Worst experience I have ever had at a body shop. Car was broken into 2 months after I bought it, this was in August 2023 (Dodge Durango Hellcat). Called them immediately and set up and appointment with them and my insurance. They ordered parts, but in the middle of September 2023, we had a bad hail storm, so they told me I would have to wait because they were busy with hail customers. I said why would I have to wait when I was there before the hail storm even hit. They slipped up and said it was because they make more from PDR (paint-less dent removal), so I went to the back of the line.They let me take it in in early October to "fix" everything. Then found out they didn't have all the parts, because they were NEVER ordered.While my car was there, they had a new person try their hand a buffing, their first time, on my brand new $110k car (2023 Dodge Durango Hellcat). See pics, there was no damage to the back quarter panel, but somehow there were now swirl marks all over the back.Told them about that and took it back a month later. only for them not the have all the parts, still.It is now Thanksgiving, and I call the week after, so end of November, and find out that they haven't even ordered all the parts for my car yet. Remember, this started in August, now we are in December. They said they STILL hadn't ordered any parts for my car. Finally, middle of December, they say they are ready with all parts.Took it to them, for another week, this is a total of 6 weeks at their shop, and then they said they were done. Took pictures of the NEW swirl marks on the door now!Took it back to them in January, said they "took care of all the swirl marks). I take it back and show them and they said, "I cant see anything", go ahead and take a look in the pics and tell me if you can see anything. And I am NOT a body shop or paint expert.Took it back for the 6th time to fix it and some other things like the scuff marks they made on my door that they said, "were already there.". Well, it was a brand new car, so no, they were not already there. Also to fix a scratch in the leather that was never there to begin with.Took it back a final time in February to show them the scratch that was STILL there from the original break in and they said they would take care of it.It is now the middle of April, 2 months later, and nothing from them.I still have the swirl marks on the door and it looks worse than when it got broken into.Go ahead, call them and ask them about the Durango Hellcat. They ALL know about it and the comedy of errors they pulled on me.So, here we are, 8 months later, after the original appointment, and my car is STILL not fixed.Go there if you dare...........but it's in your best interest to find somewhere else to take any car to get fixed.See photos and some dates. The ones without dates are what it looks like today.So, 8 different weeks at the shop total and still not complete.

Razz Posadas and his crew completed the job with meticulous attention to detail. The interior didn't require any work, but they detailed it and it smelt amazing! There was an issue with the tire alignment, but they accepted responsibility, picked up the car from my residence, fixed it, and then delivered it back. I am impressed with this body shop and I highly recommend it!Service: Tires

When my Lexus was severely rear-ended, my son recommended that I have my car towed to Terex. From my first interaction with Jackie, the receptionist, I felt I was in good hands. She was professional, polite and efficient. She immediately arranged for my car to be towed on a day and time convenient to me. I had to deal with an underinsured driver responsible for the accident and a total loss declared by my own insurance. During the whole process Razz, the manager, took the time to explain everything to me, answered all my question and even advised me on how to proceed. Jackie took many calls from me and was always helpful and understanding. When I went to remove my personal belongings from the car Razz made sure I left nothing behind and even took the time to give me valuable advise on buying a new car. Although they did not get to repair my car, I now know where I'll go next time I need the services of an auto body shop. I congratulate the owner of this business for the excellent team he chose to run it. Thank you Razz, thank you, Jackie.

These folks got caught in the middle of me and my sketchy insurance company and nonetheless made everything right with my beloved Mazda. The work and skill, once the proper parts were installed, was top notch. Communication was not great, but everyone involved had a professional, polite demeanor. I absolutely would use Terex again. Whether my new insurance company has a relationship with them or not.

Razz and his crew helped me a ton after a hit and run made my van undrivable. As a wheelchair user and in the middle of a big move, this was devastating and incredibly stressful, but Terex made it far better than it could have been. The supply chain issues made it impossible to get some of the replacement parts, but they were up front about it, they kept me notified and kept my van safe from February to May. When that final shipment arrived they called me and got to work right away. Soon I had my van back in one piece, clean inside and out, and running beautifully. They were friendly the whole time, and worked well with my auto insurance. That was two weeks ago and everything is still working great! Thank you, Raz!

BEST IN AUSTIN AND SURROUNDING AREA!!Best auto body shop I've dealt with possibly ever. Razz (the Manager) was awesome. He made my experience stress free and treated me with total respect and honesty. He and his team are nothing short of amazing. They did an awesome job on my Nissan Altima and could not recommend it more. Very trustworthy individuals which is important in the automotive industry and especially to a single women who most take advantage of. However, I knew the day that I walked into his establishment I was only getting the best of service.Happy Customer Service: Body & Trim

I dunno what the other lady is talking about. I went in with my broken cady with the insurance saying that the accident was 50/50 and they were only going to pay half of the total repairs.Jimmy helped me out a lot. The damage ended up being estimated at $4500. I found some used parts and paid $611 for the parts and $1600 for them to put the parts on for me.The insurance ended up deciding that they were wrong and that they were going to be accepting 100% liability. So I got the check and paid around $2200 for the repairs.Look at their work for yourself.

