These guys are the best! Came in looking for an affordable rear tire, and these guys took great care of me and weren't pushy like some other dealerships I've been to. Got a great toe for a great price. Thanks to everyone at TJ's. I'll definitely be back. I promise you, you will not be disappointed

Incredible service from TJ s sales team. I m a repeat customer. I was very happy with my first purchase and still happy with my second purchase. TJ s sales team ordered me a new ride with no deposit. When my order arrived I was in and out in no time. Definitely planning on buying another ride from TJ s next time.

Just getting into dirt bikes, and looking to have fun. I purchased a Honda CRF from Ride Now and had a less than par Customer Service experience. Stopped into TJs cycles with a buddy so he can look at another bike, and met Dylan in Sales. An incredible experience, from the attention given, his knowledge and understanding of the riders needs and wants, and just overall fun atmosphere. The staff made me feel like I was with a group of buddies. Ultimately led me to buy another Gagas mc250 from Dylan just because I enjoyed the experience. The Staff in the parts of merchandise department were just as friendly and fun, they have a great selection and help you get everything you need as a new rider. Definitely recommend buying from these guys.

I purchased a new KTM 300xcw from a dealer down the road. Was having issues with it and they told me to kick rocks. TJ's told me to come right on in, and got it fixed with in days. I was embarrassed because I did not get the bike from them but they did not care. They fixed it, and got it back to me. Really good customer service and nice guys working back there. They seem to care. I really appreciate yall!

These guys are extremely helpful. I m considering buying a used bike from a friend and have asked a plethora of questions about the bike before i make the decision. I haven t spent any money at their shop yet but they ve gone above and beyond to answer my questions, including some servicing tricks so I can do work myself. They will definitely be getting my business in the future!

These guys know their bikes. They can steer you towards exactly what you need, for 40mph streets, highway riding, etc. Awesome Staff, awesomeness bikes!

Happy Customer: Submitted an online request for information on a KTM 690 Enduro R and Jacob got back to me that afternoon with information on when the 2023 models were coming in. Jacob again emailed me to let me know that the bikes had arrived that day! Thanks to TJ's Cycles and Jacob, I'm currently loving my new KTM!They also have a nice military discount and new bike purchase discount.

Great experience, all of the staff are awesome. Jeff made the process of buying the bike enjoyable and simple; super knowledgeable and helpful.The service team has been amazing, they fixed a manufacturer defect super quickly and I plan to continue to bring the bike here for maintenance and upgrades.Recommend to anyone looking for a bike, gear, or a great shop.

Huge selection at the store. Very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable staff who are not pushy at all, which was greatly appreciated! Sticker price was out-the-door price and fairly priced. Will be going again.

Recent VERY proud owner of a 2020 KTM 790 Adventure R Rally which I bought from TJ's Cycle. Have purchased several KTM and Husqvarna dual purpose motorcycles from TJ's Cycle. Have traded-in several dual purpose KTM and Husqvarna dual purpose motorcycles with TJ's Cycle. Have also had several KTM and Husqvarna motorcycles serviced through TJ's Cycle, including my favorite, a 2003 KTM 625 SXC. Have purchased numerous parts, accessories, and apparel items since 2003, when I first came to TJ's Cycle. Tom, Brian, Larry, and the rest of the staff at TJ's Cycle have been superb, very special. Purchase process and trade-in process has always been clear and fair. Always well stocked with whatever items I have needed to keep my bikes in top shape and always sold at a fair price. Service technicians have always performed excellent work and the work has always been completed in a timely manner. One should always make an appointment to schedule service and you should honor that appointment with them. Show up on time. Always willing to help with anything I may need and to stop and visit for a while when I come in, which is just about each weekend, my second home. Please stop in and give them a visit.

Thank you for helping me surprise my brother with a brand new Husqvarna Svartpilen! He loves it!! Jordan was amazing and did a great job explaining everything, since I don't really know anything about motorcycles. Staff had a great attitude, were very helpful, and professional I highly recommend coming here!

Jessica was great with the bike purchase. Quick and easy sale. Her two dogs were great too. I purchased a brand new KTM RC390. Great price. Love the bike. I definitely recommend TJ's Cycle. Lots of parts, accessories and helmets to choose from also.

Wow, what a great experience! The staff, all of them, were so helpful. Mark really took his time in explaining the differences across the bikes and letting us test ride to feel the differences. We re total noobs to cycling, but they made us feel comfortable asking questions and with such a better understanding of the cycling world and what we want from our bikes. So grateful for the help and we ll definitely be back.

Great place to purchase a motorcycle! I bought a 17' KTM RC390 more than a year ago. The sales guy Dana, did not steer me wrong in what I wanted out of a motorcycle. Coming from a 1200cc V-Twin sport bike (Buell), I thought the KTM might be ok for a year or so, but this bike is super fun in the back roads and commuting in and out of traffic.I stopped in today to look at helmets and even though the sales people were with other customers, I was still greeted and looked around the store without being pressured by anyone. Great job!The new store looks great! And I plan to come back for some gear in the near future!

