My car is running great. Kyle was very communicative through the process keeping me posted on what was needed and how much it would cost. Sent photos of what they found so I could see exactly what they were talking about. Extremely friendly and honest. I will definitely trust them with my future repairs. The mechanics there are very good, great work and extremely fast while doing the repairs.

Update. Inspected the areas that were touched by sun auto. A screw that is needed to keep the fuel tank safe and leek free was broke into the tank and another was stripped and the rest were lightly tightened with their fingers. I also found a drill bit so they were aware it was an issue but failed to fixed it. I gave the store a call today and got ahold of Kyle and got a "I didn't work on it" and a it's not my problem aditude. Also the fuel sending unit appears to have been installed improperly and was stuck at 50% due to being pushed against the tank it's self.My experience with Sun Auto has been a complete nightmare. The fuel system repair they claimed to have done less than 6 months ago turned out to be shoddy, and to make matters worse, they neglected to replace crucial gaskets. Now, "new" parts from their supposed repair have failed, raising serious doubts about the overall quality of their work. Shockingly, when I approached them about the issues, they refused to warranty the parts or even inspect the car. It's evident that Sun Auto lacks accountability and doesn't stand behind their work. I strongly advise steering clear of this place to avoid the headaches I've encountered.

Way beyond a regular oil change! They check just about everything and then email you a report with all the details about what s fine and what might need work.Everyone was really nice and the place was really clean. It does take longer than at a quick-change place, but if you have the time, it s a lot more thorough.

Kyle is an amazing person/manager! This is the second time he has helped this Kansas City girl with maintenance on my vehicle. The first time was an honest recommendation regarding my engine light. That lead me to trusting Kyle and Sun Auto with an oil change as well as scheduled services in the future. With me being new to the area it is comforting to know I have found an Auto service that I will not hesitate to take my vehicle to be serviced.

This has been the best experience I ve had dealing with auto maintenance and warranty issues. Brian and Tyler are extremely friendly, polite and helpful. Most importantly, they re genuinely interested in giving the best customer service possible. I highly recommend this business, they ve earned my respect and loyalty.

Just went in for an inspection and oil change, and it was an excellent experience. I asked for them to look over the car and I got a short list of things that needed attention, but I didn't get any high pressure nonsense that I'm used to getting from other shops. Brian the manager was very helpful and took care of me and my car. I think I found my new regular shop.

The owner Bryan and his crew were amazing. Phenomenal customer service, they're very detailed oriented when it comes to your vehicle and it's repairs, and my car was fixed and returned to me in less than 24 hours. This has been the greatest experience I've ever had with a mechanic shop, I would definitely return if services are ever needed again.

These guys are absolute life savers. I was running late to work Tuesday morning when I got a flat. I pulled up to Sun Auto and Brian helped me right away. He recommended the most affordable tire available in my price range and I was out of there in an hour no joke!! I will be returning for all of my car maintenance needs.

I had a loose hose on my thermostat and started overheating on the highway. Pulled into the shop and was greeted immediately. The team was quick to assess and fit me in with a moment s notice! Price was great and the service was even better! Huge thanks to Sun Auto for saving my day!

Needed an oil change BADLY my oil life was at 10% and and i neeere to make a drive that was an hour away. I had a $49.99 coupon (normally its $99.99 for my oil change) so I called 3 locations and they all said they were not accepting anymore walk-ins and I called 1 more location and Brian said YES! I was so relieved and thankful. Thank you Brian. You Rock!

I went in to get an alignment. Bryan was very professional from the get go. Explained everything they did & I was on my way within an hour and 15 minutes.I will most definitely be going back to have any service done to my car. Thanks so much Bryan!

I took my vehicle in mid-day on a Tuesday and they were able to get me right in. They did an oil change at a competitive price and thoroughly did a multipoint inspection. They were friendly and explained what they found without any high pressure sales tactics. I ll take my car there again.

These guys were so helpful. I had a flat over the weekend and talked to the manager at 7 AM. Got my car in around eight and they called me at 10 saying it was ready to go. I had requested the tire online but it was unavailable so he found a substitution for me and had all the information ready when I got there. Great neighborhood business

Love this place and the employees!! They are always nice and very detailed and explanatory and knowledgeable about what's needed and the best way 2 fix it. They definitely know what their doing and i recommend them for anybody needing auto services.. me personally I go 2 the 1 on wells branch and IH35 and I will forever go here!! (:(Prices and inclusions are also very reasonable and great coupons are always available)!

All the guys there are very professional and knowledgeable. I took my truck in to have u-joints replaced and they were able to get right on it (the day before Thanksgiving). I will turn to them for my vehicle repairs when needed. Great job guys!Robert S.

The customer service was awesome. The guy at the desk kept me informed in what was going on with my car. Before he did anything other than what I initially service I came for, he asked. And he informed me of what I needed to do. So I have found my new auto service place.

They took care of my oil change, air filter, and let me know about a factory defect. Showed me the air filter and gave me a printout about the defect. Everyone was super nice and it felt very homey. Thanks guys!

Great customer service from Bryan!, had a check engine light which scanned as a transmission shift position sensor but ended up being a shorted out board in my tail lamp. Very happy that is was taken care of same day.Truth be told had stopped at Firestone across the street first, but after horrible customer service there, came here for the first time.Firestone was my go to, but I just found a new one. Highly recommend Sun Auto over Firestone. Great pricing, and way better service.

Just amazing. I was gonna buy bad car for 4500. They inspected my car in like 30 minutes. I found out it was worth 300 $
