a muddy road. It was truly an ordeal for him but obviously his love and passion for his job to help people in desperate need got the best of him to successfully do his job. He is literally heaven sent. Thank you, Sir!

If there was a way to leave zero stars - we would have. This company is the sleaziest we ve ever dealt with; because, as a trucking company where we ve had multiple instances requiring tows this was by far our worst experience and most expensive one yet. They find ways to charge excessively and some of the charges they couldn t even justify when asked for a breakdown. We recommend working with someone even further out if you can - than dealing with poor communication, unjustified charges, and the snobbery.

Told 1 1/2 hours.. waited over 2 hours, called again... told at least 2 more hours. Called insurance company they contacted J&K and they were there in 15 minutes.

When your on interstate 10 near Balmorhea you might think you're in the middle of nowhere. I hope you never need a tow but if that's the case don't hesitate to call Balmorhea Towing.

This guys was cool as hell I was stranded with a flat tire I didn t have a jack or Nothing to change a tire he pulled over and helped me out I offered him some cash and he didn t accept it we need more people like this
