Honestly great service manny was super helpful placed an order for the tires I needed 305/30/19 s which ARE not easy to find on hand prices were in line with my expectations and more importantly they followed through I started my search with discount tires but when they failed to follow up with me manny didn t he contacted me as soon as he had em even ahead of his projections! Being new to Austin looking for auto shops can be dreadful this place handled my needs with the customer service I expected I ll be shopping exclusively here from now on

I got my tires changed yesterday and it was such a good experience. I spoke with Micheal on the phone before I came in and he was super helpful. They changed the tires and did an alignment. the price was very reasonable compared to other tire places I ve gone. This is my new tire shop from now on. Highly recommend 10/10

Quick, attentive, and very helpful!Came in for a slow leak on two rear tires, and they patched it all within an hour for free! I ll be returning here for tire needs or purchases moving forward. Highly recommend

Excellent friendly, helpful, informative staff! I had my tire pressure sensors replaced here and the service was excellent. In and out in no time and the price was pretty competitive. A little higher than Discount Tire but more convenient so I am glad a found them. Will definitely check them out for tires next time too.

Customer Services is awesome. They are very knowledgeable about there products and explanation everything you need to know about your services that you need taken care of. They had my car in and out of there shop in no time at all. I was very happy with the place and will recommend it to everyone.

Came in to check out a tire that happen to have a nail on it and was losing air to the point I had to fill it up every 4 days.Whoever took care of the tire was not careful with the rim and left the edge scrapped up bad.They put the tire back on and left it very dirty, perhaps to hide the rim damage? I am not aware of the standard service quality but this didn't leave a good impression.The worst part is that they forgot to patch it up, they took out the nail, replaced the tire, filled it up, and returned the car to me. From entering to leaving it took about an hour or maybe even more, it was a long wait, but they were doing the job for free, to create rapport and have me trust in their service.The dirt bothered me but I didn't question it at first, they had patched it up for free. Had to leave quickly for work and left thinking the problem was solved.I left them a positive survey as well, the girl up front did her job right, was welcoming and kept me informed the whole way through. They guys out back didn't do their job.The tire lost air quicker after that, by the next day it was low. Took it to a different tire shop to get it patched up, the other shop did their job right.

Always super nice and helpful when I'd just pop in for some air for a tire getting low. Then I picked up 3 nails, they patched my tires very quickly and I didn't even have an appointment.

Highly recommend, I had gotten a flat tire for the first time ever and spoke to Araya over text and she had me come in. In no time, maybe an hour or less, she had decided the wheel size gave me a great price for a replacement and helped me get warranty on all my tires, again for a great price! All the staff seemed friendly and knowledgeable!

Brought the car with a nail in a tire after Firestone had balked at helping me. I was greeted before I even walked into the shop, told it could be a while and asked if the spare was OK if the tire could not be fixed (instead of trying to sell me a tire!). They patched the tire in the time they quoted. And then the kicker, it was free. Thank you!

Really enjoyed speaking with the young lady who was just hired. Can tell she knows what she s talking about and will be getting my business again. The gentleman I worked with for a short while was friendly too. All the techs seemed friendly and efficient. Good prices. Good warranty.

We were in the middle of a freeze in Austin and I drove over a nail. Tires To You was the closest tire shop, so I slowly drove in. They were able to take me right away, and replace my tire within 45 minutes. They provided options for the tires that could work with me and shared pricing so it was clear and transparent before I made a decision. Will definitely be back!

If you love to drive, appreciate expert assistance in a timely manner, &/or like money, Tires to You is the answer. I drove away with Toyo tires (loved them but usually settled for Continentals & Pirellis), new light-weight wheels, & a smile on my face because I felt like I was driving a very fast cloud.Everyone there seemed to be a car specialist, & when the manager told me to check out an employee build in the back of the store-the same make & model as my car- she cemented my initial feeling of having accidentally lucked into a driver s paradise. Both she & the gentleman who worked tirelessly to find my perfect match went above & beyond-& they got it done in less than 48 hours from initial call to walking out the front door. That s not easily done for a 4x100 bolt pattern. Good thing they left me with enough money to send them Tiff s Treats.Thank you so much!

Once I finally found a shop that had my tires and would put them on, I headed straight over there and was greeted quickly and professionally, was presented with all of my options, made a well explained choice and the job was done expediently and without any problems or delays. Felt a little oversold, 145 tire but another 50 for balancing and valve stem replacement. Which I didn t think was needed, but after three I really recommend I just said yes to get out of there. Not sure if there is some delivery fee, but when I called they had a ton of the tires and then when I asked upon arrival they said they didn t have them in stock, but I mentioned they had a ton they magically had them. Generally nice folks, and I ll go back for prices and availability, but probably just put my own tire on next time.

Having a flat tire sucks, especially when this occurs a few days before vacation! I was quoted by the dealership over $1k to replace all 4 of my tires. Extremely overpriced! Unfortunately, I got a flat tire over the weekend from a pot hole and came to tires to you Monday morning to see how they can help! Honestly dreading to see how much this would cost me! My associate was very professional and friendly, thankfully they weren t busy so they were able to begin working on my vehicle right away! To top everything off, to replace all 4 of my tires was under 700! I m pleased with the outcome and will be returning to tires to you for my tire maintenance. Thank you to my associate who helped me

Couldn t ask for better service. I had my car towed here after getting a flat tire in the middle of the night and waiting for hours until a tow could show up. I returned here the next day so they could look at the car, and fortunately my tire could be repaired. There was no upselling or trying to make a larger issue. They just fixed it and gave me the keys, and the most amazing part was it was free since they do free flat repairs, even though it was my first time visiting. I have previously paid for tire patches, so this was a really wonderful end to an unpleasant ordeal. I ll definitely be back in the future.

