Wonderful experience! So grateful for Mr.Anthony's on time service. He literally came by the same day to check out my broken window at our shop (commercial property) and had it replaced within a day. Now I must add that this happened on a Saturday... therefore, on Sunday the place to get our replacement glass was closed. BUT, he was there bright and early Monday morning . We have no complaints and his pricing was very reasonable compared to others. We are a small business so every bit of integrity, pricing, clean and precise work means alot to us. Especially during these times. Thank you Abaca Glass & Mirror ("Anthony" lol) frfr. A job well done!

Gave us glass no cost for Christmas, didn't put it in though, but gave great instructions on the installation. The free glass and friendliness got the 5 stars!

What an awesome company. From the first phone call I felt like I was a special customer. Then the fantastic Anthony shows up takes measurements and explains how he is going to repair my fogged over 28 year old windows. He ordered my windows then installed them and my house never looked better. Oh and he also replaced one of my sunscreens. They are must have in Texas heat. Check this company out you will not be disappointed. Fast and reasonable. Thanks for everything.

Price seemed fine.However the lady Ms Peggy is very unprofessional.Two - three weeks ago from this date I called to set up an appointment and have a sliding door installed. Two weeks passed by and the lady had forgotten about me yet, this was not the biggest issue.The glass unfortunately broke and I need fix asap. I called once more two weeks later.I called right when they had opened and didn't get a response until they closed 10 hours later!!!For my luck I had to explain my self once more and had to deal with her Smart Alec questions regarding the size of the door .Well I had enough and ended the call.Good pricing though.

The lady who answered phone was extremely rude. Had a short tone when I tried to explain what I needed in the estimate for my 15 windows, then she had the nerve to tell me she was in a hurry and had somewhere to go when our call had been only 3 minutes. I expressed I would just call someone else. If there was a way to give 0 stars on this review I would. They must not need my business

Talk to a glazer when you call and have every question you have answerd by a experienced professional who will go as far as come out same day to make sure things are safe if glass is broken and give you a bid rite then ..
