I came up here to get some new tires ofc. And they did a great job. My tires had bad lug nuts and was extremely difficult to take off. One guy said I had to pay $100 to get some new ones and I said no I m alright I ll wait until my next pay check because I don t have the money right now. 10 minutes later Lewis came out with some lug nuts for me, because he was worried about my safety instead of the cost. I am very appreciative and y all need to keep employees like him. Thank you Lewis I m very appreciative.!

I went this morning to get the rear tires replaced. I spoke with Jimmy last week to see if I could sit in my vehicle for the process, he said no problem. They made my experience very good. Thank you Jimmy and your crew that made my experience a very good one.

Brought my wife s Expedition in because the right rear tire was losing air. They found a screw in the sidewall that wasn t repairable. I ve got a service contract that covers tires and wheels. It covers the same tires and tires that are comparable. I was told by the advisor working that I had to call my own claim in and that he had to order the exact tire. As an advisor in the past, it s their job to call the claim in. I came to the Lake Worth Discount Tire. They called the claim in and got me a new tire (not the same one but a comparable one) within an hour of showing up. It s just pure laziness on behalf of the guy behind the counter. Won t go there again and I live 10 minutes from there. I ll drive the extra 15 minutes to Lake Worth from now on to experience real customer service. Funny part is that the Azle location was completely dead and Lake Worth had a lobby full of people.

KELLEN BEST TIRE GUY IN AZLE! Super friendly and smart! I had to back down a one way street with a flat tire to reach this location and was welcomed by all! However Kellen was over the top! When you see a teenager working and paying Mom for his insurance and life skills, not much assistance at home it makes you wish you hD won the lotto, he would have been given a million!WOW! Glad this experience started and ended fantastic!

2nd time in a year and spent $0. I believe Jimmy and Ryan were even the same 2 people to service my truck last year. Both of them are really accommodating. Just had a nail in my tire and now I'm good to go again. I'll definitely purchase new tires from there if and when necessary.

This Discount Tire location is the best! I've been here several times and the people that work here never fail. They are very knowledgeable and always have the customers best interest at heart. They will make sure you get a great deal and save when you can. They might be busy at times, but if you make an an appointment online, waiting is minimal. There is a reason why they are busy, but earlier mornings is best if you don't have an appt. Great place hands down!

Brought my RAM 1500 here for a rear tire change. I did not have a key to provide for the factory wheel locks. While discount usually has keys for some, they did not for mine specifically, which is totally understandable.They were extremely understanding and did my change the day after, on the spot when I brought it back after cutting off the locks, and even gave me four lug nuts one for each wheel to replace the ones I cut off!Extremely nice employees. I felt like they really did truly care to get me back on the road again. I ve used discount countless times in the past, with varying experiences depending on location.This one was the BEST! Bottom line, if you need tires and don t want a hassle, go to Azle Discount Tire.

I showed up to this location almost 45 minutes BEFORE they closed to get my tire pressure checked. 3 employees walked past me as I patiently waited. I waited 15 minutes for SOMEONE, ANYONE to just acknowledge me. 1 of those employees was genuinely helping another customer, the other 2 were not. I find it sad that simply acknowledging a customer is hard to do. This is the 3rd time something similar to this has happened at this location. The customer service used to be top notch. I'm not so sure anymore.

I stopped by to get my tires rotated and balanced and while waiting our turn my battery decided to bite the dust. Kayden jumped the battery (even though that wasn t his job) with a kind attitude and demeanor. They balanced the tires with the van running so I could take it down to Walmart for a new battery. Got my kids and I back on the road and was so nice about it, really went above and beyond. I always have a good experience at the Azle discount tire and appreciate the great customer service.

I always have amazing service at DT, and the new Azle location is no different! Everyone was polite, the lobby was clean, they got my car in and out in less than an hour (with an appt). I am a loyal DT customer and consistently good service is exactly why. Thanks, y'all!

Ryan did an awesome job balancing all my wheels that I had replaced from a different shop. He and his team corrected the awful balancing that was done when I got my wheels replaced by a certain shop in Springtown, I want to commend and thank Ryan and his team at Discount Tire in Azle and highly recommend anyone and everyone to come here for all they re wheel and tire needs! Greatly appreciate it guys!

I always have good things to say about any Discount Tire location, but this location takes the award for best service! Specifically an employees named Arthur who went above and beyond to help me out with a new set of tires and made sure I understood the entire process. He also explained a variety of safety procedures and best practices to keep me safe on the road, and how to best maintain my new tires. Couldn t have asked for a better experience!

Took my car in cause I needed a patch on my tire and they said they couldn't patch it and I had to buy a whole new tire... Jokes on y'all cause I took it to Hamm's in Watauga and they said yall we're being lazy and trying to screw over a woman out of buying a new tire. Hamm's patched my tire like I had wanted for a fraction of the price, while discount was gonna charge me for a new tire.

After having several unresolved issues with getting new wheels for my daughters car, we ended up at the Azle Discount Tire location. Gage was incredibly helpful. He went the extra mile checking every detail, identifying the problem and her car now drives great as a result. He has exceptional customer service as well as being very knowledgeable. The other store employees were also kind and helpful. Highly recommend.

My wife was having a hard time and getting the run around at Firestone for a simple tire repair while I was out of town working. I can not thank the great people here for getting her tire fixed setting an appointment and being timely professional experts

New store in Azle. Love the design, the decor and the flow of in & out traffic. All of the employees I came in contact with were professional and friendly. Ryan tire tech took car of my tire issues...replaced my failed TPS and repaired a small puncture in my tire. This the crew balanced & rotated the tires. Great service, I will be back. Great to have Discount Tire in Azle.Update: Ryan and crew are great asset to Azle customers.

They were very nice and friendly and took good care of me and they were very fast. I didn't have more than a 10 minute wait time and it took less than 10 or 15 minutes to complete the job and they didn't change me to fix the tire and they checked the windshield wipers and replaced them with new ones for the low price of 26.00 for two wipers and they work great I'm very happy with them and I will always use them for all my truck's and van's and car's thank you for your service and help Mrs Bowen

Yes they fixed the issue, but it should never have been an issue in the first place. My wife went in to have our tires rotated. The store manager Jimmy helped her. He immediately told her that the tires were too bad to be rotated at all and that her only option was to get new tires. He gave her tire prices and sent her away. I called 10 minutes later and spoke with a manager who informed me that there was no reason why the tires should not have been rotated because all 4 tires (while needing to be replaced within the next few months) were well within range to have a tire rotation. The minimum is 2 for all tires, when I went up there they measured at a 4. They fixed the issue immediately for me 3 hours later. This boils down to a manager more interested in trying to sell tires to a woman he saw as gullible than providing the service requested. He could have simply informed her the tires were going to need to be replaced soon, gave her options, then provided the tire rotation. The fact that this did not happen makes us believe he only responded this way because she was a woman! Do better!

My husband went here and purchased all 4 new tires with warranty and some new windshield wipers. Unfortunately the windshield wipers came off after the service was done and scratched our wind shield. I give them 5 stars because after explaining to them what had happened they offered to replace the whole window for us and have great customer service and were really nice! Yes there was a slight problem but they went above and beyond to fix the issue.

We had a messed up mower wheel. They fixed it quickly and it didn t even require any parts. They did say they can get them though if needed.I have overwhelmingly had great experiences at Discount tire in several cities and Azle did not disappoint.
