Should have listened to the other reviews. Impossible to exit the garage after an event. Traffic at a complete standstill. No one directing traffic. Wish I could give zero stars.

This parking garage I booked and paid online for an event months in advance. The day of the event they cancelled my accommodations, offered no apologies or solutions or offered an explanation of why. I tried calling both the garage and the parking department of the University and those cowards turned off their phone lines knowing they were screwing people over. Shame on these con artists for stealing my money and forcing me to go to yet another one of the garages and paying again. This University parking system is a scam, they are thieves.

Parked here for Blink 182 at the Moody center. For $38 with tax it wasn't bad. I was in and out. Staff was very friendly from the moment I got there, a little bit before 5pm, until after the show around midnight. I was on the very bottom so I was in and out.

This garage is the nearest and most convenient for events in Erwin Events Center and Long Horns Stadium.

Dear UT students,Do not buy a resident parking permit here. During the fall they make you relocate your car for all football games, only to garages all the way across campus. They also just opened the Moody Center in which you can t remove your car from the garage unless you want to park at another garage (keep in mind you are required to return your car before 7 am the next day). The new rule makes it impossible to return your car on time because concerts are always at night. Students do not have priority parking at this garage, which causes unneeded stress for students.

Parking at Trinity garage is awful. Student parking isn t prioritized at all. They force us to move our cars for football games to garages that are no where near trinity. They won t let us back into the garage when there are other events either. BUT we have to move our car back by 7 am the next day when the events easily go until late at night. They create a very unsafe and inconvenient situation for students regardless of the fact that it costs $900 a year to park there. You d be better off finding somewhere not affiliated with UT to park.

We went to the Moody Center two nights in a row and used their "pre-paid" parking option, which is a great option when you're fighting traffic, running late to a show and don't have time to chance it by ssarching for parking on the streets. The first night, we used the Manor garage which was great and is right next to the Moody, but $61. The second night, I didn't book in time and the Manor garage was sold-out, so we went with the Trinity garage for $37 (it's insane to me that event parking pricing has gotten this expensive, but it is what it is, a "life tax" I guess). The attendants were friendly, but in the Trinity garage, we had to go almost all the way up, circling around the 5th or 6th level (that moment of panic when the show starts in 10 minutes and you're arguing about finding a parking spot) then we finally got a spot. We didn't want to squeeze-in to a tiny elevator full of people, so down the stairs, then three blocks uphill to the Moody Center. It wasn't a horrible experience, but if you're going to the Moody for a show and don't mind paying "life tax", do your family a favor and book a spot at the $61 garage the night before instead ;)

Took two hours to exit the parking lot after an event at frank erwin. Absolutely ridiculous, if you are going to hold events at the arena and recommend this garage on your ticketing site the least you do is have people directing traffic so you don't have people sitting in the garage for two hours without moving, there is no excuse for that kind of idiocy

Do not park here for special events. Went to monster jam at the Erwin center and it took 45 minutes for cars to start moving. Everyone was getting out of their cars trying to figure out the problem. Turns out there is a red light on MLK and only one car gets out of the garage per light. No traffic cops helping after the event, even though we bought parking through the event website. Absolutely ridiculous. We have medical needs that are extremely time dependent and it almost became an emergency. Avoid this garage at all costs.

Worst place to park during an event. Cars didn t move for twenty minutes. No parking staff or police to direct traffic. We had to leave our car because of the exhaust. Park further away from the frank Erwin center and you ll thank yourself

To get out during peak times was terrible! 45 minutes to get out of the garage! The problem is that the exit is a right turn only about two feet from a red light that allows maybe two cars to go before it's red again.

I like how it holds lots of cars in marked car holding areas. It s easy to get in and out of. Park here or in the new hospital garage for events at the Erwin center.
