Bought a Rockwood 2509s from Hanner RV a year ago and we ve absolutely loved it. Already made so many great family memories. The team at Hanner RV are first class. They were never pushy, very knowledgeable and the customer service continues even a year after we made our purchase. Shout out to Chad for going above and beyond!

I cannot say enough uplifting things about everyone I came into contact with at Hanner RV Supercenter but let me at least try. Stupendous attitude and atmosphere. Sydney was my main point of contact and she did not disappoint. Attention to detail the likes of which I have never encountered purchasing anything. And Jose walked me through my RV smooth like a seal in water answering all my questions while giving me directions and insight on things I didn t understand. Like I said at the beginning I can t say enough good about the whole experience. I just wish I had more money because I d buy another RV from them right now today that s how great it was to me. Thank you Guys so very much. You are Rock Stars!

Exceptional service is extremely hard to find in this industry, but I am more than happy to give Chad and the service team a 5 star rating. We were in dire need of a third AC to combat this TX heat (traveling from Georgia). Chad worked hard to earn our business. We received callbacks with answers to questions, emails with quotes and additional info, and an overall courteous and professional attitude. On the day of service, all steps in the process were explained and the couple of challenges (faults of the manufacturer) were discussed prior to repairs being completed. The technician was equally helpful. His attention to detail has not been overlooked. For example, taking additional time to ask exactly where to mount the thermostat (wife is only 5 ft tall), adding additional ducting tape in excess of the manufacturer's specs, and taking an additional 15-20 minutes answering questions from an inquisitive customer.Now, I have a happy family in a very cool 2022 Highland Ridge Open Range 395 BH 5th wheel. I only wish Hanner was closer to home. Thanks for a.great experience guys! If we need anything else, I will consider driving across country just to get it done there.

I always get great service from Hanner RV. David, Corey, Chad & Daniel really came through for me recently with a lingering issue I was having with my installed generator. I can t thank them enough but I ll keep trying.

We took our 5th wheel RV in for a detailed inspection and repair. Not only did they do top notch work, they were friendly and easy to work with. When it came time to pick up our RV, our truck broke down and had to go in the shop. Hanner let us leave the trailer there free of charge while we waited on truck repairs for almost 2 months. You don't see service like that in a big town. Thank you Hanner.

Hanner RV service center is top notch!! We had previously had our RV serviced at Clear Creek RV lastspring, but they did a terrible job. The side seals were not replaced with the correct ones. David and his staff took off the wrong ones and replaced them with the correct ones. The sides close correctly! We recommend Hanner RV to all our friends!! Great job!

Replaced our RV roof that had a 10 year warranty. 3 years later it is peeling up and they feel it may be due to the new membrane being faulty. They are working with us and going to replace it. Should take a week. Quick turn around for RV repair. Thank you.

We just purchased and picked up our 2nd travel trailer from Hanner RV and again, we have been so pleased with the entire process. From Sydney Wright in sales, to Chad Robinson, Christian and Mike Adams in the service department, Hanner RV has exceeded all of our expectations. They literally do have the best customer service! Each of these folks I mentioned have gone above and beyond to answer all of our many questions, provide warranty work and the upgrades we requested, and to help us make sure we have everything we need for our future adventures! We highly recommend Hanner RV!

Our RV broke down as we were traveling from Connecticut to Arizona and we were thankfully 3mins from Hanner s - Chad was so genuine and eager to help, giving us honest advice and guidance rather than trying to sell us on things that we didn t need. Another unexpected problem arose as he was fixing our original issue that he was kind enough to alert us to and spent a significant amount of time explaining all of our options to us, along with general maintenance tips for moving forward. Our mechanic Tony was also amazing and jumped in to help and troubleshoot. Brooke spent some time with us to show us other models for future trade ins or upgrades which was also a welcomed distraction from the chaos of breaking down lol. Everyone here was so kind and genuine, it definitely did not go unnoticed or taken for granted

The people at Hanner RV were extremely friendly and made making an insurance claim on my trailer a walk in the park. We got helpful advice on all of our options through the process with our specialist Shane Davies. Definitely recommend this dealership if you re looking for honest service.

