Top notch shop and service. I was searching of a full bumper replacement and grille guard for my 2023 Tremor. Ended up ordering a Ranch Hand only to learn it would not fit. Josh searched for a day and found the perfect bumper and exactly what I needed. This was not easy and Josh didn't have to go to that level or effort. After install I needed a leveling kit to adjust the rake on the truck and they got it done. Highly recommend THT

I recently had an excellent experience at Texas Hitch and Truck Center. My trailer lights were not functioning correctly, and I had some wiring damage, in addition to needing my axle bearings greased. From the moment I walked in, they were incredibly easy to deal with and exceptionally friendly.What truly impressed me was the dedication and expertise of their technician, Razz. He went above and beyond to diagnose the issue. Not only did he identify the wiring problem, but he also discovered a hidden compartment in my truck with a blown-out fuse that was causing the lighting issues. Razz promptly replaced the fuse and, to top it off, he printed out schematics for my vehicle related to the trailer lighting, ensuring that I had all the information I needed for future reference.The level of service and attention to detail provided by Texas Hitch and Truck Center, especially by Razz, was outstanding. They not only resolved my immediate concerns but also took the time to educate me about my trailer s electrical system. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of trailer or truck-related repairs. They truly went the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Thank you, Texas Hitch and Truck Center!

I brought in my 2017 Tacoma to have them replace some UCA bushings and I really wish I hadn't. I was initially pretty pumped to get the truck back same day at a very reasonable price until I heard a random noise from the front end 2 days later while driving home. When I got home, after checking out the front suspension setup, it became glaringly obvious that the tech didn't even re-install everything the way I dropped it off as. Neither of the reservoirs were properly secured the way they were when it was dropped off, and they even had the audacity to zip tie the brake line back to the UCA instead of properly securing it (photo seen below, zip tie and all). So I literally dropped a few hundred bucks just for them to give my truck back to me in a worse condition that it was. Needless to say, I'll be bringing it back to the original shop that initially handled my suspension install. That 1 star goes to Josh though, who at least offered to make it right. Unfortunately, I don't even trust them to do that at this point. Lesson learned.

Texas Hitch did a great job installing an eco hitch on my Tesla Model 3!They did it in under 45 minutes and were extremely professional. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

Had a great experience with the whole staff, friendly and they certainly had lots of knowledge. Hector and Joshua were extremely helpful.My Dog said he wanted his Chariot higher with taller tires and blacked out wheels... I didnt argue with him. I sent his 2012 Nissan Xterra in for a lift with new tires and wheels.... Before and After

Incredible Shop! 6 Stars!This has been the best shop that I have interacted with for anything in Austin. Customer service and quality of work is unparalleled.I had them put on a tow-plate, an exhaust and returned to them have them fix a terrible problem that an unnamed dealership screwed up on my brand new truck.All the guys are friendly and knowledgeable. Efficient. Timely. Great price. Responsive.If you want great service, customer service and results...head to Texas Hitch!

When my usual mechanic bailed on me, I called Texas Hitch & Truck to get quoted on lifting my 4x4 truck. Having never lifted a truck before and not wanting anything too crazy, I contacted Texas Hitch through their website via email. Nick, who I later found out was the owner, understood perfectly what I was after and gave me several options all with incredibly fair prices. About a week later, I dropped my truck off in the morning at the start of the work day, and the South Austin shop had it ready long before I was even finished. These guys are where you want to go. Everyone seems to be on top of their game from the owner to the dudes in the shop. Thanks y'all.

I was stranded with a rotor on my tandem axle trailer that had torn itself apart. I called Texas hitch for help and they came out and helped me get the wheel off so I could get to a local dealer. They did not charge me either. They just wanted to help me out and make sure I was safe and ok. It is a trailer they don't work on so they helped me out even though I did not give them my business.

Man what can I say!! These guys are amazing! They did my 6 inch lift on my Toyota Tundra in a day and it looks AMAZING. Dan is super knowledgeable and helpful. I % recommend them. You will be pleased Thank you THT will be back soon to do my electric running boards

My 2nd part of review on solving Hopkins wring issue:My jeep's Hopkins tow wiring has been acting weird lately. Left turn signal doesn't work. I've asked Jeep dealer to check and see if there is anything wrong with the wiring or diodes during routing oil changes service. They couldn't figure out anything. So, I took it to the THT. I was greeted by Mr. Hector Rivera. He checked Jeep wiring and determined there was no problem. So, I drove my coach to the store (picture attached). Quickly, he noticed that one of the fuses got loose. Problems solved!! What a smart man and great team at THT. RVers, go to THT if you have any problems with your TOAD. They can solve your RV problems too.My review 4 month ago on solving Air Force One braking system:I have my Jeep Wrangler Air Force 1 braking system repaired at the Texas Hitch and Truck Center South. Josh has helped me to figure out what went wrong with the brake system. He also phoned Demco to go over with factory engineer to make sure no mistakes in repairs. I appreciate a lot about their dedications to the customers and quality of their services! Thank you guys!

AAA++++ I have had this shop order and install running boards, grille guard, Magaflow exhaust, and recently a 2.25" leveling kit on my Chevy Silverado 1500, 2018 4x4, 5.3 V8. 3 Different trips to this shop. EVERY transaction has been excellent!!! They are honest, fast and legit. I will never go to another shop.

I had an Ultra-Tow truck bed lift I needed installed. I was having problems finding anyone to do it or it would take weeks to get in. TX Hitch and Truck Center got the job done very fast and did a great job! Raz is the go to guy for the custom metal plates and bars need to make your installation successful. The folks at the shop are real nice too, as is Luna, the German Shepherd.

Horrible installation of a gooseneck hitch!. Poor service and owner refuses to make it right or issue a refund. Makes me question the positive reviews. Uneven and oblong drill holes, no reaming or deburring of holes, uneven and incorrect placement of safety chain loops. They damaged the bed of a $50k truck.

I bought a new F-150 that was in need of a brush guard. I contacted Texas hitch via the Ranch Hand website. They immediately responded with a recommendation on the best guard, a price including install and tax, and a install day and time. Texas hitch & Tuck prices are 10-20% better than all competitors in the Austin area. This team is friendly, communicates great, and are the fastest install team I've ever seen. They have a great show room and waiting area with wifi. Kudo's to the Texas Hitch & Truck team! You've earned my repeat business. Steve

I went in and needed a brake controller. The team was great at explaining my options and educating me on them. When I brought it in they were quick to get a great install and set it up well. Unfortunately it was the wrong one which was more basic. They immediately put the right one on for no additional cost despite me offering to pay the difference. These are good folks and I definitely will be back and they have earned my trust.

Consider me THT s biggest fan!!! Had a hauling mishap over the weekend that led to the cover on our truck<>trailer connector piece snapping off. On Monday I was scrambling to find a place that could fix it before we have to haul again on Wednesday and THT had the part in stock and could do the repair same day. As if that wasn t enough, they did the repair for free (new part and all) and fixed our bumper that was coming apart while they were at it since this is a barn truck that is always in need of some kind of TLC. I ll be sure to be back anytime we need some kind of truck (or trailer if they do them) repair!

Had them add step bars to my Ram. They showed me different options to fit my body style and offered advice but didn't pressure me to buy anything more expensive. Picked the ones I wanted, they got them in stock the next day. Installation was reasonably priced and fast!

Great service when they installed the gooseneck hitch in my Ford truck. It was competitively priced, the work was done well and quickly. Really friendly service. Highly recommend. I ll probably go back for the bed cover as well. They provided some really good information to help me make a decision on that also. I ve been doing a lot of online research and everything they told me is true. I Totally trust these guys.
