Used to be great, but I always have to take my car back 2-3 times after they fix it now, because they always overlook something when they return it. No longer a thorough mechanic. Also, gigantic potholes over there. The mechanic did damage to my car the last time driving my car through those potholes and didn t even tell me. I won t be going back.

I genuinely want to say that he deserves 4-5 stars and should expand his shop! He s very trustworthy and knowledgeable of what he does! He s fixed so many minor to quite big issues in my car and friends as well! First thing i discovered is lack of communication. I talked to him about his diagnostic price which was $150 not bad. I explained that all I wanted was a diagnosis of the issue I took it there for. Well I call back a couple days later to see what he found and discovered the price has now jumped to $270, I said hold up all I wanted was a diagnostic and he has already put parts in. I said I agreed to a $150 charge and that s it. He asked if he should put old parts back in, I said Yes. I was going to get it and now it doesn t run at all. I discussed that with him and now he doesn t want to work on my truck anymore because I said put old parts back it. Finally got him to get it running again. Originally it was a high idol on start up problem. Anyway cost me $360 for him to get it running again and it now runs worse then it did before taking it to him. Would never recommend this guy to anyone. I m 45 yrs old and have never had this kind of an experience with any mechanic I ve ever dealt with.

They guy called Rayo himself doesn't care. He talk to you as if you're asking him to fix your vehicle for free. He made me tow my vehicle to him, that he will replace what I wanted replace. He send me back to my home with the vehicle. I lost trust from him. He isn't serious about the job he does.

We have an infant, and we only have one car. It s been tough trying to figure out transportation for his appointments due to not having AC in the car in this Texas heat. I didn t want to leave my car for a few days and have to get a rental in this economy. However, Rayo the owner was hands-on with my concern. Diagnosed and fixed it all in the same day! I couldn t be happier! The price for the fix was quite reasonable.Service: Air conditioning

Biggest scammers ever. Don't trust them and do not believe them. From the multiple times me and my family have taken our vehicles they have screwed us over. From charging for things they didn't do, to installing old parts and not the new ones provided to them. A God send! My brakes went out today while driving and i was freaking out. His shop ended up being close by. Rayo personally looked at my vehicle and got it fixed same day. Kind staff, great service.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I have been using them for years always good service but this last time he charged Mr $590 to replace struts on my 2008 Chevy Impala and that wasn't the problem- no refund of any kind and say need to replace more front end parts buy I refused to pay more money for something he should of fix in first placeI won't be back got it repaired and it was my engine mounts

I've brought my cars to Ray on numerous occasions and I've been extremely happy with his service and prices. He is very honest and knowledgeable. My father began bringing his cars to Ray also.

20 minutes after getting my truck back it left me stranded on the edge of the highway on my way to work, when someone says a job is done you trust it is done he said I should have test driven it close by to see if any other problems occured, he's the one with the equipment and knowledge to take care of it that's why I took it in in the first place

They charged me twice for putting the compressor and at the end he told me theres an electric problem thats why it isnt working!?? I mean as a mechanic you shouldve make diagnostic before you put ,very unsattisfied .

Bad service, they fixed my truck's transmission when I got home it had an oil leak. I took it back as they fixed it and they delivered it to me the same with an oil leak. I don't recommend them. They are useless.Mal servicio arreglaron mi camioneta de la transmisi�n cuando llegue a mi casa tra�a un tiradero de aceite se las lleve de nuevo seg�n la arreglaron y me la entregaron igual con un tiradero de aceite no se los recomiendo no sirven para nada
