This is the place to take your vehicle. They were $400 cheaper with an oil change and for my alternator to be replaced. The other place I took it wasted a day to tell me they didnt have the equipment to complete my vehicle. Superior was very good about addressing my concerns and checked everything else was out too. John helped me, good guy. I am now a new customer for this business

Just had the 2000 Toyota camry serviced here! They brought it back from the dead!!! Runs great again! No appointments are needed. It's on a first serve basis. My car did take a few days to be serviced. But that's expected considering what needed to be done!

Friendly, fast, courteous, and PROFESIONAL. I have had several bad experiences with mechanics in the last few years. I know I can trust them with my auto and my family members (5) feel the same way.

The team at Superior Automotive never cease to impress me. Labor rates are lower than most. Repair costs are reasonable, and the always call with an estimate before starting repairs. Quick repairs, fair prices, trustworthiness, and great work all combine to make this my go-to shop.

Superior Automotive is awesome! They always service my car quickly, yet thoroughly, and are available when I need them. They treat me with respect and fairness, and provide good customer service (answering my calls or returning them very promptly, always with courtesy and kindness). I have previously dreaded getting my car serviced while using other companies, but superior automotive is really such a breathe of fresh air! The employees are incredibly kind, honest, and knowledgeable and I feel like they have my best interest in mind. I have now had work done there twice for different issues on a 12 year old car and have had great and fairly priced work done both times. This place is a real gem in Austin, where so many larger businesses can treat you poorly. I tell everyone I care about to get their car serviced here!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have used Superior Automotive for the past 5 or so years. The entire crew over there is excellent. They are honest about what work needs to be done to your car and will not sell you something that you don't need. They also have a quick turnaround and are very good about giving realistic completion times if the work needed is extensive.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Tire rotations, Engine repair, Brakes, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning, Auto brake replacement

I have been taking my truck here for at least 5 years maybe longer. Hands down the best mechanics and good humans. The service is fast, I have only had to leave it over night once or twice. Never any issues they cant fix and their honesty is refreshing. They talk to me on the level and never make me feel like a dumb girl like other shops do. I cant say enough how much I recommend and respect the guys at Superior. Their name says it all.Services: Transmission repair, Air conditioning, Auto maintenance

Excellent service, reasonably priced, and fast. I ve come to Superior a couple of times for an oil change and have always had a positive experience.Today, during the oil change, they did a thorough check of my car and determined my license plate lights were out, as well as a side marker bulb. The side marker bulb has been out since I bought the car 4 years ago and no shop has ever noticed or bothered to offer to change it out. Maybe I m easily impressed, since the bulb isn t totally necessary, but it s nice to finally see it working.My car is also due for inspection, and it surely would ve failed without the license plate bulbs so I m thankful that was noticed and replaced. (I would ve had my inspection done here too but I live in Bastrop county and they don t check emissions so it s only $7.)Thanks to the Superior team. I ll surely be back.

I have taken a few of our family cars to Superior Automotive and have had a great experience every time. Even though I know nothing about cars, they have provided clear explanations of what the problems are and how they intend to fix them. They have very reasonable prices too! I have been quoted by other places in the past for different car troubles and Superior was the best option. I used to go to the closest auto repair shops but now I just go to Superior. We trust them!

I have a 2010 Toyota Camry with two climate control panel buttons that were not functioning properly. I was told the unit would need to be replaced, which was fine. What was NOT fine was that they wanted to charge me $1100 to fix it!When I called the Toyota dealership myself to see what the part cost to replace, it was $421 for a brand new OEM part. I went to my regular mechanic elsewhere that told me it would only take 1-1.5 hours of labor. I don t know what this places charges for hourly labor, but my mechanic charges $90 an hour. So please, do tell me where the other $600 is coming from to charge such an ABSURD amount.I ended up buying a used OEM part myself for $100 and my guy installed it for 1.5 hours of labor at $135, so $235 total. I paid literally 1/5th of what Superior quoted me. I don t know how there are so many positive reviews considering my experience, but I do not recommend this place. Do your own research and go elsewhere.

Excellent customer service. Dropped my truck off for scheduled maintenance and inspection. When I returned next day to reload my material onto my company vehicle I noticed how awesome this vehicle was once again due to the fantastic repair and p.m. on said vehicle.

I don't normally write reviews, but Charlie at Superior Automotive really helped me out. I broke a ball joint when I was driving up S 1st and it ripped my axle out. He was right there when it happened and was instantly helpful. He gave me some traffic cones and called me a tow truck. He wrote me an estimate that was very reasonable and had the work completed within a few hours.This is a low-pressure shop with people who really know cars and customer service.Bonus, the tow driver told me that all the company trucks get serviced here too. It was a sincere endorsement that made me feel better about my options.