My wife and I were interested in becoming first-time RV owners, so we took a quick 20-minute trip from Abilene over to Hanner after seeing their inventory online. We walked in and started looking around a little bit before we were kindly asked by Sydney if we were being helped. Even though it was freezing outside that day, Sydney grabbed some keys and took the time to show us a few RVs we were interested in, so we made it a point to come back the next week. She was very accommodating and patient with us wanting to see several different trailers, gave us a lot of good information, offered advice based on our preferences, and even made sure we were able to complete our purchase with Jennice after their Open House Event hours ended. This was an awesome experience and would recommend Hanner to anyone who desires a one-stop-shop for quality, the best flexible financing options AND customer service! Thank you to Sydney and the Hanner team for making a dream of ours become a reality!

We have bought and traded several RVs in the past 10 years and have dealt with many dealerships spanning from Austin to the DFW area to out here in West Texas. There is just something different with how people are treated out here in the big country that makes us prefer to deal with purchases like this closer to home. Every dealer in this area treated us like family compared to the cities. With that said, we purchased our 5th wheel from Hanner RV and Sydney took care of us from the second we walked in. She was never 'salesy' at all, in fact there was nothing salesy or pushy at all at this place like we have experienced elsewhere. We already knew which model we wanted to see but she quickly assessed our needs and preferences and suggested another as well. She was super knowledgable and very personable and she has continued to provide excellent service well after the sale. The finance department and Miss Jennice are amazing and all of them interacted with my kids through the process, as I said before, like family. The service department is no different as we have already worked with them on a few things as well. I highly recommend Hanner RV when shopping for your next trailer or RV.

Chad was friendly and professional from our first conversation. We had a gas leak and they took us right in. Fixed it in 20 minutes. The rest of the staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!! Good as it gets! They even provided donuts.

I recently purchased a RV from Hanner/RV s of West Texas. I did all the negotiations remotely. Efrain was extremely professional and easy to work with. After finalizing a deal we made arrangements for me to pick up. Unit was prepped and ready to go. I ve had a few minor follow ups after the sale and everything has been worked through. Their facility was very nice and I didn t feel and heavy pressure when I paid to add any products. I ve purchased 3 other RV s and this was right up there with the best experiences I ve had.

I decided to drive 2.5 hrs to Hanner RV for a Jayco that I was looking for. Well, I am glad I did. Prices are very fair, if not better, than the DFW area dealers. The purchase process was so smooth. Brooke in Sales did a great job. She even came in on her off day to meet me. She was informative and straightforward. Jose also did great with the walk-through and set-up of the WDH. Clint in the Parts department gave me suggestions on what add-ons and parts I should consider for my new camper. Hanner RV has seemed to train their workers to provide great customer service as their number one objective. It s hard to find a place that has great workers willing to help across all their positions.Thank you Hanner RV,Sonny

I had a great purchasing experience with Hanner. Since I am out of state I had to do everything remotely. Sydney and Jennice were very helpful in answering my questions and getting me squared away with my unit. Sydney worked patiently with my delivery limitations and my unit was delivered in the right time-frame. I love my trailer. I do have one issue that needs to be tended to but thankfully I got the extended warranty plan that allows a person to come onsite and tend to any problems covered by the warranty. I'm very thankful that I got that coverage.UPDATE 6/26/2023: I've upgraded my rating to 5 stars for excellent customer service. Chad from the service department was very helpful in assisting me with getting the service / parts issue resolved that I needed. Be mindful if you're having a trailer delivered long distances that things can get wiggled loose during transit and may need some attention after delivery. As stated previously I am very pleased with my trailer and happy with my purchase and interactions with Hanner RV. I would highly recommend them and their team of professionals.

