Something I dread every year is getting an automobile inspection in order to obtain the yearly registration. Since discovering Sticker Stop this is no longer a headache. Just bring your license and valid proof of insurance and these folks will run all the required tests and you'll be out of there in a jiffy. (Note: they close at 4:00 pm daily)

They blow you off like a fly 15 min before 4 p.m. bc their lazy worker can't handle to work. I would not recommend stopping by here they obviously don't want your money nor care to service you.

Very fast service. Not busy today and the employee was nice and professional. He changed some light bulbes that aren't working last time... and quickly fixed everything to pass the car inspection. Thanks for this service.

I ve been here several times to get my new (used) Coop to pass emissions. Each time I ve been here they have been busy. Not only that, but it s hot as heck and these guys still greet each customer and thanks them for their business. I would recommend to anyone looking to get their vehicle tested. You may need to wait a bit, but they move you in and out as quickly as possible. Big thanks to Jonathan H. for being so helpful and kind each time I came in!!Service: Emissions testing

Fast, orderly, and easy. They do close their doors 30 before close, so make sure you get there before then.These guys are super professional and courteous. If you re looking for nice seating and a waiting area, this place isn t for you! They have a small indoor space with a few seats and a picnic table outside, but can t blame them for saving space!Hands down the one place I recommend to friends to go to to get stickers renewed in <30-40 min without it being slapped with repeat charges if you fail (which, I never have ).Service: Emissions testing

Pros: can't possibly get less expensive; fast service. Cons: popular = busy; small waiting room (only matters when they're busy). It's been my go-to for the Harley for years. Don't expect them to cut any corners - they're legit.

Really friendly and efficient staff. Just gets super backed up sometimes so the wait can be tough. Next door Coffee shop and taco truck makes the wait a bit easier to navigate though. On a slower day you'll definitely get in and out asap to get your sticker inspection done! Outdoor seating at a picnic style table and a few indoor seats as well

In and out. No...not the burger chain, but the experience. Sticker Shop is THE place to get your inspection done. They are super clean as well as thorough and didn't make me feel uneasy I'm these COVID times. After the inspection, the nice gentlemen disinfected areas he touched inside the car...which gets an A+ in my book.2024 update: as till the fastest place to get your inspection done

I have made this my go to location over the past few years for vehicle inspections. Friendly staff and enough techs to move you along pretty quickly. The only downside is the waiting area inside is pretty non-existent and holds ~2 people comfortably. An awning or outside umbrella would be nice during our 105 degree days. Grateful these guys survived Covid shutdowns and have stayed in business.

I went to take 5 and jiffy lube but unfortunately, their inspection guy wasn't there so I came to the sticker stop and don't regret it! Very fast service for inspection services! Definitely recommend. They do accept apple pay!

After a nightmare of waiting at Kwik Kar and lube this place was excellent. They took 20 mins to do my inspection and were so much more friendly than the other place. Good place to come for inspection stickers.

The technicians here are courteous and helpful. They also are efficient in the inspection process so it is quick and easy. I have been going to this same location for several years and would not think of going anywhere else.

Fast N easy..the guys try to be very prompt. Never had a wait over 25-30 minutes. Just be sure to have proof of Insurance. I've taken all my vehicles there for over 2yrs never an issue.

Stood outside at 3:30 for 20 minutes and was completely ignored. Staff walked back and forth past myself and 2 other customers and never said a word. Without saying they were closing they just shut the doors 10 minutes early after standing there for 20 minutes. This entire interaction, no staff informed us they were not accepting any more cars until they closed the doors.

Fastest place to get an inspection we've found. I always did the online registration after visiting, but I recently learned you can go straight from the inspection to H-E-B's front desk, give them the passing inspection and your paperwork, and they print your sticker right there (cash, check, or debit card required for payment). No waiting on the mail.

This place is an absolute joke. Can't call and get info, no one answers the phone. When you get there, the technicians won't even acknowledge you being there for at least 10 mins, while they stare blankly in no particular direction. An inspection station doesn't need amazing customer service, but even the bare minimum would have been nice. Go somewhere else that actually cares.

Johnathan was stellar and very polite. I failed because of a brake light that needed replacing. I came back after a few hours and didn't have to wait in the long line as promised. The office should really only hold one customer at a time and not two because of the inability to social distance.

Good, simple place for inspections. They were quick and easy. Small waiting room, but that's typical of all of them. Bonus: the jiffy lube next door has free WiFi that reaches to the waiting area.

When I showed up today, I was excited that there wasn't a line and there were three workers just standing around talking, so I'd clearly get my inspection done quickly. After asking me what I needed, and me informing them I needed an inspection (What else do they do there? All I see on their website is that they do inspections) , they informed me that they didn't have an inspector there today. Three guys working, but no inspector - at an inspection shop? Why are you even open today, then?Anyway, if you decide to go here, you may want to call ahead, as lame as that is to have to do.

Okay so this location, Cedar Park off 620, isnt bad per se, I do not believe there is any kind of "scam" or any of that going on, been here several times and never got that impression. Problem is that this is a small capacity station that receives mass quantity customers. The "10 minute inspection" gives the customer the impression that you show up and you'll wait no more than 15 minutes from arrival to departure and that is not the case. The 10 minutes do not begin technically until they begin your inspection and it is not uncommon to wait a half an hour to and hour and a half before yours begins. 9x out of 10 your inspection will take 15-20 minutes but you'll be so happy it's done you wont complain. I think this company needs to redesign their stations to accommodate more customers and hire more help because the message of "10 minute inspections" has been lost

I was in and out in less than 10 min. That included time to change my wipers. (Mine were old). I'll definitely use them again. UPDATE: I used them again for my inspection. They were swamped with the COVID-shortened hours. But boy, did they work quickly. My car flunked the first time - an engine light was on. The guy answered all my questions. I returned a week later and the car passed. This time, one of the computer portals was down. But they plowed through.

The employees here were rude and unhelpful! We brought our insurance cards in from out of state. We just moved yesterday and were unaware we had to update them before we got an inspection. The guy glared at us like we were wasting his time. So we went home, called our insurance company, and got everything switched over. Two hours later, we went back. The same jackass guy refused to do an inspection because the card - although we had a binder saying coverage had started that day - wasn't cleared for 30 days. We presented all of our documents showing that the policy was valid for the next 7 months, and he basically told us to f*** off. Geico was in shock they were refusing us service! We went to sticker express in Cedar Park and had GREAT service. It's definitely worth the extra few minutes drive! I will NEVER go to sticker shop again.

The wait time was about 45 minutes for me today. But at least they had inspectors unlike multiple Jiffy Lubes in the area, though I arrived at one of them and said the inspector is taking a break at 11:30 for lunch I don't blame him but I would have had to wait for an hour and a half for him to come back.

Be prepared to make a mad dash for the door before they even open in the morning. I was the first one here, and had been waiting, but someone else pulled up and ran to the door literally to get in front of me even though he knew I was here first. What a lovely world we live in :,-)

Quick in and out..no fuss. Never spent more than 20 minutes here with a full lobby ahead of me. Friendly technicians. If there are any issues, they will walk you through and explain your options. Will be back next year.

Pro-tip: Saturday mornings at 830 AM work best.Completed at 840 AM on a Saturday in under 15 minutes with one staff working. In and out. Quite efficient (and far less crowded than the central location off Burnet). When I drove past just one hour later during errands, the place was packed.
