By far the best customer service I have ever received. Joshua, Jonathan , and the rest of the team were all hospitable and you can tell how much work they put into their jobs; which isn't an easy one. I had to replace all four of my tires and wheels and although I was battling with my insurance for a couple days they made sure they took care of my car throughout the days it was there as well as answering all my questions, working around my busy schedule , to finally finishing everything as smoothly and flawlessly as possible. Super communicative, kind, and puntual. Great store and people despite the area, I will always come back to them. Thank you so much for the help and hard work you guys put out for your customers, definitely recommend!

Treyvor helped me out. Basically made me realize I needed a whole set of tires and got me set up with a rebate. Highly recommend if you need a full set of good tires on a budget check him out. I love discount tire but haven't been coming through and just been getting by with other used tire shops. Anyway I decided I'm back and the warranty certs are give me peace of mind after getting a flat on a other tire shop bargain.Hope I spelled his name correctly. Thank you

The guys that work at this location are awesome! They've always been professional and they always work extremely fast. I recently moved about 30 minutes away but I will continue to come to this location because of their work ethic and the peace of mind that everything will be taken care of.

I won t go into details to try and make this as short as possible. My wife had a low tire and stopped at another DT to get it fixed and 6 days later the same tire was completely flat. I changed it for the spare and stopped at the Balch Springs location to see what my options would be. Rigo took the time to explain the process on how their patching process works and took care of me very professionally to tell me the value of the certificates when I purchased the tires. I thought I would have to go back to the original location the tire was patched to see about replacing it but he told me the experience should be the same at every DT and stood by his word. I ve been to several DT since doing business with them the last 20 years and so far this location has provided a top notch experience. Definitely will keep coming back with my business at this location to show my appreciation to the staff.

Strongly recommend clay at discount at lake june , Was having issues with tire pressure today and he took care of me in the air check and even reset my sensors .
