Used their online quote form late Thursday night and was able to get an appointment on Monday. It was $100 and took 2 hours. The dent is definitely gone, but the scratch is still noticeable even with the touchup paint they applied. If you have a dent, without paint damage come here for sure. But if you have paint damage and want it looking brand new, you'll probably need to go to a body shop and spend $1K+.

Charlie and the Dent Repair Shop are all around awesome!!! I had all over hail damage that was fixed in less than 2 days - for a great price. I also had Charlie help with a smaller dent on my front bumper, thank you! Charlie did a great job on my Toyota tundra, I had some dents on my passenger door, and I wasn t sure if he was going to be able to remove them, he did a great job. I want to say thank you to the owner Charlie. I stopped in not knowing what it takes to get out dents. He removed all the dents I didn't even know about in a timely manner. The price is super reasonable. The time it took was great. His shop is super clean and very organized. I will definitely be coming back with more work for him. Please check him out if your in the area and need dents removed.

Charlie fixed my bumper in 20 minutes, and only charged me $40. It's not as perfect as a new bumper, but absolutely worth the money! Highly recommend.

I showed up to their shop with my kids thinking I was just going to get an estimate but they were able to get my car in and fix the dent. I was given a more than fair price for the repair and treated like a long time customer. I d recommend them to anyone their professionalism and friendliness is pretty rare to find these days in a business. My car looks brand new again I am more than satisfied with their work.

My car was caught in a hail storm and had seven to eight marble sized dents. I was worried about having the dents removed due to my car having aluminum body panels which are more difficult to repair.However, Charlie did an awesome job at an affordable price. I feel better knowing if it I get caught in another hail storm I have a place to go should the vehicle be damaged.

Called Charlie up Monday morning looking for a quote to fix a few small dents on my quarter panel of my aluminum Ford F-150. Was worried about getting an aluminum bodied truck repaired. Charlie took a look at my truck within 10 minutes from calling. Gave me a fair price and I was in and out under an hour. Great experience, would highly recommend.

Epic - Charlie and team did an amazing job with my 20 X5. This vehicle is (or was) completely pristine until Dec 23rd when strong winds sent someone s door into ours and really did a number. Charlie took his time and really focused on getting the best result possible. Making this type of fix happen on aluminum (this metal does not have the kind of dent forgiveness or memory steel does) and on a body line is nearly impossible.The Dent Repair Shop is the real deal - if you need help with this type of repair do not look anywhere else.

I had a hail damaged car which was fixed by The Dent Repair Shop. Charley made it as stress free as possible. Service was great, and the price was very reasonable. Charley is a likeable guy, making it easy to trust him with my new car. If I get hail damage again, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Charlie and Rachel are passionate about their craft, and are passionate service providers. I visited several operations prior to my trip to The Dent Repair Shop. Upon my arrival, Charlie greeted me with confident enthusiasm, gave me a brief tour of the shop (I was impressed with the cleanliness and level of detail), and performed a thorough inspection of the massive hail damage on my car. Rachel promptly provided me with a detailed estimate, and asked if I had any questions or concerns. I knew my search for a repair facility was over. When I dropped off my car Rachel willingly gave me a lift to pick up my rental car. A couple of days later I picked up my car and was amazed by the work Charlie and his team performed. A fantastic place with friendly and very talented staff. As someone who wants to eventually start and run their own business, I hope that I can achieve the same level of service and professionalism that I experienced here. Honesty goes a long way in this industry and I m glad that The Dent Repair Shop was very open and honest about some of the difficulties with repairing my hood given that it was pretty badly bent out of shape. That being said, it wasn t a fight to get them to at least try to see what they could do for me, they were all but chomping at the bit to give it their best shot. The repair on my 2018 BMW M2 was very quick and the results were fantastic, it looks as good as new. You can tell that the shop is ran with a lot of passion and pride in what they do, it is very refreshing to see this in a business that could have easily have turned me down to work on many other more straight forward jobs. I would 100% use them again and would refer this business to any one of my friends.Service: Body & Trim

This is THE PLACE for dent repair. Charlie made quick work of a number of small dents on my black truck that have been bugging me for years. I only wish I would have come sooner. Two years ago, I had a large dent repaired. Other body shops quoted me $2,500 to fix, and he fixed it for $200!!!! Last week, I had my truck broke into, and my door lock was punched out. �I decided to stop in again to see if they may be able to fix it. When I stopped in, it was lunchtime, and I said I could come back another time. He immediately said, "No, I will take a quick look at it." �He stopped eating, had me pull my truck in to take a look. He pulled the dent out and fixed it in a few minutes, and had me on my way even knowing they were booked out until August. I can't say enough about this place. I highly recommend anyone take their car here to get a quote before taking it to a traditional body shop.Service: Body & Trim

Charlie is an honest and amazing guy. There was a dent on my car's front bumper and he quoted a very reasonable price to fix it. I did not wanted an expensive repair and just a quick fix for the dent and he did a great job for a great price. I will totally recommend this place if you want any dents on your vehicle to be fixed without costing you a lot of money.
