I would just like to send a Huge thank you to Whatever It Takes for the great customer service. From the first phone call everything was so smooth. i was only told they sell to shops so didn t have a chance. Kenny said we sell to anyone with Money and that s pretty much how it is at Business who conducts business.Called found what everything in was looking for in one stop . Got to the location picked everything up. Kenny was even cooler in person . if you are looking for Good product with great people. look no further , they are my new go to for transmission parts .

Terrible service. They will take your order, completely lose all record of it, argue with you over it and then claim that their lack of organization is your fault. This has happened multiple times. They are the most unprofessional supplier I have ever worked with. Kenny has no idea what's going on around him and is inept when it comes to organization & customer service. Lesson learned and I will never be placing an order with them again and I suggest any professional businesses avoid them like a plague. They will cost you money and damage your reputation with their inability to have any idea what's going on with their own business. DO NOT RELY ON THEM, THEY WILL LET YOU DOWN!

I bought a part there, and told the guy at the front desk if this is not the part can i bring it back so i can get my money back, it was 379 dollars, he said yes took his word for it. It was the wrong part came back the very next day. Was told no return or anything back. Never coming back to this place.

Good customer service and cheap prices, I bought a part for $37 and at the Wrench A Part, they were charging me double, $60 used, to bad this place its open on the weekends

I order parts for a transmission shop and prefer Transtar any day of the week. Sometimes I buy here because they are the only place that has the parts in town but every order has an issue with it. I thought it was because it was a new warehouse at first but it never got better. Bring tylenol if you have to order here
