Just got my oil changed here, it went very smoothly. I live in walking distance so I was able to drop it off and walk home. Easy enough to walk back and pick it up when it was done! They were very polite and professional. There aren t many signs for Walden particularly so I was a little confused at first standing by Wax Shack, but if you walk to where they do the state inspections they are there. I will come here again for my next oil change!

I showed up to get my car checked out as my car was having issues starting and he was locking up and leaving early. Was very dismissive and rude about me showing up 40 minutes before they re technically supposed to close? Do not recommend.

I came in with a window that has been stuck in the down position. It has been pouring rain the past few days. Without any wait, they immediately tended to the situation and helped me get my window up without any charge. Really kind people, definitely recommend this place.

I worked with Hector and I cannot be happier. Absolutely amazing service and turnaround! My brakes needed to be done relatively quickly and not only did he help me get the correct parts but was so communicative and kind. Absolutely will be going back.

Hector was amazing! I had an issue with my car making a weird noise and he was patient with me and helped diagnose what the issue is. He was also fast with it, I highly recommend this place

The two nearby Jiffy Lube inspection centers were down (broken machine and inspector at lunch). So, I found this place (Waldan Auto) and glad I did. Fast, friendly, professional. Highly recommended. Thanks, Jiffy Lube!

Thank you Angel the technician that stopped to help us out. We went out to Austin for the day and had car troubles but thankfully it happened right in that area of the shop. It was hot outside . They guys helped us as fast as they could and we were back on our way to exploring.

Waldan Auto Service has been great with me over the past year! They are price competitive and work really hard to leave to satisfied. If ever in doubt, ask for Hector there. He's a gem of a guy.

Wanna give a big shout out to angel he a life saver from san antonio an took the family out to Austin and my car broke down right next to the shop ended up needing a alternator angel helped me an my family out and were out of there in no time even gave me a lift to go get another alternator. Talk about service . He didn't tell me no once just took care of me . Thank you angel .

Got an oil change today. For synthetic oil change for only $50, I was impressed! I've been charged over $146 before so this was great. It only took like 25 minutes and everyone there was nice.

I setup an appointment several days in advance and made arrangements for the time away from work, rides, etc, to get a 2 hour car repair done there. When I called about it that afternoon I found out they hadn't done any of it and they said they couldn't get to it the next day. What was the purpose of scheduling an appointment if they weren't going to honor it? It was just a huge hassle, and I still have to go through the whole process again to get my car fixed somewhere else. It's also unclear if this is the same place as Koenig Lane Automotive or not, but it may be.

I have been taking my cars here for years. They have done everything from complete engine rebuild on my 1991 Honda Civic after it reached 250k miles to diagnostics on a old truck I bought. These guys gave my civic a new life, now I am having a hard time selling it because the engine rides like new. I had to buy a disposable 2016 Nissan to get some of the conviniences of a modern car for daily work, but I doubt it will last 250k miles.I appreciat Hector and Angel for their honesty and great skills as auto doctors.If you need your ride to be as elegante y original as possible, have these guys take care if it for you. I know you won't do it.
