I trust Trent and Tech One Automotive. They are always focused on addressing my concern and in some cases my concerns don't need to be addressed at the moment. They are honest. They have fair prices. They are reasonable. They are not outrageous prices. They don't just come up with things to do just to make a buck. Now I take my car and my spouse car to Tech One. If anyone ask me about car repair, I say "Go to Tech One" I always call Trent and he gets me taken care of and he's very professional. The whole staff is respectful and professional. When I go to Tech One Automotive I feel comfortable and confident when making decisions about my vehicle. Thanks Tech One Automotive for being a great business that care about people.

Had a very pleasant experience at this place. Andrew was very helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. He literally saved me from spending thousands of dollars when I was thinking to buy a car that has bad transmission and when another shop offered unnecessary repairs. All in all, if you re looking for great mechanics and superior customer service, look no further.

I had work done previously at another garage that didn't fix my car correctly. I was told about Tech One by a AAA driver. Trent and the staff did a complete diagnostic for me. Trent and the team were fast and efficient with the care of my car. Great garage to take care of you and your vehicles needs

Probably the best auto repair shop I've ever had work on any car, I now take all three of my family's cars to them and no one else. They have totally fair pricing and do a great job of forecasting. I trust them and you can too..

I ve been having my car serviced here for a few years and always have great results. I specially chose them because several reviews by women mentioned fair pricing and not feeling taken advantage of. I ve had a similar experience. Any time I m given a quote I show the car guy in my life and he always agrees the prices are fair. They also have a complimentary pick up/drop off service so I don t have to pay for an Uber when I leave my car/pick it up. I would definitely recommend Tech One.

I must first preface this review by stating that I am new to Austin and needed to find a new trusted mechanic, and I must admit that I found Tech One Automotive because of their proximity to my location, however, I chose to call them solely based on the previous google reviews, which wound up being spot on! To begin, every time I called their location, someone promptly picked up the phone and I never had to run through the gambit of a typical automated machine with a terrible accent advising me to please pay close attention to the menu options because they have recently changed (no they have not, this has been there for years and is completely useless while doing nothing but increasing customer frustrations).I was lucky enough to have Rob answer the phone, who happened to be my point of contact throughout my experience, was more than helpful and truly cared about getting my truck repaired so I can pass the Texas inspection process. I could not for the life of me, get my check engine light to turn off; listening to the inspection report and replacing the gas cap, battery, turn signals, etc. Rob had me come down in a few hours from the phone call and was fully transparent about what tests they would need to facilitate, the costs involved, and the amount of time they needed the truck. Considering it would be an overnight issue, they offered me a ride home to not inconvenience me further with any type of ride share service, which I truly appreciated.Long story short, I dropped my truck off Friday afternoon and received the truck back on Monday around noon (which was the expected turn-around time). There were numerous hoses that needed to be replaced due to leakages and the check engine light was turned off, which was all that was needed to be done in order for the inspection to be passed, which was also conveniently handled by Tech One Automotive staff. The ultimate price was exactly what was advised to me upfront, and subsequent to my services, I received not one but two separate phone calls from customer service personnel checking in on my experience and to verify that my truck was running better than it was before I brought it in.In a day where people can be skeptical of mechanics, I can vouch that my overall experience with the staff at Tech One Automotive was well above par, and they have found themselves a new customer in the area. The conversations with this team of military patriots made me feel at home and comfortable with my choice to use them for my mechanical services. To the military and first responders reading this post, coming from one of your own, you won t be disappointed in trusting this team!!

It's a rarity to find this level of customer service and honesty in the auto repair world. Andrew was incredible, as was the whole staff. Completely transparent, straightforward, and honest, fair prices and the work was done quickly and done well. I have already told several people about this place and I know where to take my car from now on.

I'd highly recommend Tech One. They have provided great service for my aging SUV over the years and has made it easy for me to work around my work schedule with their shuttle service. Incredible experience! Asked for a second opinion on dealer recommended services and got an honest and detailed breakdown on what all needed to be done. I never felt taken advantage of and their pricing was more than fair. I will be going here for all future services!

This place exceeded my expectations. I came here because it was the closest auto shop before my car blew up, and I found a hidden gem customer service is great the guys in there will shoot you straight. They were able to get you fixed up all the issues and car was back on the road. In less than four days, especially impressed with Rob and also Alex he drove me back to my house, and also pick me and drove safe

Highly recommend Tech One automotive! I came in needing front suspension work. Unfortunately the water pump chose to give out while there. Rob was very transparent and professional. He got me into a loaner car so I could make it to work and back. It was a very expensive fix that would of been alot more. They were very understanding and gave me a nice discount. I will definitely be back and will send business there way. Thanks again Tech One

We ve been coming to Tech One for several years, and we ve always been very happy with their service. As an older, white-haired woman, I ve never felt like the people at Tech One have taken advantage of me. It took a long time to find an auto repair shop that I trust.

I recently took my vehicle in to Tech One for what I had been assuming was a mechanical problem. It was easy to make the appointment! They listened to me explain the problem and agreed to evaluate. The problem with leakage wasn't a mechnical problem but related to the sun roof. They informed me that they couldn't fix it but gave me excellent referrals. And they didn't charge me for the eval. Most places would charge at least for the hourly service. While they didn't perform any maintenance and repair work for me, I will gladly return to them in the future. Excellent customer service!!!

Tech One has incredible customer service, is fast and reliable, and very thorough in their help. Every time I've had an emergency with my car they've been quick to diagnose and fix any problem. I highly recommend them.