I had wonderful service from Terex Autobody. I would highly recommend using them to have any collision damage fixed! Razz was very thorough with the information and care given to my vehicle. This was my first experience of hitting a truck and needling my vehicle repaired and my car looks amazing!! The customer service is excellent. I never had to call the shop to check on the status of the repairs as Ray always kept me informed. Ray also set the correct expectations of when the repairs would be completed. The people who work here were always nice and friendly. The shop also worked with my schedule as well. I will definitely be making this shop my go to for any future repairs as this was my first experience dealing with my vehicle being repaired and all my expectations were met.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The employees are so nice and polite. However the person that worked on my car provided terrible results.It has been a year and I'm still having parts put on and things adjusted, thanks to that person who is no longer there.The Kemper Insurance company I filed my claim with is horrible. I haven't been reimbursed for the rental $1,200 and they failed to include all the areas that are damaged.Very Frustrated

From the time I walked in I was greeted professionally and with exta care. I was assured the work would be done in a timely manner and it was. I give Terex two thumbs up for work well done. Just picked up our 2018 Honda Odyssey for a new bumper cover. The work looks great and we are happy with the results.Mike was professional on the phone and in person and even ordered the part for us before we dropped off the car so we wouldn t be stuck in a rental for too long. He quoted us a 3 day turnaround time if no other issues and he had the work done in 2. They even washed my car for me, which was a really nice bonus.I definitely recommend them based on their professionalism, their ability to complete work on time, and quality of work.

Every reservation or worry I had about taking my car to a shop that my troublesome insurance company suggested was immediately absolved thanks to Razz and his team. Razz should be the prime example for any manager- he was very patient, kind, fair, and willing to go the distance to ensure the best customer service and work done.It was a bit slow initially to hear back on my estimate/when I could take my car in. However, I understand that a lot of body shops right now are backed up due to recent hail damage and people using their cars more often than during the pandemic. Everything after that was communicated to me in great detail and any setbacks that occurred were out of their control/not their fault.I mentioned troublesome insurance- that is an understatement. I had been pretty scarred from my experience with them already and was almost at my wits end before coming to the shop. What really impressed me the most, besides their outstanding quality of work, was Razz's willingness to help me deal with them and his understanding/empathy towards the situation when they still hadn't paid. I also had a separate issue with my car that they were not paid to take care of- but he still took the time to try and figure out what was wrong. I also had a very pleasant experience with Michael- their detailer. He was quite conversational and kind when giving me a ride to the rental car shop a ways away- and even took the time out of his busy day to wait, making sure everything was in good order before the drive back to the shop. I'm talking at least 10-15 minutes of waiting.It's obvious Terex has a great team going on that is passionate about their work and how they treat customers. I will be taking my car to them from now onwards and will advise my friends to do the same. I trust them!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

It seems every time you turn around, somebody is trying to mess you over. These guys however are awesome. I was quoted a price to repair my mirror. Not only did they come in under the quote, but they gave me money back. They even washed my truck for me after doing the repair. Very professional, courteous, ...etc.. If only everybody I deal with could be like this. I wish they did a lot more than just Auto Body & Paint.... :-)On 9/20/2018, just had them replace the front grill camera in my SUV. The dealer quoted me 6 hours at $110/hr. They did it in 1.5 hours. They saved me over $600!! Mike was super helpful. Thanks so much.

Our local Honda dealer uses Terex to perform factory warranty issues. Our blue 2014 Accord Hybrid was peeling around the rear glass and they repainted the entire roof. We also had Terex repair a few minor dings on the fender while it was in the shop. The results were excellent. Mike was very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. He provided several options and helped me decide what work should be done.

We met with Andy who gave us a detailed explanation of repair plans for our Toyota. The staff did an INCREDIBLE JOB restoring the front end. It might as well be a new vehicle after the work they did. Excellent staff, quality repairs, and the best communication. They even called us with daily updates and had our vehicle ready ahead of schedule. This place is *awesome*.

Razz was very kind, and treated me with fairness. I wrecked the front side of my car and my windshield wiper fluid container. They had it fixed in two days. My car looks great now. They're fast and efficient.

Extremely satisfied! Excellent customer service. Would highly recommend Terex Auto Body & Paint. I was pressed for time on making a repair to my car and after many phone calls to check on pricing for a small repair was finally granted a reasonable price and warm welcome. Issac is the Go TO guy to get the ball rolling. Issac and staff were very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be returning for future needs. Absolutely amazing team and service with a smile

I just picked up my car from Terex, one day early! It looks beautiful. I needed my bumper removed and painted. Frank was very friendly and professional. The job was completed sooner than expected. Which was great as I was renting a vehicle. Thank you, Frank!

Great customer service. Communicated with me when my insurance was not doing its part in a timely manner. And they got the work done fast and well. Also very accommodating for me to drop off and pick up my car.

I really enjoyed their staff, they were all very nice, personable and helpful. They arranged everything with my insurance on the spot, arranged for a rental, and kept me updated regularly. The work done on my car was very nice and done in a timely manner. :) Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Pay attention to the good reviews! When I tell you Mike is amazing, I mean it! My car looks like nothing ever happened to it. I didn t expect the inside of my car to be cleaned either!! He was able to stay within my budget also! So professional and communicative!!!! I couldn t ask for anything more. Thanks Mike

The staff is friendly, efficient and works with you from the drop off to the pick up. Isaac dealt with the insurance company (the other driver's company). His patience and professionalism were outstanding. My car was waiting for me looking good as the day I bought it! They did an awesome job! Thank you Isaac, Alex and Jasmine!!

I was initially a little hesitant since this was a recommended body shop of the insurance company who hit me. But the communication and repair were done well. Highly recommend this body shop if you ever need to go. Frank I believe the guys name is and he was extremely helpful in addressing my car issue. He fixed my cars front bumper which was scraped for a very reasonable rate and in time(quicker than I expected). Please give him a try you wont regret.
