RECOMMENDATION AND APPRECIATION FOR TEXAS RELIABLE AUTO GLASSMy car was broken into Sunday night at Lady Bird lake. Unfortunately it had all my credit cards and my license among other important things.This is awful. But what good came out of it?To be honest, getting to work with the folks who fixed my window. I was fortunate enough to find Texas Reliable Auto Glass on Google . I ve rarely had such fast, HONEST, friendly service. They are a family- owned business, which I love. They are super responsive to communication. They are so sweet, but also so knowledgeable. They ve been in the business for decades. They listens to my needs and came to my house and fixed my window.I ll never call another glass service again. I m a fan of Texas reliable auto glass for life!

On my way back from San Antonio a rock hit my windshield and cracked it to where it was irreparable. Got a couple of quotes from other glass companies but I decided to go through Texas Reliable Auto Glass due to their quick response, reasonable quote/warranty and the mobile service to come to me. I was able to schedule the same week and my windshield was fixed within the hour. A couple days later it rained and my windshield was not detecting the rain while the sensor was on. Called Texas Reliable Auto Glass and told them what was going on and came out the next day (Saturday) due to my traveling schedule to Houston and San Antonio that same day. Always nice and very informative while completing the work will recommend to family and friends.

I have used Texas Reliable Auto Glass twice now, and they are truly fantastic! I had my windshield replaced the first time, and they were able to offer me the OEM replacement I asked for at an honest price. The second time I had my car broken into through one of the windows late at night. I called them at 10:00 a.m. the same day and they were able to be there at noon. The window was fixed in 30 minutes like nothing ever happened. I really appreciate their promptness and kindness.

This place really impressed me. The prices were affordable, they were prompt, and very polite. Within two days they were able to come to my work and replace my windshield. It only took 45 minutes, I was blown away. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs a windshield replaced.

I called Reliable and they quickly responded with pricing and a very fast same day timeline. My son had his truck broken in to and needed a fast window replacement. They are a mobile service which was an added bonus as my son is new to the area and is there just for work thank you for your efficient service and response! Im�n was great!

Went on a whim. There was a slight miscommunication about time. It didn't matter these guys went out of there way to come to my job after they went to my house.Awesome job. Definitely did great work.

The process of getting a window fixed was fast, professional, and very well done. The repairman gave me great customer service and had my window fixed in under 30 minutes. Can't recommend this place enough for auto glass repairs!

Reached out for help getting one of my windows fixed after a random break in. I had a quote with another shop, and they were able to price match and get me in the same day. When they came, I was told it would take about an hour, but got a call less then 30 minutes my car was ready. The whole process was smooth and I will definitely use Texas Reliable Auto Glass again if neeeded.

I was lucky to find Texas reliable auto on google, they were awesome. I was informed 30 mins before the techs arrival. Iman communicated very well and was punctual. I appreciate the work and pricing was great.I would contact them again for any future work.

My experience with Texas Reliable Auto Glass for a Porsche Cayenne windscreen repair was an absolute nightmare. Initially drawn in by their supposed expertise and reputable standing in the field, I soon discovered that my decision was a costly mistake.The repair itself was a disaster from start to finish. Not only did they fail to properly fix the windscreen initially, but they also managed to damage all the sensors and misalign the camera in the process. It was clear that their craftsmanship was subpar, and I had to work with the technician multiple times just to try and get it right.To compound the issue, when I raised my concerns with the technician, they were dismissive and unapologetic. Instead of owning up to their mistakes, they first claimed the issues would resolve themselves in a few days, then attempted to shift the blame onto external factors beyond their control, and finally admitted they could never fix it.Now, I'm left with no choice but to seek assistance from another repair shop to rectify the mess created by Texas Reliable Auto Glass. This whole ordeal has been incredibly frustrating, wasting valuable time and money.I strongly caution anyone considering their services to think twice. The lack of professionalism, poor workmanship, and complete disregard for customer satisfaction make Texas Reliable Auto Glass a business to avoid at all costs. Save yourself the headache and seek reputable alternatives elsewhere.

I've hired Texas Reliable Auto Glass twice now and both experiences have been great! They are fast, reliable and affordable.1. My car was broken into at the infamous barton creek belt. It did take a few trips to fix but they were flexible in meeting me at home, work and gym since I had to order a part from dealer outside of the glass they replaced.2. Rock chip front windshield took them 15-20 minutes to patch up.

Iman stopped by today to repair the chip rock on my windshield. He stopped by earlier than the expected and fixed it in a few seconds. Best part was this part of the warranty so I did not pay anything. Highly recommended Iman and Texas reliable auto glass. They stand by their service!!

Easy to set up time. Price was right around what you would expect for a new windshield. Arrived a little before time. Replaced windshield within a hour (which I still can't believe). Left car better than it was, not sure you can ask for more.

I could not be more pleased with the service provided to me today. Mobi was incredibly thorough in what to expect with pricing and was prompt to respond to my texts when needed. Iman contacted me at 1000 and advised me he would arrive at my house by 1020; once he arrived (on time) he completed replacing my windshield AND replacing my registration, txtag and car wash stickers back on the newly installed windshield within less than 30 minutes.Iman was absolutely fantastic, professional and kind. I would not use another company for autoglass maintenance again.