Life ain t always easy, especially when it comes to costly vehicle repairs. Tech One does it all: regular maintenance to major repairs. They may not be the cheapest mechanic you will find, but they are the best at what they do. I delivered parts to Tech One 16 yrs ago as a courier and now they are my go-to mechanics. I have had everything from oil changes to brakes to catalytic converters replaced at their shop and they always do a great job and warranty their work for a long time. If you want the job done right, go see Tech One.

Update: Spoke with a manager a few days ago who offered to refund my diagnostic fee. There is a large training opportunity for back of house to front of house communication. If the job is simple and customer service is preferred - these guys should do great. Gave an additional star for being made whole again.---------------------Shared this privately with them and received no response, so now leaving as a warning to others.First, the customer service was top notch - they are polite, friendly, and courteous - including doing courtesy shuttles/Lyfts to nearby destinations.However, I brought my vehicle in for a diagnostic and explained the trouble I was having. The service advisor seemed to get it, but by the time I was told to pick up my vehicle, it was not evident that they understood the problem at all. After further questioning, it was clear that the service advisor didn't know what the mechanic did, and said the mechanic did things that were technically impossible. At the end of the day, it cost me $200 and three days for a diagnostic, and a guess at what might be wrong, with it not being evident real work was done other than just pulling a code (which takes less than two minutes).Will not return, and will not recommend. Short version, don't let the great customer service convince you that there are competent mechanics doing the work, that part is still unclear.

Scheduled an oil change here. From start to finish, hands down the most kind and professional auto shop I ve ever been to (& not in a creepy kind way!) I was running late & they still treated me super friendly & honored an offer even after I forgot to bring the offer mailing card. The waiting area is cute, modern, and comfortable, it s stocked w a Keurig, coffee cups and bottles of creamer, as well as accessible hot & cold water. (I don t drink coffee, but the gesture was most appreciated!) They offer free WiFi, and the network name/password are posted visibly.The oil change was completed in very timely manner! I've waited up to 2+ hours for a scheduled oil change multiple times, not to mention parts of my car not being secured back on properly at other auto shops.After the oil change, they went over some other things my car would need coming up in the order of priority w quotes for each service and sent me on my way.All the employees in the shop were extremely friendly to me and the other customers there. Overall, I m beyond impressed w the exceptional service of this business! Pleasantly surprised as you don t come across it as often lately, sadly.I would highly recommend coming here if you re in auto need and personally will be returning for the upcoming auto work quoted, in addition to future oil changes, deal or no deal! Thank you, thank you so much to the Tech One Automotive team for your superb work & genuine hospitality!

My family has been bringing our cars here for many years, and they have always been honest and reliable. They always explain in detail what our options are for a repair, and they have never tried to upsell us on unnecessary services. If you're looking for a trustworthy mechanic, these guys are it!

This place is awesome! I had a small transmission leak but had a day of driving before I would be able to take my truck into my home mechanic. I needed someone close by to diagnose the issue and at the very least add some fluid to my transmission. I needed to be seen same day so I could be on my way with piece of mind and a full transmission. First I went to aamco but they could only facilitate a drop off. Then right down the road I was Tech One. They said right away that they could look at my truck with a small wait. The waiting room is Amazing!! Complete with keurig coffee, candy bowl and even an assortment of chips. They checked me out, filled me up and had me on my way in less than 2 hours. The quote for the repair was very reasonable. They didn't charge me for the diagnosis. They really saved the day! Thank you Tech One!Service: Transmission

I do not write reviews at all, but this company deserves one from the exprience I went through.Two years ago I was invloved in a minor accident where the passenger side of my Camry needed repairs. Service King was the body shop I selected as it was close to my house and under my insurance. This was mistake, as their service was anything but royality.Three months later, I get my car back and had major noise issues. I took it back and they "repaired" the problems.This was my second of three trips I had to make for them. The third time, I still had issues and took it back and they sent it to a Toyota dealership to resolve the issue. The noise was still there. At first, I thought my car simply needed new tires because the old ones were getting worn and the thread mismatch on all four of the wheel. Got new tires and still had major noise issues.So I finally decided to take it to another repair shop and just pay out of pocket. Tech One was on the top of the list of my search on Google as far as consistency of service and overall customer service reviews.I told them nothing of the wreck, but did inform them of the noise.I get a call a few hours later that day and Robert informed me that my car was in a wreck at one point and was poorly serviced. He informed me that the two front wheel bearings needed replaced with some filter replacements and said this would fix the issue. They repaired my car as needed and when I picked it up, they informed me the noise is still there and it had to be the type of tires I had (they were apparently loud snow tires).They recommended some tires for me that are much quieter and told me Discount Tire would switch them out if it was still within the 30 days of my purchase. I was a bit annoyed with the situation, but I humored them and got my tires switched out with Michlin Defender tires. The noise did improve, but there was still a deep humming noise at high speeds.I took it back and Tech One told me they would take care of it.Got a phone call a few hours later that day and the Techincians narrowed the problem down to the passenger rear wheel. The wheel was wedged into the wheel bearing during my crash and their initial test didn't catch it. They ended up replacing the wheel with a discount and now my car is smooth and quiet once again.Although the exprience was annoying, I do not blame Tech One. My Camry was sent to Service King three seperate times and a Toyota dealship, with Toyota overlooking the repairs that the car needed.Tech One went above and beyond than any shop I went to because of their investigative service. You do not see a lot shops do this anymore because they're more worried about churrning out as many customers as possible, all while neglecting the overal repairs of the car.If you need your car look at for any issue, I'm confident Tech One will repair the issue.