Love this place. I work here. The owners make me feel as if I'm family. I have great respect for everyone and management they show me that same respect. You couldn't ask to work for a better place. Working here is a dream come true. Every day we have fun and just enjoy being around the things we love in life. Ask yourself do you love what you do? I love motorcycles. Went in to get a mountain bike for my girlfriend and we had a great experience! They highlighted the differences between the models we were looking at and let her test ride them all. We decided on a model that they had in stock but wasn t assembled yet. They offered to put it together and drop it off at our home later since we were in a hurry. Kind, respectful, knowledgeable. We will definitely be back for more bikes in the future. Thank you!

12 stars for TJ's and Jacob. They helped me get into a 2021 Husqvarna Svartpilen 401, with honest sales style, and great communication. Super importantly, as a female I felt listened to, and taken seriously. They didn't try to oversell me, and made sure I was confident in my purchase. Easy , and pleasant to work with. Thank you!!

Great service! Called in and talked with Brant about needing my rear bearings replaced on my dirtbike. I brought the wheel in and he got right on it working with the parts department and mechanics to get it turned around quickly which allowed me to keep my riding plans for the weekend. Thanks y'all

In my initial email with them, they gave me a price for a bike and said it would be "$x out the door." I thought this was just salesman talk and was the price before TTL and other fees. Nope. I got there, and they charged me that amount, truly out the door. The don't even do a surcharge for credit card payments. That's amazing. Bill was fantastic. Answered all my questions. Gave me and my friend a t-shirt. In and out of there fast and happy. Highly recommend.

A bolt backed out of my shifter at Walnut and these guys got me squared away and back riding in no time. They took the time to put a new, improved bolt in and ensured all the indexing on shifting was still good after install. I walked in, described my issue, and they were on it in seconds.They also have the best gear selection I've seen so far! They were all extremely welcoming and I cannot emphasize how helpful all the dudes were at this shop.

The parts department is a mess here, tread carefully. I go as far as emailing all of my part numbers to these guys and I can t seem to have a smooth transaction. The sales guys are knowledgeable and friendly from my few interactions.

Great customer experience, highly recommend TJs Cycling Center for bicycle sales, service and professional bike fitting!I called TJs to see if they still the stumpjumper in stock that I browsed during my previous visit. The sales staff quoted me a price out the door and was open to negotiate on some extras. By the time I arrived later that afternoon, Austin had the bike prepped and ready to go! An added bonus and great customer service, Austin took his time to help me setup my baseline sag and suspension settings. The bicycle staff even helped me schedule a complimentary followup service for after initial break-in on the bike.TJ s also has an experienced in-house professional bike fitter available to meet with customers one-on-one. This experience made a huge difference in my riding as I gained experience on a road bike. First and foremost, the bike fit allowed me to ride more comfortably and enjoy more time on my bike. Additionally, it helped me better understand the mechanics of how my form can improve via proper bike setup and transfer to overall performance gains.All of the TJs staff is extremely knowledgeable and capable of providing a great customer experience. Visit them for all you bike needs.

I've known of TJ's Cycles for about three years. They have sold me my first motorcycle (KTM 390) and my current motorcycle (KTM 890) while facilitating a trade-in. I'm hard pressed to recall a better customer service experience in my 38 years of life. The sales department has gone above and beyond in every aspect of my dealings with them. The patience, understanding and dedication to ensuring I'd get the most out of my riding is second to none. Truthfully the staff at TJ's cares about your experience on the road and after the sale. This is a customer centric business with a passion for motorcycles. The service department has always provided predictable and affordable estimates and delivers on time. They have taken the time to answer every question I could ask and provided guidance in work I'm doing on my bike. I've already recommended this dealership and service to many people and will continue to do so. Whenever I'm in the market for motorcycles or parts, I will go out of my way to be a TJ's customer. This should be the textbook example for customer service.

These guys are awesome! TJ s specialized offers a nice selection of road, mountain, fitness, e-bikes, and accessories. I have multiple Specialized bikes old and new. Turn around times on my repairs have been quick so I m able to get back on the trail or road in a short amount of time.Dave the owner has outfitted me with modern Specialized bikes through meticulous questioning on my ride habits and goals. It s so refreshing to have an experienced professional consultant provide a real needs assessments to help you find the right bike. Dave s professional guidance has put me into some incredible Specialized bikes that have helped me get the most out of my cycling.The expertise doesn t stop with Dave. His head bike mechanic, Austin, is quite experienced and extremely helpful in thoroughly explaining the mechanics of your bike and repairs involved. Austin is very knowledgeable regarding the Specialized product line and a trusted consultative sales guy. He knows his stuff!TJ s Specialized also has a local, in-house professional bike fitter with years of international racing experience who can assist you in getting the most comfortable, perfect fit for your perfect ride! He uses a mix computerized motion capturing software and years of expertise to help you optimize your riding experience.Great bike shop!!

One of the best motorcycle dealerships I've been too. I have been in the market for a new motorbike and had checked out two other dealers nearby, they would charge much more than MSRP and any ask for negotiation was scoffed at. Well, not at TJ's. I was immediately welcomed by Jacob, who did an excellent job walking me through their Royal Enfield lineup. He was much more willing to work with me on price and we both agreed upon a price that made us both happy. He made the entire buying process smooth from start to finish and I was out of the dealership in less than 2 hours. He even threw in a free t-shirt and snapback! This kind of customer service is what will make me coming back and recommend TJ's to others.Thank you!
