Horrible experience, towed my vehicle in the middle of the night, gave me a hard time to get my wallet due to making an appointment, not very professional at all l, will cuss you out and throw things in a plastic bag with the fragile things thrown first to be petty,even got a middle finger. And on top of that you can notice the 5 stars are fake reviews lol most likely local folks who work or are buddies. Wouldn't be surprised if I get a reply saying it wasn't them

towed my vehicle from a parking lot at 345am that as of now cant seem to find a bussiness that requested it to be removed and the property managament company listed on sign called that number and was told they have no contract allowing this company to remove vehicles from lot which had no signs in places requied by t.d.l.r .did not even put down who requested removal on tow ticket that is also required.he must of been in bad mood over something,NEVER THE LESS IT STILL COST ME 1140.00 WHICH WAS SAVED FOR MY PUPPYS SURGERY THANK FOR THAT,BUT WE WILL BE IN COURT SOON

I don't like the workers are manager to the manager please don't comment you'll are a rip off I would never ask for your service again you'll are all about ripping people off you dont remember me because you was so busy trying to over charge me and you'll act racist.

The services was great quick and fast. I had 3 vehicles moved from 1 property to another 1 and it was all done in under 45 minutes. I would be definitely calling them again for another tow.

roads where icey i ended up in a ditch they showed up super fast these guys know what they are doing hands down best towing service in dallas i would recommend them above any and all other towing companies around. I wish 0 star was a option. Due to ONE of the COMPANY TOW TRUCK DRIVER. The tow truck driver was driving reckless on N US 75-Central Expy Dallas, TX. HE WAS BEING VERY AGGRESSIVE ON THE ROAD; AND WAS SHOWED SIGNS OF ROAD RAGE IN HIS COMPANY VEHICLE. SMH HE A CAUCASIAN MALE TOW TRUCK DRIVER HE APPEARED TO BE IN HIS LATE 40S OR 50S LICENSE PLATE NUMBER T2920L TX PLATE BLACK TRUCK.

All the doors were marked for employees only and my keys to my other car weren't returned with the rest of my stuff...they didn't care either
