Carstar did great fixing my car. They remained patient with me the whole time when my insurance was taking forever. They cleaned my car out and washed it when they were done as well. I received updates online about my car and a price breakdown as well. They were very fast and efficient as well. My car actually ended up being ready before the scheduled date.

Took my Toyota Rav 4 for a minor $560.00 bumper repair, 2 day job claim. **no communication status or update on my car. When to pick up my car and was vandalized under there property , touch screen radio stolen, personal belongings taken work tools left in the back seat. There claim no responsibility.Asked to speak to a manager or owner would not give me a name . Horrible experience don t go to this location.

Somebody dinged my fender with a shopping cart. I had a hard time finding a shop that would even work on my car. This shop worked on it, and did a fantastic job! The color match was perfect and the repair was awesome. 10/10 Thanks guys!

Horrible post-service communication and customer service. After fixing the damages to my car, my check engine light had come on when it was not prior to the service. They told me I needed a new battery which was not the case, a low voltage obd code means they let the car die and the code fell off later. Check engine light is still on, my partner called on behalf of me while I was at work to ask them to take responsibility for the light coming on during service and we were told to "find a different mechanic." Horrible customer service and follow ups, do not go to CarStar ever.

The body work was great however they charged for a wheel alignment that was obviously never done because it pulls bad to the right and charged for a tire disposal fee and it was left in the back of my truck when I got it home. Since my insurance was charged for this I assume that that would be insurance fraud. And they must have laid their tools on my hood because there are deep scratches that were not there before...no in the post wreck photos.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

This body shop is so amazing! They assured me that they would take good care of me, and they did just that. They kept me updated on the repairs. I really appreciated this because my last repairs were handled at a dealership that never communicated with me. Thank you guys so much for repairing my car. This mechanical workshop is the worst since August 2 I left my car and they told me that in 5 days it would be ready and only to fix a rear light and a bit of the rear bumper as simple as it can be and it is still not ready my car. I call them and they always tell me the same thing tomorrow, tomorrow and tomorrow but nothing that they finish fixing my car. I would just like to know until when they will really fix it, they should respect their clients a little more and give them the real time of repair from the beginning so that the client decides whether to leave his car or not or make the pertinent arrangements for the real time that he is going to be without his carService: Painting

The representatives were nice, patience and knowledgeable. My car was repaired like new. At first there seem to be a problem with the sensors. A company representative stopped by my home to check the car out. The whole staff was friendly and fast and professional they finished my car before the date it was suppose to be finished. They did a great job on my front end it looks brand new. Took my truck here for collision repair. Let me tell you it was the most pleasant experience, never had to go through this before but they kept me informed every step of the way. My truck came out great actually, made me really look at it and say to myself "think I've found a place to bring it to to get some work done" people are super nice , friendly and professional. Everything seemed fine until some days passed. Noticed paint started to crack exhaust was moving all over the place. After 4 months of having it in the shop expected it to be perfect. Wouldn t recommend this shop to no one.

I had a little fender bender, never went into the shop, I called them and had my car towed. I spoke to Bob, John, and can t remember the others, but all are professional, and courteous.They did an outstanding job communicating with me, text me the progress, I tell you these guys did a wonderful job on my vehicle. Service was great.Got my vehicle in the shop in a timely manner and was completed ahead of time. The work done was great, had to replace my whole passenger door and matched the whole side of vehicle so no one will ever notice it was replaced. My vehicle was involved in an accident whereas the driver smashed into the left rear side corner and back of my SUV, unfortunately the damages were accessed as total loss by my insurance provider, I was provided with great customer service and friendly employees, this is rare nowadays with everyone being on edge with the chaotic atmosphere we're dealing with! It's just good to know that people care about people period. If in the future I need any type of vehicle service I will definitely check back with them & even recommend them to family and friends **

We left car there after an accident for body repair. Insurance totaled the car. We were in contact with car Star to get our stuff out of car and sign a release, my daughter showed up 5 mins after closing and told her come back next day, she works on other side of town and gets off at 430 and they close at 5 and they couldn't stay 10 mins to let her get her stuff? They were very rude the next day when she tried calling them explaining her work situation and they said "be her before 5"We will never use them or recommend them EVER!!!

Carstar in Balch Springs, TX did an Excellent job! They also polished my headlamp covers during my vehicle repair from an accident. My van was beautifully cleaned on the outside. They communicated through the whole process and updated with any delays and progress. This is place is hands down the absolute best. Very professional and timely with their services. I dropped my car off a on Monday to be repaired and was informed it would be ready by Friday. Today is Thursday and my car was ready ahead of time. I can t even see where the damages were and they even cleaned my car. Don t look any further for a body shop! Car Star in Balch Springs is definitely where you should go!! Thank you to their entire team and staff!!