Rob, our salesman, was excellent! He searched long and hard to find us a travel trailer. We had a long list of "wishes" so it wasn't easy for him. He followed us through the day of delivery and even threw in a few extras. He gets a 5 star rating!The reason for the 4 star was the service department. Mike did our walk-through. During our delivery walk-through with Mike, my wife noticed that one of the supports for the table-to-bed conversion was missing a screw. He assured me that he would take care of that. When we got home with the trailer, the screw was rolling around on the floor. Not really a huge deal, but... When I put the stabilizers down, one was very bent. I texted Rob and the service manager called. After several exchanges of pictures and information, we were told that they had a stabilizer to replace it with. We made an appointment to take it in to have the new stabilizer put on while we waited. After waiting for an hour and a half, a salesman (Michael) came to check on us and offer us some water. I asked if he would check the progress of our repair. He came back quickly and apologized "on behalf of Hanner RV", saying that our trailer had been ready for half an hour and we hadn't been informed. When we went to our camper to head home, I checked the new stabilizer. One of the screws holding it on wasn't screwed all the way in. I went to the service area and was followed back to the camper by Mike. Mike tightened the screw and said something about him not putting them all the way down when he checked out the trailer because they never replaced them.Everyone we dealt with there was friendly and professional, except Mike. Mike shouldn't deal with customers. He doesn't seem to have a sense of pride in his work, and he has an attitude of superiority. He wasn't exactly rude, but he did talk to me like I was ignorant both during the walk-through and the stabilizer replacement.

We purchased our new travel trailer August 2, 2023. Sydney was the salesperson who showed us around, she pushed nothing on us and let us take our time on looking at travel trailers. Sydney also tried to help us save money and this shows that she really cares about the customer. When we picked up our travel trailer today, Mike was the one who gave us the walk-around. Mike helped us connect the trailer hitch and took the time to make sure we were all setup before we took off. If you are looking to buy an RV, this place should be your first stop. Thank you all again for our new travel trailer!

Update: Following this review, I was contacted by Hanner RV's customer service department and they paid for the second tire. I feel that this was the right thing to do and I am very pleased to have come to this conclusion. I did have an overall good experience and we love our camper!If you buy pre-owned, take the time to inspect every single tire. We left and made it about thirty miles when we realized that one of the tires tread was coming off. We changed to the spare, and let Hanner know about the issue. They reimbursed us for that tire. After installing the new tire, I inspected all remaining tires to find another one that was coming apart as well. (Both were probably original tires, both date stamped 9/14, 6 years old) They would not pay for the second tire. Mind you, I paid full asking price, no discount. I've had this camper less than a week driven less than 100 miles and needed two new tires. Don't make the same mistake I did. Keeping your family safe is your responsibility. Other than that, experience was good.

Traded a smaller RV for a slightly larger used unit. We had our previous Trailer for 2 years and always kept it in excellent condition. Sales staff and purchase of the replacement went very well however I was really disappointed with the prep of the unit. It needed a good scrubbing on exterior and we found a lot of loose screws and discovered the awning had mold and mildew. On our first trip out the awning wouldn't retract as a wind storm sprung up. We enjoy the 2017 camper but feel a bit more attention to detail could have been done.

We have purchased our fourth RV at Hanner RV and I would highly recommend them. Our salesman, Rob Robertson, was attentive to every detail and if he did not have the answer, he offered to find it. He did what he said he would do and was very enjoyable and professional in the way he went about the sale. Lance Finley, the sales manager, was also very professional and helpful. Our walk through on pickup day was very detailed, by Russell, and allowed plenty of time for lots of questions. Every experience with Hanner RV has always been this way. This will always be our #1 choice when purchasing any RV.

Hanner RV has been extremely helpful and intentional the whole process of me finding a camper to live in full time and their customer service! My dad accidentally had the keys locked inside of the camper and hammer rv sent someone out hours out of the way to unlock it for us!! When we picked it up the owner even brought it down on his own personally. He gave us tons of information and the best help out of all camper/rv places! definitely recommend !
