Been here 3 times in the past 10 days. First for regularly scheduled maintenance and I was there from 12:30-6. Was told it would be done soon at 3pm oh sorry it s taking longer don t hear anything else until I m the last one there very poor communication. That s the treatment I get for a $1300 service? Disgraceful.Not even 100 miles later my battery dies after having paid for a battery service during my previous visit. I email the service director and get nothing. Have to do mobile repair to get it fixed.After the battery had died, my sensors got thrown off. And I need to come in again. Get greeted and rudely asked where I took it to get the battery changed. Had no choice but to do mobile and was given no indication it almost dead. Scheduled for next day at 7am.The sensor service I was told would be quick and simple. Was one of the first 5 cars in at 7am. It is now 9am as I m writing this. I don t know much about cars but I do know a simple recalibration of 3 sensors does not take 2+ hrs.The result of my experience above was an unapproved/undiscussed removal of windshield camera and attachment that was working fine. They began work there when I never brought it up and suggested I had told them my windshield was an issue. They submitted a claim to replace my windshield (never had a issue with it) for $3k. I brought it in to have sensors re calibrated...nothing more, nothing less. There was a lack of listening and communication which ended up trying to grab more money.The timeliness and communication here has lost my business. Would rather drive 30 more minutes elsewhere for better experience.

040524Sent to Toy NA via websiteI have brought my Avalon Limited Hybrid to Charles Mund, Toyota NA since I moved here duringthe pandemic for ALL SERVICES. My last three (3) visits for service have been embarrassing. Ihave NOT received a Multi-Point Inspection. The service Rep has NOT ONCE come into thewaiting room to offer any services/fluids/suggestions. I brought my car in for a 35k service anddid not receive a 35k service. I am livid. The last three reps have been awful, the service hasbeen embarrassing, and I have zero trust in anything you claimed you performed. I come toToyota willing to pay extra money to service my car by specialist. I asked for the MANAGER tocall me when I was contacted via FB due to a bad review. Well the phone message (which wassupposed to be via email), was left by a man with no LAST NAME OR TITLE. I WANT TOSPEAK WITH THE HEAD OF SERVICE OR OWNERSHIP. PERIOD.

If you need to buy a vehicle you will get assistance on the first ring. If your vehicle then needs service... Good luck getting an answer. Unqualified people trying to answer questions, running back and forth between me and God knows who. Every other answer was You know, I don't know." SALES are a greater value to them than service... Their attitude is "get in line." The question is....Why is service so busy they can't answer the phone? Buyer beware....

Stay away if you value your time. I brought my tacoma for service. They told me it needed front pads, which I agreed to have replaced regardless of the overpriced cost. However, I dropped my truck at 7:00am and it has been 4 hours and 31 minutes and I'm still waiting for them to finish. Looks like it'll be at least 5 hours.This place books more appointments that they can handle, just so they can make more money. They don't care about the customers. I was an automotive technician and I know the time it takes to do this job.Find a different place to your vehicle service.

I would like to thank Christian Arceneaux, Sales associate for going above and beyond to make our buying experience positive. He was friendly, professional and knowledgable. Our intention was to buy a used Toyota 4Runner, but there were none available to our liking. Christian suggested we consider buying new and he was able to come up with a price that worked for us. Remind me to never go here for a service again! Arrived on time at 8:30 and was told my car should be ready at 11:30 for oil change, new tires, and alignment.11:30 rolls by with no communication thus far so I text for an update. Alignment taking longer than usual. But a car wash and vacuum will be done on them!No communication at all even after texting and calling (and being sent straight to voicemail). I show up at the service center at 2 pm and see my car parked in the back. Go to the cashier for an update - they can t help me and I need to find my service guy, Walter.Walter is no where to be found and no one seems eager to help me even though I am wandering around looking for him.Finally I just ask someone and they say Walter is out to lunch but my car is done with the service.No wash, no vacuum, no walk through of the work done. I m not even entirely sure I have the new tires I paid $1000 for.Horrific service. At least at Round Rock they send regular updates via text and are actually pleasant to work with.I am beyond disappointed. I bought 2 Toyota cars this year and have been a loyal customer for 10 years.And I still haven t even heard from Walter. No apology for the lack of communication, for over promising and under delivering.Seek service elsewhere for your vehicle if you care about your time and money - because these people don t care one bit.

There is neither a military discount available nor a car wash service offered. Deborah refused to give me a military discount, stating that I should have asked her about it before. When I inquired about a car wash, she explained that the pipes for the wash were out of order. The oil change for my Camry ended up costing me more than $100. Thank you guys and I will never go there again.

