This place is something else they only take cash. They don't even want to give a Receipt humm What are they trying to Hide.! Better get up front how much it's going to cost before they work on your vehicle. Customer service is really bad the cashier lady very rude mexican trying to pass for an upgrade trash This place is garbage....

Bad bad bad experience on this place i use to come here a lot to fix or get any tire for my business.. after yesterday I ll never recommend this place again. I bought a tire a month to ago and they said I bought this tire 8 months ago. I had proof of when we get it and then way they talk to you it s not professional. But anyways what we can expect from this people who they already scam people from left to right.. never never recommend this place again

Everyone at The Oviedo Tire Shop is AMAZING!!!!!!!!! My Other Shop I used to go to Burned down, So I was looking for a New Tire Shop. Oviedo Tire Shop got all four of My Tires aired up quickly & even quoted Me on My Next Tire. I Can't wait to come back for My New Tire!!! And I'm Now Your New Faithful Customer!!! This place sucks bad. They only take cash and they said you have to pay for a receipt thought that came free when you made a purchase. And the guy act like he didn't know the price to check a tire if it had a nail in it. My daughter needed a used tire and he told us 3 different prices. Never going back again.

The bigger lady giving quotes will go up on the original price given if you pay when the job is done. If you do get anything done, make sure to pay as soon as you get quoted.

We're at the footsteps of the year 2024 and these jokers are still taking cash only!? At least 7-8 bays and like ten employees all working even before closing time. But they can't manage or afford one simple debit/credit card machine. Right. Shady business. Will never go back, or recommend it to ANYONE.

I bought tires with them in late 2022, and my front tires were low this past week. I went back to them to replace my tires, and they DID NOT HONOR THE GUARANTEE/WARRANTY I HAD WITH MY TIRES. They told me that due to a defect in my car that they couldn t honor it. I was in a pinch and needed new tires immediately and I thought they were trustworthy and purchased new tires from them and left. After asking around multiple tire locations, I found out my tires did have warranty. I have been a faithful client for years and I will no longer give my business here

Worst tire shop, don t bring your car here they are extremely unprofessional and don t take care of your things and do a poor job also the girl at the counter was rude and unprofessional when I asked for a receipt saying she had to charge me taxes (maybe for IRS scam)

This is like my third or fourth time coming here and service is always fast soon as you pull in they get you in and out in within 15min but it depends if it's not to busy well that's how long it took to change the tire I dont know how long the other services take. Also very close to where I live very convenient. New and used tires very good prices as well.

What kind of shop opens at 7am and then has their employees waiting outside for the business owners to open?3 customers and all employees outside waiting for them to open at 8:35am. with a shop that only accepts cash, this is crazy.

Been here SEVERAL TIMES, BEST DEALS ON TIRES AND SUPER FAST SERVICE. In and out!!!!!! I tell everyone I know this is THE PLACE FOR TIRES!!!! NO HIDDEN CHARGES LIKE MOST TIRE SHOPS HAVE.

Great price, saved $250! staff is friendly, total time from pull in to pull out was about 40 min to get all 4 tires installed/balanced.Already recommended them to my co workers.

Would not recommend this place pulled up to get the tire tread switch from one rim to another rim when i got my rim and tire back my air cap and my tire weight was missing can see where the weight was because of rust stains. Same brand tiers same rims did not need to take me weights especially my air cap tha coasted me $6 just for the one. Not to mention a set of 4 used tires ran me $350 from this place. Been here twice both times bad. Sad because that was the boss tha changed my tiers because i waved him down my self. Description of boss wears silver necklace buzz cut with white hair with tattoos. Overall bad*Coasted me 20 for the tread change from 1 rim to another*Took my air cap*Took my tier weight just to go back to spend 40 to 70 to get it reweighted*Used tires run $350 plus

They work fast but it's not at all cheap . I brought in two tires to to have put on my truck to remove the old ones but the new ones on and balance them was $46. And they over inflated them ..inside of driver's door say 36..at 41 when I hit some bumps and the breaks it nearly bounced off the road.. but easily remedied. So if speed is worth paying extra far go for it If you're not in a hurry there's places that'll do it for about half that

PSA to the ladies- if you are looking for a reliable go-to tire place, SAVE THIS LOCATION. My coworker recommended this location, and I couldn t be happier with the entire experience. I was in & out with a new set of tires in less than 20 minutes.The man who helped me took his time & listened to what I was looking for. I wanted to get bigger tires but wasn t looking to do a lift or spacers, and he helped me pick out the perfect set.I don t see myself ever wasting another minute at Discount Tire or NTB.*they are cash only so but there s a Chase right up the road*

They are so fast you are not going to be able to complain about anything. They have experienced workers with knowledge of what they are doing. As a woman I didn't feel like they were getting over on me. Just honest business Men.

I went to get my set of tires swapped and balance and switched sensors from old set to the new set. The price was a little high compared to other local shops around, but much cheaper than a franchise shop like Firestone. I do have to say that they swapped the set pretty fast maybe 45 minutes in and out for everything they did. I give them 3 stars because they lack some customer service. This is a cash only shop and when I was paying and I asked the receptionist for a receipt she responded with attitude saying that if I wanted a receipt she was going to have to charge me taxes and that sounded very shady. Overall, I recommend the shop for the speedy service minus the cash only part which is an inconvenience for those who don t carry cash and the attitude of the receptionist. I m not there to make friends, but at least be more cordial and friendly with your customers. If your fix your customer service and accept cards you would be a 5 stars shop.

A little bit on the higher cost of the spectrum but fast service once you get their attention. Prices are alright, service is good. I ve only had one bad tire from there and it cost me a lot to repair but besides that have had good experiences. 7/10

I always come here for my tires and small essentials stuff. They fast and they don't give you no random tires like Hams does off of Carroll near downtown Dallas. They prices for new tires are unmatched.
