At AutoZone they go and get the oils and filters for you. I spent 100 dollars there and they still tried to get "me" to write down the information for my vehicles and go get the stuff myself. Is it just me or can I get a little more customer service considering I'm spending a 100 dollars there??

Gave 4 instead of 5 because the employs that were working the 2 times I went in this week need to learn to smile and at least appear that they want to help you. A customer should not feel like a stranger out of place when needing help or shopping your store. Everything else is great.

Even though they didn't have the part I needed they printed out the part number for me so I could find it easy somewhere else. Employees were very nice. Not too busy. Very clean and organized

I walked in and requested help getting windshield wipers for my car. They informed me that the right side was a different size than the left side. I told him ok then he told where I could go get them while he and his two other associates just sat there and looked through their phones. I preceded to look at the wipers but since I didn't know what size I needed I just walked out.

I asked for help to find my wiper blades so they cave me a paper with numbers on it...I was able to find them but when I checked out, I wasn't offered any help putting them in when it says free installation in the window. Going to Autozone next time. Oh and when I can in to wait in line, I was skipped over twice. I spent $85. I feel like just taking them back and going to Autozone.

The assistant manager, Truman, at the Elam location was extremely rude. I was returning some parts and he did not like that at all. He wouldn't let complete the return and continuously spoke over me when I was explaining the reason for the return. Very bad service. Think twice about buying something your not sure about because this location does not like returns.

Nice quiet and much "Friendlier" alternative to the cold blooded, ignorance of the "other place" across the street... Marco, is a stand out! He's charming and efficient , above all.!

definitely recommend O' Reilly Auto Parts on Elam rd in Balch Springs. Leo was professional and friendly, helped us with finding a list of parts and Crystal was helpful too. This store was clean and The Restroom was clean. The price beat Autozone a price. Thanks so much!

Helpful and friendly employees. The best place to get parts. The employees are all so helpful at all locations and very friendly leaving me with a good feeling after getting the parts I need to fix my car

Absolutely perfect, they didn't know I stopped yalls competition first and was frustrated when I walked in, they went out of there way to help and I never expect that from anyone, it was refreshing, the manager Is really running a customer friendly business...

So let me start off by saying I went to 2 Autozones before I came to oreillys on Elam and the AutoZone employee's at both locations said the machine to test my starter was broke. I came into this location and was helped immediately by one employee and .When he couldn't help me NATE had no problem helping he by far the nicest coolest employees very helpful

I went to this O'Reilly store to ask if they took used motor oil. when I went in I saw that one of the employees was busy so I asked the one that was free. instead of helping me he just looked away and went to help another customer.

Terrible customer service. Ask them what I was looking for and they just sat there using his phone. Told me to go look for it.

Today I domigo, they close at 10 o'clock at night and it is 9:38 and it is already closed. the good thing is that this is an autozone opposite and they do respect the schedule.