Be aware if you're getting the warranty work done here.My conclusion from this experience is they are either incompetent or dishonest.My Toyota has 10,000 miles, bought new, and the grab bar has come undone. they said it'll be covered by warranty. but when they finally got the car in their shop, they accused me of tampering with the broken handle and said would not be covered.I insisted that no one has tampered with it, it just came undone and I tried to grab it couple times and it got worse.After arguing for a very unpleasant few minutes, the Manager went to talk to someone then said they would, this one time, fix it.In my opinion, they're fixing something they are obligated to. They are not doing me a favor.I went in twice for this. Frist time, I asked if they need to take a quick look to see if they'll need to order the part. the man said this is an item they would have but it would take 4 hours or more waiting time. so I scheduled another appointment 7:30 am.I waited more than 2 hours for them to tell me they don't have the part and I will have to pay for this. They said they texted me and emailed. They failed to tell me that's how they were going to communicate. No one bother to find me in the waiting room though other customers were called out in person.Then they asked who was helping me so they can 'fact check' what I said. There were numerous people who 'helped' and I did not write their name down or notate what they said.So My advise is, if you ever go to this people, be wise to make notes.THEN, I TOOK MY CAR TO ANOTHER TOYOTA SERVICE IN TOWN.This center said is covered by warranty and it just needed a snap to put it back, I did not need new one AND THERE WAS NO SIGN OF TAMPERING. They fixed the problem in 0.2 hour and I paid nothing.

They have a nice selection of used vehicles... I was looking for a particular vehicle they had... Drove over 2 hours to look at it... It was a great looking vehicle... The sales rep Costantin Swies did a fantastic job helping me... He did his best to get me a price I was looking for... Constantin made sure the truck was detailed for pick up the next day with no issues...Only complaint I have is .. The sales manager could have worked with me a bit more on the price... But because I really liked the vehicle... I wasn't gonna haggle $1000...Over all... Somewhat quick and easy sell...

Went in for some standard maintenance and upkeep, was a quick and easy trip thanks to Hunter Misage! Very friendly and helpful, he made the entire dealership experience go a lot smoother than other places I have been. I ve purchased 5 vehicles from here and have had 5 star treatment from the sales side. However, when needing anything service related, it is an absolute nightmare. You will be able to get scheduled and that s it! Little to no communication. When they do want to talk, it s via text message and not an actual phone call. What a horrendous, long process all because nobody wants to make a simple phone call. I ll be purchasing the rest of my fleet vehicles from someone else just to see if the warranty/services are more ideal because this place absolutely sucks when it comes to communication and needing updates.

Service was not handle properly end up with cosmetic damages to the car. Service personnel especially the manager was very disrespectful. Just disregarded what happened and even blamed me on what happened. This is not the way you treat your customers. Beware of your car. They might not be doing the service the right way but a mediocre way instead. Will tell any reason to get out of trouble and wont take responsibility. Now leads me to question is my car being really taken care of here? Transfered my car to a better toyota dealership. They won't care cause for them you are just a number not a customer.

DO NOT take your VEHICLE HERE!I went in for an oil change, they said my Differential Fluid needed to be changed and I added that service. Then once my car was back there they stated my Tie Rods were broke and needed to be fixed. I approved that service as well because I thought they knew what they were talking about. Once I picked up my vehicle the very next day I brought the vehicle back because alignment was off, which they had to do an alignment after the tie rod replacement. I don t know how an alignment can go back in 1 day! The steering wheel was shaking and the front left wheel felt like it was going to fall off.My car sat at the shop for a full day with no work done on it because it was raining and couldn t test drive. They claimed they RE-DID the alignment but I never received paperwork on it. Spoke with Angel and William both claiming to be the service manager. I made multiple calls to Angel, he offered to meet me once they finally got my car ready 2 days later and said he would do a test drive with me. When I got the the shop, I met with my service advisor and he went into Angel s office and he was apparently busy so we had to speak with William. He did the test drive with us and it seemed that they had fixed it but because of rush hour we just drove through a neighborhood and was rushed for time because I had a work event to attend. They also CROSS ROTATED my tires WITHOUT my approval and I only found out they did that when our service advisor texted me saying they did it. Which I told them when first asked if I wanted them to rotate the tires, I say NO because I had a road force alignment done at another dealership. I told William that was unacceptable and claimed they only rotated left to right and right to left because of the alignment issue. There was no alignment issue prior to them replacing the tie rods so now my back wheels that have extra weights on them are on my front wheels and my Vehicle is going through tons of gas. William said if we got onto the highway later or if we heard or felt the steering wheel issues again bring it back. I texted him an hr later once on the highway and steering wheel was shaking and the front left wheel feels like it s going to fall off again. I wanted to take it back to him Saturday but he stated through text they only run 1/3 of staff on Saturday and would not be able to fix my vehicle. So now I am stuck with their issues they caused because my car was not having any issues and only needed an oil change. I m going to have to fork out money to take it to another shop and have them fix their issues they caused. DO NOT take your Vehicle here they will claim multiple things are wrong and break other things and try to get you to pay more money and more money.They said they were going to get another list of stuff to fix to me and then said oh no looks like your car is ready to go . Then followed it up with my struts are slightly leaking but not causing an issue. The original paperwork when car was evaluated my struts were in perfect working condition and had no notation on the examination. I believe they damaged my vehicle.The actual shop manager needs to look into this issue because this completely unacceptable.I will never take my Vehicle back here especially after spending almost $1,000 and now having to spend more for what they messed up! My vehicle was in perfect working order before they put their hands on my 4Runner!

