I visit quite a bit and feel like I'm purchasing a new vehicle every other month The XC40 Recharge is a bite-sized beast! Excellent get up and go. Interior styling isn't what I'm accustomed to, but I could possibly get used to it.

They helped me repair an issue caused my having my car towed and were so kind. I went alone and as a woman sometimes mechanics can be hard to communicate with, but these guys were great. Easy to get service and I got coffee in the showroom while I waited.

I've been going here for service of my S60 for almost 5 years now. My Volvo has experienced what seems like every reliability issue Volvo's are known to have. Sometimes things have gone awry with the service as well. And yes, if you want a loaner, you need to book a couple months in advance. However, my service manager Jason has been understanding, very helpful and always made things right. I would never consider getting another Volvo based on the issues we've had, however knowing that Jason is there in case anything comes up, I am again considering a Volvo for our next vehicle. He definitely has turned what would be a 3-star review into 5 stars.Update: Jason was promoted. Good for him! Unfortunately that means he now doesn t usually interface with customers.

Volvo Austin service is great, this review is for Kevin my service advisor. Kevin is very solutions oriented and comes from a place of yes. The other day when I had my key fob battery changed, he overheard a problem and fixed it w a paper clip ..actually. Took my car here for service for the first time. It was a routine service and was supposed to be short . 4.5 hours later they were finally done. I had an appointment, but it was obvious that I got taken care of last as the waiting area was empty by the time I left. Come on guys- if you can t handle the number of customers in a timely manner, don t schedule that many!! They did kee me abreast of what was going on with my car, and I did have them do rear brakes at their suggestion, but that was 4 hours in. TOO LONG! Next time I will insist on a loaner.

Dylan Radzavich helped me make my purchase on a used XC40 in Austin. I was able to do everything remotely at home in Dallas. We texted, he sent a video of the car, vehicle history report - all fully transparent. He ran different numbers for me, I secured the car with a deposit and everything was quoted before I made the trip. The price didn t change once I arrived at the dealer. Once I was there, the XC was detailed while I was with finance, did that electronically - didn t take more then an hour. I felt fully respected, in control and confident I made the right decision. Will recommend!

Once I drop off my car here, it s usually pretty quick. I haven t ever had issues after getting my car serviced. But, the last time I had my scheduled annual maintenance, they sent me back to work in a Lyft. After hearing my car was ready later that day, I waited and waited for the Lyft they scheduled to pick me up. Im not sure where the disconnect was, but I ended up ordering my own ride and paying out of pocket. Waiting 30 minutes is s lot when you re working.I m not a big fan of this location. The staff are so focused on numbers and sales and revenue, they forget about that human connection. They come across stressed out, anxious, and exhausted.While service is pretty good, I m probably not leasing another Volvo through this dealership.

I shipped my car from Seattle to Austin and really needed the regular maintenance as I was seeing the dashboard flag over 2 months. Volvo Austin service department has really long backlogged service appointments - I could find the earliest available slot in October (when I was trying to make an appointment in late June). So, I decided to drop it off as walk in. I expected it to take several days to complete the regular maintenance; which turned out to be almost 3 week long work. I would give a higher rate if the service representative gave me regular updates on the vehicle status and ETA. However, I was the one who kept calling to get a hold from the service rep (which I was able to talk to him 2 - 3 times out of more than 10 times calls with notes and voice messages). So unprofessional. Again, I understand I dropped my vehicle as a walk in but taking 3 weeks without any loaner car; no regular update nor ETA living in Texas where you need a car to go anywhere, it was a disaster. Not sure if I wanna go back for other services honestly.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Brought my 2021 Volvo XC60 here 3 times. Twice for the same issue I've been experiencing for months. I've left it for weeks with the premise of "Please do not return my car until it's fixed." Both times they returned the car without the issue fixed. Then you're expected to make another appointment and wait months. Absolutely ridiculous. I can't wait to get rid of this thing and never purchase another.

I went in for 20,000 mile service. The person that sold me the car 2 years ago was there and spent time with me while I waited. The service department was efficient. My car was ready in 2 hours. It was a positive experience.

I bought an XC90 from this dealership in Austin of 2018. Since then it has been nearly impossible to receive service in a timely manner- they book 2-3 months out. I was told by their service representative to even drive an hour and a half to San Antonio or Kileen to the next nearest service shop in our area. I leave messages for the service department that go unreturned and only talk to them when I continually call back. The codes on my vehicle have been invalid prohibiting other shops to do any resets and my VIN number attached to my car has errors making it impossible to use the features of the Volvo app to auto-matic start my car. I will never buy a car from Volvo and specifically this dealship again.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment

Tommy was my service advisor was awesome to work. I had a break pad and router issue I called in got an appointment on the same day.He Kept me informed the whole time. Really appreciate his efficiency!Very satisfied with the service and thanks for the uber rides.

We had some dents removed and although we had purchased the highest tear protection plan, they had to call Allstate and confirm it indeed covered dents. The car was fixed and returned to us the same day.

Be cautious buying your car from this dealer as they are over booked and your maintenance experience may not be as you expect. We bought our car here last December and paid for 10 years maintenance and extended warranty. We just tried to schedule the first service and their first open appointment was in 70 days. I asked the front desk for more clarification and they transferred me to another person that I had to leave message. He didn't get back to me and I tried again and left message. I still didn't hear back from him..

Stopped by today for advice on a modification for my Polestar. Was able to to have walk-in service and out in under an hour, which was awesome. Happy to swing by here whenever necessary (which shouldn't be often with an electric car) for such friendly, knowledgeable folks in the future.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

Their quick to sell you a car, but the service is so backlogged that I asked for a refund on my prepaid maintenance plan since they can't service it in a timely fashion. When I told them I would have to get my XC90 serviced by an ASE certified shop they said that I would likely void my warranty.

Luxury car with a very poor service !!!This is not my first luxury and I expect to be notified prior to my expected service - well not with Volvo, forget about it.Once you realize you need to get it as your car is screaming for it the estimated time is 2 months to get you in - outrages and disappointing !!!

I have 2022 Volvo XC60...the engine light is on ...I was told the first available appt is Aug 6th....the agent told me I could keep driving if I thought it was safe....how am I to know....I'm a 70 year old woman and I cant get my car looked at for 6 weeks when a warning light is on...she said I could try San Antonio....this is my 3rd Volvo....I'm really disappointed by this service....I would have at least liked to know if driving with the warning light is safe for 6 weeks....or will it ruin my new car and leave me stranded

Took excellency care of me I came in right before close and they fit me in. Called me back following day to ensure my wheels/tires got inspected bc I mentioned I drive 5k miles per month great service department sets a high standard
