Horrible!The Staff didn't put my Skid Plate undercarriage back on correctly. It fell half off on Mopac. SCARY. Got towed to Take 5. Took a month to get parts. They repaired it w ZIP TIES!IT FELL OFF again the next day. Towed back again!for them to remove it again and order parts! It's been another month so far. No call to tell me they didn't order parts. all for my oil change and inspection. NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!! PARMER& MOPAC

Very fast & friendly service!! They offer you a bottle of water when you drive up! They get right on your vehicle & the manager made sure I was satisfied! I am referring everyone I know! I will be back!! Thank you Take 5 for making my experience pleasant!

Just got an oil change here and suffered the typical fate of someone who doesn t know enough about cars: paid for a service I didn t need. They checked my coolant and showed me the meter and then explained that the more discs that float, the worse the quality of the coolant and I had 4 and a half discs floating. Thought it was weird since I bought my car brand new and it isn t even a year and a half old yet with less than 15k miles, but they said since the weather is getting warmer it would be good to flush the coolant for $140 of course. I should ve trusted my gut and said no, but everyone had been nice enough that I didn t think they d lead me astray. After some research, I ve learned that it s actually the more discs floating, the better! Maybe their meter is somehow meant to be read the opposite of every other meter out there, or maybe the guy who explained it to me was just unqualified to be doing so, but regardless it s better to be safe than sorry, so I won t be going here again in the future!

0 points if I could.I've been a loyal customer of this location until yesterday.They ripped me off, took me 50$ for a cabin filter that you can get at 7.58$, 13$, 15$, 17$. I realized only when I got home. I went back there today, asked to talk with the manager. They didn't let me, guy said "I'm the assistant manager". When I asked him about it he literally said, yeah, it's overpriced, shrugged, and dismissively just said "you're welcome to go anywhere else" and walked away on me. Great experience.I implore everyone: DON'T GO THERE.

My experience at Take 5 was great! The manager, LJ was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain the difference in the oil I had been using in my car and the importance of making a change. I would recommend Take 5 to anyone and will be returning.

This was my first time at Take 5. I went to my regular oil change place ant it was going to take them hours before they could work on it.I was in and out of Take 5 in about 10-15 minutes. The person who helped did a great job.

First time going to one of these, and it was great! Service was as quick as it could've been and the techs were friendly and knowledgeable. They went over everything my tacoma needed to with me, and got my truck running better than ever.

Had used this place a few times over the last few years without any issues. My first few visits were without incident. However, the last three times have been horrendous.1. Upon a visit to get my oil changed last October they failed to put my skid plate on properly and it fell off while driving down Parmer. Absolutely freaked me out and was a terrible experience. I called in and the guy said there was no way they did the work incorrectly, even though I had only just come from there.2. In December I thought, okay people make mistakes I ve been using this place I m gonna give them another go. I sit and wait in line one afternoon for an hour and half. I finally get into the bay, they start taking my filter off, take the skid plate off, only for some young kid to come up to the car and tell me oh man we don t have your oil here . What? I get places run out of product but you couldn t figure this out while I waited in line? You couldn t tell me this before already starting to do the oil change? I say whatever and just go to another place.3. This week I decide once again to give this place a go, because again mistakes happen and places run out of product. This time however, I m waiting in line for my oil change after I had talked to someone. After about 20 minutes of waiting an employee comes up to my car to let me know that they don t work in my type of car anymore because it requires specialized tools . Mind you specialized tools means they need an extension and or a slightly different wrench. I m no car expert but I m made to believe a place that specializes in oil changes can t do an oil changes because of a simple tool. The employee then proceeds to tell me that NO oil change place is going to be able to do my oil change and that I d have to go to a Fiat dealership. I drove half a mile down the road to a jiffy lube and the teenage technicians laughed and told me they get nothing but complaints about how lazy this Take 5 is and how they keep refusing to do peoples cars because they are too complicated . Needles to say, I won t ever be back, and hopefully you don t go here either!

The wait time is outrageous and it seems to be due to the lack of urgency of the employees. They need new management, or better employees. I waited about an hour in the same spot with only one car in front of me and then said F this! However, reading the previous reviews about their service, it may have been a blessing in disguise that I left before they got to my car.

Every experience I ve had at Take5 has been excellent! The staff is professional, knowledgeable and work like a well oiled machine (sry for the pun). It s always so quick, easy and affordable. 10/10 times will come to Take5 over the dealership, thanks for making my life easier!

I have been to this location twice for an oil change, and I've decided not to come back. The quality of the work itself is fine, and the staff is friendly. The problem is the whole sell is that service is fast and you wait in your car while it happens, and I have spent about 1 to 2 hours sitting in my car for both my visits trying to get work done. And the place is set up specifically where that is your only option - you can't just drop off your car or leave to do something else while it's in queue.I used a different location a couple years back, and it was a much better experience. I came back here a second time because I was hoping the first visit was just a fluke or a bad day, but I think this is just a pattern now. It feels like this place is consistently understaffed, and I suspect this is a management issue. Today, I saw maybe 3 or 4 technicians working on three lanes of cars.

Fantastic service. The young lady that helped me was kind, courteous, professional and did an amazing job. I was in and out quickly, she got me a new air filter at a good price and all in all I would highly recommend this location to anyone!!

