Seems to be a friendly person. I would love to be a regular customer, but he's a rip-off. He has done work for me several times. He failed to tell me and probably other customers too that he charges for checking your car out. But the thing about it, he didn't tell me upfront. He charged me a fee after he checked it out, and I went to pick it up. I'm not a new customer. He didn't put a machine on it. He just looked at it and told me what it was, which I already knew. I told him what it was. Does that make sense? I like my fees upfront, and he normally tells me if he does the work. He didn't touch the car and didn't put a machine up to it to figure out what needed to be done. The importance of customer service and loyalty is important to me. The price he charged was a tad bit steep to me for him just to look at it, but had he told me upfront, that would have been fine. I got hit, and i understand it's Christmas, but please watch out and don't get bamboozled like I did. I'm very disappointed and I really like this guy but I'll take it to people who will be honest upfront and give warranty information on all parts.

First off I ve been taking my vehicles to Paul s for quite some time. Always gr8 customer service and top notch quality work. When the work is great the price matches it.I took my car in to have it looked at and he told me what was wrong, the initial cost was 1250$ and I had to be back at work ( out of town) by Tuesday. However, he starts to work on it Tuesday morning, I went to get my things out of my car to prepare to go back to work, to my surprise Paul was finishing up. He told me what the problem was, and fixed the problem. Which knocked off almost 400$. There s not too many technicians who would ve been honest like he was. So if you want quality work , honesty and fair prices ( depending on the work being provided) Paul s Automotive is where you want to go.

If you re looking for a good honest mechanic, Paul is the guy! I highly recommend Paul s automotive. He does great work and is very trustworthy.

I've been dealing with Paul for over 15years or more this guy and his son are the best in Dallas Texas when it comes to working on the vehicle good honest Christian people I love the shop I love the guys that work there keep up the good work guys Bo.

No one is allowed to touch my truck but this shop and his crew simply put honest, fair priced and quality repairs. Knowledgeable and timely cant speak more highly of Paul and his crew.Need more then 5 stars when it comes to auto mechanics all the values above are questionable at best at Pauls they have brought back the integrity and dependability to the industry. TY

Paul is always on duty there. He is a proud mechanic. He provides services to ppl at fair prices. He has even helped my family with their vehicles an charged little to none. He's what a true mechanic should proud themselves on. He will diagnose your vehicle an get you an accurate price on labor an parts. Really nice guy, great experience so far an he hasn't even began work on my vehicle. But promised he would get to it within the next week an half.Thanks Paul for your kindness an true craftsmanship

My wife has been going to Paul for years!!! So of course I had to try him out and he does not disappoint. His shop is very honest and quick with the repairs. I usually have my vehicle back within a week. I recommend him to anyone who wants trustworthy honest work.

I hate auto repair places because most of them try to get the maximum amount of money out of you. They also take forever to get your vehicle back to you. This shop was so different from any place I ve known.They saved me money on a tow, walked me through what my truck needed, and got it done fast. They even called to tell me my bill would be cheaper than the quote because I didn t need to fix a part I thought was broken. These guys were patient, friendly, very helpful, and did great work. My truck is running so good, I m so glad I have them to call.

Bought a 99 Lincoln navigator from this place.It runs nicely...but kept in overall pretty good condition. Good Straight business. Communicates well. Has some really nice classics at his place. Stop by....he may just have the car you are looking for.

I f you need a honest and great service on any mechanical issue, Paul and his sons are the indicated, they have taking care of all my personal and work cars for years, forget about dealership or any other inexperience shop, al they want it's your money, but Paul's automotive will find the true and only problem(s) with your vehicle and if they don't find anything wrong they will tell you staright up, this guys dont cut corners to get the work done, I haven't took a car back from same problem after it's been repaired with them, like the other shops you go in with a problem and you end up leaving with 2 or maybe more, I have live in the balch springs area for about 20 years and Paul still does the best to keep customers happy. And trust me I have tried LOTS of mechanics in the past and not even a single one can match up with this guys. I highly recommend Paul's automotive.

Very pleased with the work. Paul and his crew are very knowledgeable and seem to take pride in their work. They didn t even break one tab on the ole truck that I have found. No grease stain in seats it s like they never had it but it s fixed!!!! Had in in to fix the power steering and they did great truck drives like new.04-20-20Brought the truck in to have the A/C line replaced that come loose and got chewed on by the serpentine setup. Again no complaints. At this time I will NOT use another shop unless me or Paul or his crew including JR cannot solve the issue. A/C is Ice cold. Paul went above and beyond to help me with ALL of my needs without question.I am a life time customer for sure. Thank you guys.

I have been using Paul's Automotive for many years with my business and personally. I trust Paul's work wholeheartedly. I have many cars from antiques to current and Paul is the one who works on all of them. From minor repairs to new motor installs. Prices are very reasonable. Trustworthy, let me explain what I mean by that. I pull in, tell him the symptoms and say "fix it". I quit asking "how much" although he will quote me pricing! I highly recommend Paul to others.

Mr.Paul is a fair man.Even if he's unable to fix your car repairs( my car needed extensive bodywork. ) ..He WILL definitely refer you to someone who can!! Please give Paul's Automotive a chance,You WON'T be disappointed.

They totally replaced all the suspension work on my Astro Van. They did a superb job. The van handles great and it hasn't been aligned yet. The price was very reasonable. Fast friendly service.

PAUL'S AUTOMOTIVE IS THE MOST RELIABLE MECHANIC SHOP AROUND. MR. PAUL AND STAFF ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. MR. PAUL IS A CHRISTIAN FAITH MAN WHO SAYS HE KNOWS WHERE HIS BLESSINGS COME FROM. HE WILL LISTEN WHAT YOU SAY WITH HIS TRUSTY PAD AND PEN. HE DOESN'T RIP YOU OFF AND YOUR CAR WILL BE IN GOOD HANDS. PLAINLY PUT, YOUR CAR WILL BE FIXED RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. HE'S THE ONLY PERSON I TRUST. MY MOTHER AND HER HUSBAND EVEN BRING THEIR CARS TO HIM NOW. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.

Most excellent mechanics!!! No tricks, no deceptive practices. Just honest mechanical automotive repairs. Most importantly, they stand behind their work. They fix it right the first time. They only use quality after market parts. They do not sell crapy and cheap. Unless of course, that's what you want.
