I needed the rear roof window replaced on my Tesla, and a friend told me about Ultimate Glass. I keep my car immaculate so i was very worried about having this done. They came out when promised and took great care with my car. The price was cheaper than i was quoted by others. I would highly recommend this company.

Very pleased with Ultimate Glass and the work they did on my Toyota Sienna and on my husband's Dodge Ram. I appreciate their patience and understanding especially when I dropped the ball and forgot to leave my van at home on the day of my appointment. Should I need another windshield replaced, I will definitely be calling Cory to get the job done.

I absolutely hate to leave a negative review for a small locally owned company but I have to for ultimate glass.I have had 2 experiences with them and I will say the first experience went so fantastic that I naively trusted Cory (the owner) would do things right the second time. I was wrong.There were several fouls on his part along the way but being a female, I trusted he would do his best to help me. Instead, he charged me more than double what a dealership would have charged to replace the windshield and a back quarter window. He lied and said he found the one and only windshield that would fit my brand new car so he had to buy it right now because someone else had called the place that morning looking for one. Stupid me, believed him and so I felt obligated to go with them because I thought he had put a lot of money and effort into finding my windshield. No, dealers get a stock of new windshields when they get new cars in. Now I know. Yes, I had called the dealership myself but kept being put on hold for extended periods of time and I work the same hours they are open so I never had the time to wait on hold. Cory said he called them for me and they quoted him much higher than he was going to charge me. I believed him but didn t ask what they told him, I just trusted he would be cheaper since he said he was. Again, stupid me for not just waiting on hold to ask them myself because Cory actually charged me double what the dealer would have charged and that was after I talked him out of knocking off a couple hundred dollars from the final bill.Cory comes out with his tech to replace the 2 windows (the tech is fantastic by the way, and probably the only reason Cory has a company at all if this is how he does business for repeat customers) the windshield was installed with no issues. However, Cory told me that he was unable to replace trim only on a rear quarter glass window and would have to replace the entire window. I believed him again. So they replace the window according to Cory and I paid the outrageous bill. A few hours later I went to look at them closer and realized ONLY THE TRIM WAS REPLACED on the quarter glass that he said the trim couldn t be replaced on. He charged me full price to replace only a trim piece that literally pops on and off so I text Cory and ask him why he didn t replace the whole window since there was also damage to the seal and I want my brand new car to look brand new obviously, that was the point of asking for a new window. Who would pay that much to have only a piece of trim replaced? No one. So he says oh I can send my guys out tomorrow morning. Next day, he says same thing, next day he says same thing again. And then finally a full week later, he sends the tech (who was only doing what he was told to do by Cory) to replace the full window. And then, $4,000 later the job is done. I could have had it done by the dealership for less than $2000.00 so if Cory claims to price shop for you, don t believe it. Cory is dishonest and will cheat you too as soon as he thinks he can get away with it.

I needed windshield for my f250 because when I bought it the previous owner obviously didn t do it right and it was leaking on the drivers side so I called ultimate glass on a Thursday and had a back window same day..I want to thank ultimate glass and the tech by the way was super nice for coming out same day ..not to mention it s done right looks great and my windshield isn t leaking no more ..thanks guys

If you're looking for the best price, fast service, and quality work Ultimate Glass is who you should call. I couldn't be more happy with the professionalism and service. Service was a windshield replacement on a 2022 VW Tiguan.

Absolutely amazing! Their response time was speedy and they were extremely helpful and were able to slip me into their already busy schedule the next day! Price was very competitive and reasonable! They were extremely nice and well mannered, quick, and they did a fantastic job! Will be referring to friends and family. This is a great local company. I was in a jam and needed a windshield same day. Cory the owner went above and beyond to ensure he could work me in. Plus his pricing is the best around. Quality work, fast service, and a good price . Now that s a rare combo, and it s a local business so the money stays local.