I had the worst experience here. I went for a oil change and the next day my car was smoking and overheating. I went back to tell them what was going on and they took no responsibility for what was happening. I took my car to Firestone and they noticed the cap wasn't put back on where the coolant goes. I then went back to Take 5 to ask if they had my cap. The Manager there then said I came in like that with no cap and again didn't take responsibility and acted like he didn't even care. I spent the whole day trying to buy a new cap from somewhere and had no luck. Later to find out the cap was under my hood the whole time. They took the cap off and it was hanging from the hose. Luckily my engine didn't mess up because all the coolant had spilled out.

Friendly & efficient. Oil changes are soooo expensive these days. I used a $7 coupon for the premium (stnd not rec d) & it was over $80. I did have to remind the guy to reset my electronic oil change reminder . Would recm d for a quick in/out.

Let me start with, I waited over 2 hours for an oil change.However, the team was extremely professional, and friendly. Just extremely understaffed. Management/ownership - this place could use a bunch more hands on deck.

I went to the 1825 location first to have my oil changed since I have been using this company for a long time the guy that serviced me was very lazy didn't want to changed my air filter saying there was a bar over it and kept coming up with excuses I left took it to Parmer location were Malcolm did not hesitate at all to change the air filter check my washer fluid and tires he went above and beyond and it only took him under 10mins, and I truly thank him for that I will definitely use this location for now on..... and I only gave them a 5 star because of Malcolm 1825 is def a 1

My appointment was scheduled at 10 AM and I was out of there by 10:40 AM. They are short staffed and so are other companies so I gave them some grace on the timeframe and I felt confident in the work completed on my car . I thank you for being professional

Honestly very dissatisfied with the customer service at this location. Their staff is not even properly trained to use their computer system to ring you out. An oil change with only 1 car in front of me and 4 people from their staff there took an hour to get done. I left there with an uneasy feeling that they even tightened my stuff correctly. Didn t check my tire pressure, didn t top off my fluids. OWNER stop responding you are sorry and to contact customer service. Do something about this location!! I have been going here for three years and it s never been this bad. Hire COMPETENT people to do the work.

Spent almost $200 for the worst oil change I ve ever had and they should be called takes a couple hours not take 5!Where to start. Went in to take 5 due to perception of speed. After 35 mins stuck in the garage line I informed them I had to be at the airport and that I might have to come back. They said we ll have you out of here in 10-15 mins as I was now in the front of the line. Fast forward almost an hour and a half later I seen the technician Kierra laughing while talking on the phone while working on draining my oil and changing oil filter for over 40 mins, someone get scolded to not put used oil in this one and they even left the gas cap OFF!! I had to pull out with my car running pop my hood and put the cap on. Completely unprofessional all around. I would appreciate a refund to be honest - I m not even sure if the oil was unused and I can only hope everything else was done with a level expected from a paid service.

Before going in, I called and confirmed that this location performed emissions inspections. And I only went because I was told "yes" by the woman on the phone.Upon arriving, I was directed into the bay from too far away to have a direct conversation with the technician. I was hoping we could have a quick discussion first as that's what I'm used to at Jiffy Lube.By the time I was in, there was a car in front of me blocking me in and there was not really a great way to leave, so I felt stuck waiting. The technician then told me that all of their emissions inspectors were in training for the next month and that they wouldn't be able to complete my inspection.Since I was already there and in the bay, I ended up getting an oil change and new wiper blades. The process was pretty quick once it was my turn. Even with the coupon, it was a bit more expensive than my regular mechanic, but I guess the speed was nice.After I left, I realized the "maintenance required" light wasn't reset so I returned back to have them do it.Overall the staff was kind and the job was completed somewhat efficiently. I do appreciate how quickly my tech worked. I would have preferred to get everything done in one trip and I'm disappointed that I was given the wrong information on the phone, but it is nice to have the oil change completed. Now I just need to schedule another time and location to get my inspection done.

This visit was a good experience. The techs were efficient and courteous. I was shown my air cleaner with no upsell pressure. I chose to get new wiper blades as the tech was correct in pointing out the damage to the left one. Great service. Very happy.

I for got his name but the black gentleman dacarous or something like that is hands down your best employee and he deserves a raise. He made my experience the best oil change I've ever had. The whole crew was amazing and I won't go anywhere else, as long as Dacarous is working there. That man made my day!! I was in and out of there in no time at all

Take 5 took an hour and a half to complete my oil change. There were 3 people working on the cars that evening. A young Hispanic guy, a taller black guy, and a younger black girl. At one point, they all went inside for like 5-10 minutes. Later to find out, that my splash guard under my car was placed completely backwards and was missing bolts, so anytime I would turn or hit a bump, the piece would scratch and would make a bad sounds. We had to take it to someone so they could fix it and they laughed at how dumb of a mistake that was. Never coming back, and you shouldn t go either.

They have a worker there name Stony he was awesome and explained everything he had to do to my car and that made me want to do more to keep my car on the road . I really enjoyed the experience and all they guys were very nice and friendly

Went in for an oil change Sunday 1/7/24. The oil change itself didn t take long everyone was fast and efficient. One of the techs Angel told me I needed a new cabin filter due to the current one being dirty. He told me it was $16.99 I said sure. When I got my receipt I was charged $27.99 for the filter (no it wasn t taxed). I probably won t be back for the simple fact I was over charged.

My husband and I recently had the unfortunate experience of getting an oil change at this center. We feel compelled to share my deeply disappointing experience with the customer service at a certain establishment, where their actions displayed a shocking level of racism. They consistently assumed my husband's name to be "Mr. Chang" without any prior confirmation, solely based on us being an ASIAN. This will be our first and last time coming here!

Easily the friendliest service I can remember anywhere. Fast, changed oil, filters and got my inspection and everyone was fast and helpful. Highly recommended.