Got my car serviced here and Hunter Misage was a big help. He was friendly and quick to explain the issue, which was great because I'm not the most car-savvy person when it comes to repairs and maintenance. Would highly recommend!

Hunter Misage was so helpful when I needed my sick 2013 Tacoma maintenance completed. His friendly customer service made it a breeze to go through a stressful situation. He was very approachable, and we shared stories about our cats. This is the guy you want on your side. Took in my vehicle door service and was able to be helped immediately and didn t feel like I was being talked down to like at other dealerships! The rep who helped me was Hunter and he answered all my questions and gave me updates as the car was being worked on! Highly recommend!

Light came on so I took it to Charles Maund Toyota Service Center. Do not bother using the texting option to communicate, they don t respond. Dropped off and picked up, nothing was explained to me, but I suppose that s fine because you get a receipt. The next day there s a puddle of oil on my driveway because they failed to tighten the oil pan nut. Called the service manager but was then directed back to the advisor that doesn t respond so I left another message. Had to tighten the nut and top off the oil myself. Still waiting for a response. This place is a fail, you can see it with all the other reviews.Update: due to this review, they apologized and will provide me with a free oil change. I ll update accordingly after the visit.Update update: the last two visits have been smooth, perfect transactions. The dealership name has changed and seems like the service dept has also improved, thank you.

Though scheduling service is easy, talking to my lead representative has proven to be difficult. Called multiple times in the span of a couple of weeks and months later I still haven t had my call returned. Expect quick support to get your car in but no support with anything else.

I normally don t leave reviews about business, but I have been completely disappointed in the service from Toyota North Austin. I originally took in my car due to it s radio/Bluetooth/front chargers not working. Original assessment was fine and I was told that a part would need to be ordered which would take about a week to get in. Fast forward a few weeks after around 7/11/23, I follow up only since I have not heard anything only to be on hold for 45 minutes to be told that my original servicer is currently not available & he would reach out when he s available. I get a call on 7/27/23 asking for a return call to speak further about the issue. I returned the call as requested and it is now 8/11/23 and have yet to hear anything back. It s been over a month since this issue has been going on and the follow-up from Toyota North Austin has been completely non-existent. I ve decided to restart the process with another Toyota service center due to the lack of communication.Services: Electrical repair, Electrical

Quoted me over $800 to replace 4 tire pressure sensors on a 2010 Toyota Prius. The part costs $60 each and takes about the same amount of time as a tire rotation to replace them.They must be living in a different world or using a different currency.

If you're looking for an honest business, this is not the place. Make sure that all services and prices that you are expecting are in writing and not just negotiated verbally (or maybe get a recording of verbal negotiations).I was told that I would be receiving a 10% discount on my service over the phone. When I came in person, the same service advisor that I spoke to on the phone denied ever giving me that offer. I also requested an oil change over the phone in addition to my service, and they didn't do it.To top it off, they took several days to complete a service that they led me to believe would only take a day.

My service advisor Loren P. was able to work miracles for me. He was able to get a lot of my service requests done all in a single day. Not only did he keep his word, but he was also in constant communication with me throughout the entire process. He even fixed an issue I had with the shuttle service. Loren truly is an exceptional service advisor and he truly cares for the customer. Thank you so much again Loren for all your help

I took in my new vehicle today due to a concern. Scheduling was easy trough the app and I was able to get an appt within a day but the communication is where they need to improve on. I dropped off my vehicle wrote down my personal number and they never called or texted. I had to call asking for an update, was put on hold and transferred to my advisors line where he did not pick up. I understand they have A LOT of cars to work in but I never received a call back. They ended up texting my fathers number saying my car was ready. When I arrived to pick up my car I was told by reception to look for my advisor (he was no where to be found). Reception later told me the advisor listed through the app where I made the appt was not the advisor that actually took over my vehicle. I was not able to speak to any advisor and was told by reception that my car was fine. The only reason why I don t feel as stressed is because I have a new car that has bumper to bumper warranty, so if the same issue occurs I know it will be covered. Although this location is much closer to my home I will just take a longer drive to the Cedar Park location if it means communication will not be lost.