Juan and Matt were extremely helpful and patched my tires free of charge! I am especially grateful to them because I had been to a mechanic several times over the course of the last few months who was unable to find the source of my slow leak. The lady that took my call and got me set up was very nice and professional.I was originally going to 183/Research location for an alignment but decided to go to this location because it was closer to me at the time. Called ahead to see if there was any openings for an alignment and the lady told me that there was currently no one in line. When I got there, there was no cars getting work done so I figured I would be in and out. I waited in the lobby for 10-15 mins listening to the manager tell his employees how he became manager before his employees all went to the back. It took a total of 2 hours to do the alignment. I asked what was taking so long and the guy went to the back to check and said it would be 15 mins. 20 mins after I asked another guy what the issue is and he then went to the back. 5 mins later he drove around with my car and told me that my tie rod was seized. I just replaced every part with new ones including the tie rods and that was the reason I needed an alignment. Not sure what they were doing in the back but if you value your time, I would not recommend this location.After driving off I noticed that my car drove the EXACT same drifting to one side. I wasn't given any paperwork and was only shown a cell phone picture of some green bars on a screen.Not sure if Tires to You on 71/Ben White is still open but I recommend going to Research location or Ben White location.The lady that took my call at this location (North Lamar) and got me set up was very nice and professional.

BAD EXPERIENCE and it was my first time buying tires in that place. I went to that place because I thought it was goin to better than D .tire (all this happened 02/23/24)BUT it was the worst place.I went and this guy checked my vehicle he checked the tires and all that which it was all fine. He found out that two of the tires it was in bad shape so, I was ok let s look at the price and see from there. He ask me the information of my vehicle just the basic stuff they asked.He show me different prices andHe was like it will cost you $$$, and I was like ..ok sounds good to me, since he offered me the SNAP method to pay. He told me that all the process of the tires it was going to take 45 minutes and that was a LIE. It took more than 2 hours just for two tires and it was only 4 people in front at me. Here comes the Worst part of Tires To you At Lamar Location DONT EVER EVER GO TO THAT PLACE. That guy put in the order wrong tire size.( Instead of 255 he request 265). When my truck was ready he was like all set you only need to pay $35 right now, he told me that I needed to call the number in order to do my payments. I trusted that place, I checked the tires and they looked good at me at first sight, it didn t come to my mind the tire size. I left that place and continued with my errands. I drove for about 8minutes and I stopped to eat something when I noticed that the two New tires were more taller than the ones that I already have rear. At the beginning of all of this they told me that theirs plan it was to put the Two new tires at front and my old ones in the back!My surprise when I started to look at the size it was that they were different size from the ones already have. I called them right away and didn t answer me, so I decided to go back and asked them why they put different size.When I got back to Lamar location and asked that guy he was like oh! I request the size of what your vehicle supposed to have Because the ones that you already have, those are not the right tire size!!!!! And he also mentioned that he request that size because the ones that I already have, needed to order and it will take like 2-3 days .Umm!!! Excuse Me!!!!first of all, HE didn t told me that he didn t have the size I neededSecond he, didn t told me that he was supposed to put different size in my truck.3rd- he just offered me to rotate my new wrong size tires rear side and I ll be ok!I m like what s?? Really??No way!!Now he wanted me to go back Monday (02/26/24) to get rotated.I m really disappointed about tires to you and they need to do something about it.I didn t pay $10 and even if I were it s my money, money that I work so hard every day to get my things right!

Here s my experience with these guys: I bought a couple of tires and did alignment here sometimes in March 2023. I had to come back 3 more times and still they couldn t get the alighment done right. First the car pulls to the left, second time the steering wheel is to the right, Today i went in and waited for 1 hour, come back and the alignment results are half in red. The tech tells me it s good to go..I walk back inside the store and after asking multiple questions - some other guy tells me that their machine can t adjust the camber and they re waiting for someone to fix the machine, I asked for a refund - no chance.. they offered me to go to the Hutto location. I went there and this guy tells me he will do my car next. 1.5 hours later they put another car on the rack and I come up to the guys asking why my car is not on the rack next. This tech comes with an attitude saying it s not their fault that the machine at the other location is broken. I say your boss told me I m next, and Its been 1.5 hours and i see other cars going one after another on the rack, I ve been waiting for a total of three hours today I asked for a refund and when refused I asked for my keys back. The tech literally told me You go.. A bunch of young kids that have little clue about respect, professionalism and customer service. How can you do bad alignment, know that your machine has broken and send customers on the road saying your alignment is done! ?? Go pay an extra $15-$20 and get you an alignment at a proper shop got my child crying today because of arguing with these kids.

Very kind and sweet crew. I really appreciate them patching up my tire and for being all over amazing. I just referred them to a colleague who is having some issues with a tire. I ll definitely go back to them if needed.

Fantastic service. I needed to change two tires on my Tesla. They had the tires I wanted, they price matched, and the staff was very friendly. Car was ready in about an hour. They are in the neighborhood and so easy to walk back home or get a bus home.Definitely my new tire place.
